Shameful what the employees have to endure. The print shop is their busiest department and that's who they have handling packages including Amazon returns. There is always a line because they are always understaffed. The employees seem extremely stressed.

I frequent this location usually for self service printing but as of late, I’ve needed some assistance whether it be with a bigger printing project or finding an item in the store. Everyone is always so, so friendly & willing to help, the store is always kept clean & stocked as well.

They have themselves set up for Amazon returns but unfortunately they’re not staffed for it, expect a wait. Don’t expect the person on the next desk the print shop to help or even acknowledge you.

Put in an order online for the print shop yesterday, one printing label. Online it says it should be done same day, and I was told the same that it should be done later when I went to pick it up and it wasn’t finished. Close to 24 hours later and it’s still not finished. Lines were extremely long inside, print and marketing just seems disorganized in general. Will not be returning.

Visitor to the area , needed to print shipping labels and dropOff to UPS so I looked for the closest Staples which was Grand Blanc - It is my suggestion that Staples place more employees in the printer / shipping area - I most times print my labels in Chesterfield and the UPS line is handled by other employees from other areas - that’s how Chesterfield handles the shipping dock - The lady with braids on the phone absolutely has no intention of answering any questions a customer has , with a smile, much less make the customer feel that they are or aren’t interrupting her - long unattended line - not enough employees - thank you

My client is in Grand Blanc. I am not. So I was completely dependent on Staples of Grand Blanc to produce, cut and matte a marketing piece that my client would see before I even did! And wow, Ryan and others in the printing area were SO helpful. They were ahead of schedule, despite a limited staff, and the client loved the quality!

Absolutely ridiculous. I placed a same day business card order at 11am. The website and email they would be done by 730pm at the latest. I walked in there at 7pm… the manager had to start printing them off and then came up to me and said they wouldn’t be done until the next day due to printer issues… maybe if you started printing them earlier in the day they would have been done…. And don’t try and say you were busy because the 45 minutes I was in there only 4 customers walked in. Worst location by far.

Thanks so much for the help. 1/23/19 @ 3:00 pm I wish I would have got his name he showed me how to pull a return label off my phone email it to the store so they could print it for me to return something I have purchased I could not believe the amount of time you took with me I don't think I've had service like this in a long time I can't believe I didn't get his name if you get this whoever you are thank you !

My experience at staples was really great. I went in to buy a gaming chair and got help right away. An employee by the name of josh helped me out, and the chair was wheeled out to my car because it was fairly heavy. I'm happy with how it went.

I printed programs for my Brother's memorial. There was an issue with the document upload and the staff called to make sure it was correct and waited for me to upload the correct document before printing. Amelia and Amanda were very helpful and even had the programs folded when I picked them up. Small acts of kindness go a long way during hard times.

I gave a 2 star because not everyone there was oblivious of what their job was!! And I only seen 2 girls one friendly & one ( well no words to describe her, well none nice) sorry I never give bad reviews but maybe learn your job behind the help counter or work the floor & stay away from customers! Just say-in! And yes I went to Office Max & they knew how to use their WiFi & was able to print the rest of my documents! Defently worth the drive & they didn't treat me like I was stupid & make me wait almost an hr until I gave up!! I live in grand blanc and I wont be back!!!!

If I need a few school supplies or a mouse or something like that I'd prefer an easy in and out stop like staples over going to a big store like Walmart. However I absolutely hate the fact that you get jumped on before you even get in the store asking if they can help you find something. If I need help I will ask. You guys are worse than car salesmen or Art Van employees.
