I’ll keep this simple!! Anytime i come in HEATHER has a terrible attitude towards customers. She’s whispering things under the breathe, she rarely greets, and if one dares to ask for cash back she is livid!!! I mean every single time i come in that store and she’s working i wanna just turn around and leave because i know she’s about to be rude! If she doesn’t like giving cash back or simply dealing with customers maybe she should just stock. Because every interaction I’ve ever had with her she’s been rude and seems to have an issue with doing her job! I’ve been considering really reaching out to the higher ups of the company about this issue because i shouldn’t have to feel like I’m asking for much to get cash back on my purchase. Be forewarned this Pharmacy NEVER answers the phone or will take all day to get through. 3 years ago they blamed it on short staffing, 3 yrs later still an issue. Rite Aid needs to pay their pharmacy staff better or something!

I witnessed a very sad situation with a pharmacist at this establishment on the night of 9/29, and I am so glad that customer posted a review as well! The pharmacist Sam Anderson showed nothing but disrespect and hatefulness to a customer that was I was in line behind, the reason was evident that he judged this man based on the color of his skin. This customer was so kind and soft spoken, all he wanted was to be helped with his prescriptions and he was totally looked over, it broke my heart to see this happen to this man that was visibly hurt that in this world we are still just based on the color of our skin, it's just sad and I hope that the corporation terminates SamAnderson

Sam Anderson Pharmacist at this location: This individual honestly needs his license revoked and to be removed from this pharmacy and not allowed to practice any longer. He is very unprofessional and unethical. As a medical professional we do not have the right to judge a patient based on medications that have been prescribed to them. As a licensed pharmacist it is your duty to fill the prescription not order it, therefore you do not get to judge the medications given to the patient, you simply fill it as ordered. This individual, on many occasions has failed to do that. What he has done is judge a customer for not only the medications he was prescribed, but also the color of his skin, taking it as far as to call the Grand Blanc Police and waste their time as well. Until this said pharmacist is removed from this establishment I would advise any and everyone to utilize a different pharmacy.

My interactions with him at the pharmacy counter have consistently been disappointing due to his short and rude demeanor.On multiple occasions, I have found Eric to be dismissive and impolite whenever I approach him with a question or request. It is disheartening to experience such behavior, especially when the other staff members at the same location have always treated me with kindness and professionalism. Eric's demeanor stands out negatively in contrast to the positive experiences I've had with the rest of the team. This was even see by my daughter who is 11 years old. Her question posses was what is wrong with him and why would he roll his eyes at you mom?Whenever I seek assistance or clarification, Eric's responses come across as curt and impatient. Instead of providing helpful guidance or addressing my concerns, he responds in a manner that feels condescending and unwelcoming. It is clear that he lacks the customer service skills necessary to create a positive and welcoming environment for patrons.As a customer, I believe it is crucial for businesses to address such issues promptly. While I cannot speak to the underlying reasons for Eric's behavior, I can confidently state that his conduct is appalling and not representative of the service I expect from Rite Aid. It is disheartening to have a consistent negative experience with a specific employee while everyone else at the establishment has been pleasant and helpful.I urge the management of Rite Aid, specifically at the Grand Blanc location, to address this matter seriously. Customer service is key in any service-oriented business, and the behavior displayed by Eric is not only unprofessional but also detrimental to the overall customer experience. If I could give no stars I would. The female cashier with the short hair has been rude for years. As if that wasn’t bad enough I was yelled at by a woman working in the pharmacy. Like yelled at. Guess my prescriptions get transferred and all my business that I’ve given this joke of a place for 30 years goes elsewhere. Get it together management.

Rite Aid really needs to step up their customer service. There is no reason they can't be comparable to CVS or any other pharmacy for that matter. My last few times getting prescriptions filled had been a nightmare only because of how they treat their patients.

Preston is hands down the best employee of all time. And I mean quite possibly the best employee out of all stores in America (not just talking about Rite Aid - any store in general). He is so kind and so professional. Customer service is his jam. That man deserves a raise!

The fact that I called the pharmacy for 20 minutes straight after they returned from lunch, and no one answered the phone so I could fill an insulin prescription for my wife, is unacceptable. We ended up going through a different Rite Aid.

I am an asthmatic who can’t go without her medicine i find very unprofessional that it takes them a week to fill my prescription that they are out of stock on. If it had just been once or twice i’d be okay with that but this has been my pharmacy sense Nov and every time I try to get my prescription I have to wait a week and lose progress on my lungs. I am sitting here writing this well wheezing because again they do not have my prescription.

will never shop at any rite aid again. I've been told that clearly they are unable to perform the simplest task which is what also their jobs revolve around which is counting money. it is apparent that many people and businesses won't accept 400 pennies, $4 worth of pennies because in the simplest terms they are too lazy to count them. rite aid is no exception to this. after a very unpleasant conversation with the manager of the 5370 east hill road location and also with another employee on a separate occasion they just simply will not accept currenc in it's rawest form. don't be in business if you won't accept money.

So I went into the store this morning and saw the Manager (Scottie) walking around the store and talking to people with his mask under his chin. He walked through the store, came over to the pharmacy counter to void a transaction and stood in front of a customer and next to another employee, with his mask under his chin. Every other employee and customer had their masks on properly, except for him.

The store itself is clean, a pleasant enough place to do business.Can't say the same for the pharmacy, although I suspect it's one employee in particular that is causing the problem.My dog is on prescription meds and I'm there weekly getting them refilled. So, it's extremely frustrating when I set up the prescription to be filled, arrive an hour after the time the computer said it would be ready, only for it to NOT be ready. It's also very frustrating when that particular employee opts to help another customer instead of immediately assisting you, considering how they forgot to fill your prescription.Upon giving her my name, she looked for my prescription and then mumbled something to me, hung it on the rack and then said "I'll help her first" (pointing to the customer behind me). I asked her, politely, what was going on, and she mumbled something again, facing away from me, so I had to ask her to repeat herself. She rudely responded "She needs to fill it" (referring to her coworker, I assume) and then immediately said "I can help you" (to the other customer).Her co-worker was busy dealing with another customer.

The managers are sooo rude. The cashiers are sweet though, but obviously worried about messing up and anxious. The store is unkempt. The pharmacy staff sometimes messes up refills. I'm giving it a 3 stars though for a few certain employees there that have to deal with the general manager.

Close to home. Friendly staff. Great spot for seasonal holiday supplies and decorations. Great for drinks, snacks, groceries, and cold meds when want to be in and out and stay close to home. My favorite spot for vaccinations. Really enjoy that their pharmacy has in-store and drive-thru options.

They should have pharmacy hours posted online/at the store. The only signage in person is for when they take lunch break, not when they open (which is not the same time as the store). A little communication goes a long way.

Elaine, Tracy are worthless lazy employees. Called to see if an item was in stock. Was needlessly transferred and those two employees wasted my time b/c either one couldn't move their @** to see if it was in stock. They were playing phone games. Horrible cust service. Ill go to Walgreens.

The people in the pharmacy need to get their additude in check. When I correct them on a mistake they made billing the wrong insurance I should not be criticized for telling them I owe more money than what they are trying to bill me for. Then to give me an additude when you gave to recontact the insurance company billing department. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The pharmacist I dealt with was very rude with me about my insurance information. She was using my old information even though it had been updated in their system. I had to call home and get all the information for her and once she got it and it went through, she was so mad that she was wrong it was almost funny. I'll go out of my way and drive 5 min to town and go to Hill and Dort before going back to Belsey rd. OH, forgot to mention that when crackers and cheese was being craved by my girlfriend, it would have cost 5$ per item. Which was a box of Triscuts and rite-aid brand squeeze cheese. 11$!!!! Thats crazy!!!!

Almost always have what I need. Prices are better than anything else nearby and comparable to the extra few more drive into town. Customer service has always been prompt and corteous.
