First time here and I think this is the best ice cream in Grand Blanc/Holly/Fenton area.They have lots of flavors with accesible prices.The ice cream is rich, is rly good and they have several Vegan DF options which are a delight as well.This place is always packed especially in the evenings.There’s several big tables with big umbrellas to sit and enjoy!Staff was rly kind and patient.Parking lot is small located right next to the building.Will def come back. I loved it!

Love their ice cream! Chocolate ice cream was rich and not extremely sweet, unlike most of the other ice cream places. That's when you know it's good ice creamWish they have in door seating, so people can sit down without looking out at the roads hahaGood customer service, feeling welcomed every time I come here :)

After years of big debate between me and my Uncle tonight solidified my being RIGHT. That’s the fact Ziggys is Superior to Banana Boat. I moved away years ago and soon as I got back was craving my fav. I got Banana Pudding & Superman Ice Cream mixed. Oh My GOSH was that a treat. There is no way that Banana Boat can compare! Do yourself a favor and treat you and your family with some Ziggys Ice Cream to end a great summer day.

I normally am a Ziggy’s lover and enjoy many things on the menu over the years. I have been going to Ziggy’s periodically throughout the summers, including Sunday nights. Tonight, I knew they closed at 9pm so I made sure to go before they closed. I arrived and was in line behind 1 person with OVER a half hour before closing time. I ordered a flurry, but to my surprise the girl behind the window blatantly stated they were no longer making flurries tonight. With more than 30 minutes before closing??Ridiculous! I just ended up ordering something I didn’t really want. While I was waiting, I noticed the staff was making a flurry for the man who ordered RIGHT before me!!! To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Throughout the summer I have gone at the same day at the same time and have never had an issue. Other people who were in line to order after me just ended up leaving because they also wanted flurries. I was excited to go one more time before they close for the winter next week, but I am definitely not going anymore. In my opinion, they should serve what is on their menu until the actual closing time. So, if you go somewhat near closing time, be prepared to not be able to get what you want. Such a disappointment to say the least….

I had a hard time ordering with the amount of delicious sounding items. There were a lot of people, so I thought I would get in line and figure out what I wanted. Not a chance. I looked at a handful of menu items, and it was my turn already. No wait time at all. I chose the raspberry cheesecake, and it was amazing. We ate at the table outside and had an amazing time. The very best ice cream shop I've been to, and I'm old, lol.

I absolutely love Sweet Black Cherry milkshakes. Ziggy’s Has been making the same great shakes for years. They always hire local kids to run it in the summer. Never had a bad experience and the staff has never gotten it wrong.If you ever drive by you will see a long line, thats because everyone else feels the same way about their favorite ice cream.We went antiquing in Holly and the Ziggy’s there is just a good.The dogs also know about Ziggy’s. We have to spell it around them or they get all excited for the pup cup with a dog treat on it.Heading up town now, gotta get a shake!!

Wow! First time visiting and we'll be back! My husband and I both had a hard scoop ice cream cone. Mine was Sea Turtle that was very yummy and his was Mackinac Island Fudge which was amazing. Long line but the staff moved it well and it was worth the wait!

I love Ziggy's.. I've been going here for over 20 years.. I went recently and they still have the chocolate peanut butter cup ice cream with the hunks of peanut butter in it which is my personal favorite... Great place to stop by and have ice cream during them warm summer days and nights 😁

I took my daughters after school for a 1st day treat and had issues with my card. They not only politely insisted I didn't make the trip back with cash, but cheerily served us.It was a breath of super fresh air to have such a pleasant experience in today's day and age. Ziggys has been our go-to since moving to Grand Blanc and will continue to be!

Is this place still open or is it a seasonal place? On Google it says that it was open till 9 pm. We are here at 7 pm and it’s very closed.

Menu is large, perhaps too large (unsure of what some flavors even consist of). Employees were nice and service was fast. They take credit cards to which is nice. Ice cream was decently priced for what you get. Chocolate covered strawberry flurrie was pretty good! Picnic tables outside to enjoy too. Would visit again.

I just wanted to shout out Grace from tonight. One of the boys made our order wrong, no biggie. But when we told him what it was supposed to be, he threw the wrong cone away and moved on to the next order. After a while of thinking they were making the correct order we realized they weren't. Grace came to the window to hand someone their order and was there to listen to what happened and promptly fixed it. We were so happy to have her assistance, and the smile that came with it!!!!! Thanks again Grace!

It was a great experience mainly because they have an option for people with allergies. My son was able to have an ice cream (pineapple flavored) and he was so so so happy. They even took the precautions using new gloves and everything to avoid cross contamination.My husband and I had two different flavors which were super delicious. Great service and staff too!We’ll be back.Note: we’ve been avoiding to go to ice cream shops because of my son’s allergies.Applause to all ice cream shops which are incorporating options for those 50 million people in the USA with food allergies. Sad I did not take pictures. I will next time!

My small son grazed his knee and was crying loudly, so we asked for ice. We were wondering why no one was coming with it, when suddenly an employee emerges with ice and an entire first aid kit! He is so gentle and kind, asks if my son wants the woody or buzz light year bandaid. I almost cried too because Ziggy’s has renewed my faith in humanity. Thank you for being so nice to my children.

It was pretty packed, the parking lot is a bit small to maneuver. The wait time wasn't bad at all. The menu is all over the place. My family and I all asked for smalls and were given mediums, not sure if they charged us wrong or not. Overall okay probably won't visit there again unless I want a twist cone. The ice cream was decent I guess. Spent $25 on 4 people. Wasn't that impressed. Tipped $10 too! 🙁

The first thing I must mention is that they have Dole Whip and vegan ice cream. As someone with a severe dairy allergy, I appreciate Dole Whip being served so close to home. Thank you, Ziggy’s!

The line was very long and the parking lot was packed. I was excited to try a new icecream stop. Treats were ok size, taste and price. Seems to be a good local spot to hit for a team game celebration or after dinner on a hot summer night.

Just went to Ziggy's for the first time about an hour ago now and I must say my experience was harrowing at the least. I ordered a banana split, a turtle sundae, and finally a pup cup for my beloved dog. All seemed well as I got my banana split and sundae quickly, even though the spilt was overfilled and melting quickly dropping ice cream liquid all over my dogs head. After my girlfriend and I received our ice cream we waited for about 6 minutes for our pup cup, which we paid for, until we decided to go on up to the counter to see what was wrong. We waited at the order up counter for upwards of another 10 minutes staring longingly at the many associates preparing orders for others as we wonder where our simple pup cup is. Finally after seemingly being ignored we called into the back to ask for the pup cup which we then received promptly and then only to see it was simple soft serve vanilla ice cream with two dog bones inside. That was fine but it left me wondering what took 15 minutes for this. As we sat down with our now melted ice creams my girlfriend proceeded to find a large hair in her's not belonging to either of us. Overall we threw away the ice cream and will not be coming back. If you want better customer service, better atmosphere, and most of all better ice cream i recommend Uncle Ray's in Fenton. Trust me it is worth drive.

I go here at least once a week and I have to say it is really nice there. The staff is always nice and cheery. The service is very fast. And their seating arrangements aren't the best but, I can say that they at an angle where you could get sun without being torched. Normally there is a younger crowd of people but I see families, teens, older citizens. And the staff is local so you kind of know people. This could be a place to goof off or replace to talk about business. Recommended for all ages.

This has been one of my favorite places to have ice cream since I was a little girl. No matter how long the line is, the service is always fast and friendly. Generous portions are offered with many choices in flavors and types of frozen treats! Good prices too!
