Just visited this place once and found it strange that they keep the bathroom key at the front of the store rather than right next to the bathrooms (at the back of store next to the pharmacy). I was told the pharmacy people didn’t want to have to be responsible for giving out the key .So apparently the solution is to inconvenience your customer so that you don’t have to force your pharmacist to do such menial labor as handing a key to a customer???Just one of those things that make you say WTH?

We have had Levent come in and do flu shot clinics in our dental office for the past two years. It's quick, convenient, and helps to keep our employees safe and healthy! He does a great job counseling our employees and is very gentle with his shots! Thanks Rite Aid for offering this great service!

The pharmacist continues to help me with my medication needs, by finding the cheapest method of payment. Thus there are many generic medications that are exactly the same.Definitely puts the customer needs first. Thanks

I now get my prescriptions filled regularly at this Rite Aid and get great service from Levent and his staff. They are one of the busiest pharmacies I’ve been in but everyone is always very helpful and friendly. Recently I started getting my immunizations here and to my surprise they are quick, painless, and always updated so my doctor can see my records.

The pharmacist Raneem is the nicest and fastest pharmacist ever! She is so compassionate and cares so much about her patients and is always so efficient in getting my family and I’s prescriptions ready. She makes my experience at the pharmacy 10/10 I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Had a very pleasant experience here. Pharmacy staff was excellent and helpful. The pharmacist there (name Lavent?) deserves a special kudos. He went out his way to make sure I was taken care of and didn't have to wait unnecessarily. Will continue to come back just for his excellent service.

My experience at this RiteAid has been nothing beyond exceptional! My pharmacy customer service experience was incredibly enjoyable and the team there exemplifies speed and efficiency. All of my script questions and concerns are always answered with care. Highly recommended!

I’ve attempted to call to speak with someone in the pharmacy multiple times at different times a day and 99% of the time I continue in an endless loop of the welcome message. When I do get someone I get put on hold for over 30 mins. I understand that the staff is very busy and don’t blame them but my over all experience with this location is horrible. I wish I could have stayed with CVS but unfortunately there isn’t one all that close to me once I moved. May have to look at switching to Kroger.

Never will I try to get a prescription filled at a Rite-Aid again. Needed a new heart medication after being released from the hospital and was told it was out of stock. The next day I was told it would be another day before in stock. Asked if they had any pills to carry me over until the item was in stock. They said yes, and filled a partial script. They couldn’t tell me that before I went a day without my new needed medication for my heart ? Ridiculous

The pharmacist there is absolutely fantastic!! His initials are DJM! He had to order prescription & it was there in 2 days. I had been to another rite aid & the pharmacist there notice the vest I was wearing from my work. He told me to order it from my work? He would not order it for me. I will not be going back to that rite aid. Thank you for your hard work McCandlish Road!😊

Been going to this location for years for all my prescriptions. Just now (5:10 5/5/22) was treated so rudely at the pick-up window by dark blonde you g lady wearing glasses. She needs to be far, far away from the public. (Maybe do computer work?). Terrible! Hope this is not the new normal

Went in for a Covid vaccine and was told they don't take walk ins. She was very rude. So we went to the one down town grand blanc and had no issues. Got a friendly pharmacist at the down town location who had no issues taking care of us. No need to ever visit this location again.

The young men who waited on me in the pharmacy were very polite. I am not sure if either was a pharmacist. However they both appeared to have just rolled out of bed, were very unkempt, dirty fingernails, really just shocked at how poor their hygiene and grooming appeared. Didn't inspire a lot of confidence in me...

This has been my corner store for years they are all delightful just extremely overworked whoever owns this place should absolutely have more staff because these people should not have to be everywhere doing everything when not all people understand that they're busy stretch too thin and just overworked in general unfortunately customers are not alwaysunderstanding and are just plain rude The customer is not always right especially when being demeaning to a human simply trying to do their best with what they are given again don't blame the staff blame the owners for understaffing have witnessed this first hand on multiple occasions It makes me sad and I just had to share
