Update: We renewed our membership in hopes of the checkout being better but no luck. The self check and paying for goods goes fast but than we are always waiting for one sales rep to check us out of the door by scanning our products. The reps always seem to have long conversations with the customers, delaying the out the door even more. In addition, you have to pay an addition $60/year just to shop on the weekends between 8am and 10am. By this times our shopping done and we just stick to Walmart. We are finding less and less use to stick with Sam's. #dobetter #onestarThe store itself is great, a lot of variety, and the setting is pretty streamlined as to getting to each section. The two stars is primarily for the "in and out" ability. The check out process is limited with only a few registers open than you have to be checked to leave. We spent more time in line waiting to get out of the door than we did shopping in the store. The checkout process needs serious improvement or I will not be renewing my membership in October.

Love this Sams club the employees are always so kind & helpful and they usually have everything you need and are at a great deal. You are buying bulk so one does need to keep that in mind when looking at the prices...you actually save my buying more at once. Today was especially cool cause they started putting out their Halloween stuff and well Halloween is my FAVORITE!

It's nice to go once a month and stock up on certain things. As always watch your prices. Sometimes it's better to go to regular store. Just don't like being 'attacked' by vendors at the door.

I pay a $100 fee to have early access within Sam’s Club. With that you also get cash back on your purchases in the form of credit to spend at the store. In bulk, we buy a variety of items from water, toiletries, dairy products to fruits. Recently, the customer service desk has moved to the front of the store. Sam’s Club removed the photo lab and replaced it with the customer service desk. Sam’s Club has not staffed the desk appropriately so there is always a long queue and wait. The gal that has short dark hair is extremely helpful, jovial and overall pleasant. Today, the bouncer at the front door tried to argue with me about bringing my return bottles inside the store for credit instead of putting them in the one machine outside the entrance doors. I have returned bottles there so many times and I know 134 bottles will lock up their machines and maintenance will be called. Since I had spinal fusion surgery one month ago and I thought it would be hard to return the bottles standing and since I had 120 bottles and I have twisting and bending restrictions, I thought they’d make an exception. The seasoned bouncer fought with me about coming into the store. They all know me by face because I shop so often in the store. Once I said I had surgery, he said, “Oh well. Too bad. You need to use the machine”. I continued to come in to get in line and he said, “You can’t. You need to stay outside and count the bottles.” I proceeded to walk by him saying, “I did. I have 120 bottles.” What was the point of that discussion to a valued Sam’s Club member when I knew standing that long would aggravate my back and legs and I would lock out the machine for anyone else? The lady at the desk apologized and said it was okay to come inside the store.I have purchased oranges and apples and they have been rotten within three days of purchase. Sam’s Club has taken them back. Strawberries, bananas and blueberries seem to last a while.

I have always loved going to Sam's club. Not so much lately. The last two times I've been there it's been a bit annoying. They now utilize these robots that roam the store making loud beeps. I believe they're for cleaning the floor. Not only do you have to dodge them... you also have to dodge people who are trying to dodge the robot. The robots seem to get confused by pallets in the middle of the aisle... so you get stuck behind them as they figure out what's going on. This all goes on Sunday afternoon of course when everyone is out shopping. I liken it to having a party at your home, inviting a bunch of people over, and deciding that it's the perfect time to let loose your robot vacuum. Seems like there'd be a better time option to choose to run these. And all this dodging you have to do is all while having to lie people asking if you have a utility bill or cable TV. Not as big of a fan of this shopping experience any more.

Very bad experience with customer service on 11/7/23. Representative was rude, argumentative, and unwilling to assist me. I had been overcharged on a pair of women’s slippers and wanted a price adjustment. Her response was our prices change everyday so I can’t help you. And how do l know you were overcharged and how do you know what the price was? At one point I had to ask her to please not argue with me. I will return the worn slippers for a refund since she was unwilling to find out why I was overcharged.

I shop every Saturday morning, and every Saturday morning when the store opens they decide to shut down the produce cooler whit a forklift and restocking pallets. This is every weekend can't buy anything unless you want to wait around for an hour. Why is this happening? Didn't used to be this way?

Clean store, well stock & friendly customer service. Toilet paper $19.98 soft with strength 234 sheets per roll. Smart touch disinfects $9.48 " safe around kids & pets". Garbage bags $14.98. If you don't find things in the store, you can order in. Sometimes it's better to buy in bulk.

Extremely racist store came in with my husband who is black we were asked for our Sam’s club card but the group of white people in front and behind us didn’t have to provide there’s . The entire time we were followed around the store and was shown nothing but disrespectful stares 0/10 don’t recommend

I shop here regularly, and always pick up a package of SUSHI. Sadly, I won't be anymore! It's absolutely awful, in addition no avocado in a California Roll is just CHEAP. Today is my 3rd time picking up unedible Sushi, and being scammed out of $8.00. It would also be nice to have a few smaller portion salads, not everyone wants a $15.00 Caprasi/ Ceasar Salad.

Self checkout will not allow you to see the sale items. You have to pay then check on your receipt to see what rings up correctly then if its wrong wait in line at customer service afterwards to fix. The sales clerk told us this is a big issue that they keep telling corporate but they continue to ignore it. I'm typing this as I wait in line at customer service because our sale prices did not ring up correctly on 4 beach chairs and its a 15 min wait.

The sushi here is to die for. It's pretty much the only thing I go there for but it's so good and at such a good price. Honestly better sushi than some of the sushi restaurants I've been to, especially ones in a similar price range.

I don't understand why some staff stops you at the door to see if you have a membership, why would you enter if you didn't, then they stop you on the way out. There may be a reason behind it, but I don't know. Other than that, I enjoy going to Sam's for certain items.

Bought Bagels and BOTH BAGS had huge mold spots on the inside of them!! This is now the THIRD time I’ve gotten home and had outdated or unfresh food!! Fed up!! The prices of food are WAY TOO HIGH to get home and have food that CAN’T BE EATEN!!!!DO BETTER SAM’S AS THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INTOLERABLE AND RIDICULOUS!! You’ve lost a customer for life.
