We love Petsmart! Employees were wonderful! They loved on our new puppy but only after they asked if it was ok to do so. That showed knowledge of dog behavior and respect for the owners wishes. Shelves were organized and stocked well. Store was very clean. Prices were great.

PetSmart has always and will continue to be our one stop shop for all pet needs. Great variety and prices are always comparable to other pet stores. The missed one star is due to the checkout process. Usually, a long line and takes some time to check out. The store typically only involves one register for check out.

I absolutely love this PetSmart they have the best staff! Talking to Tracy was like talking to a friend! This is the place you'll want to shop and adopt! They allow non profit organizations to fundraise and find fur-ever homes through onsite adoptions! Bless this place!

7 beta fish were dead in various stages of decomposition. Some maybe newly passed some looked decayed and like they have been sitting there for a while. Most of the containers(even with the live ones) had thick green algae growing. The fish that were alive looked to be in rough shape. Do better.

I’ve been shopping the miller road location recently since their reptile and small animal care has improved to some degree, well I was by the grand blanc location I decided to stop in and grab my things there and when I go to look at the reptiles there is a veiled Chameleon in a TINY GLASS CAGE. These guys need a ventilated cage, which you guys sell! I decided not to look further into the other cages to not disappoint myself but I went and talked to a nice lady who informed me they are not allowed to do things like that and from a company who makes’s SO much money a year off dying, sick animals you’d think you’d atleast give your animals proper cages, and lights while they’re in your care.Looked over to the small animal side and I seen 4-5 Guinea pigs crammed inside a tiny cage as well. It’s sickening.

We always get great service here and it's so awesome when the cashiers help us price match so we can get the best deal possible. Everyone's super friendly and helpful too.We have taken our dog to three puppy classes here with Regina and she is awesome (our dog agrees). We recommend her to everyone we know.

Worst place I have ever seen cut a dogs hair. My double doodle was just a little bit matted on his stomach, they went right ahead and shaved the entire dog down to the skin. Looks absolutely terrible and I am sick to my stomach. I don’t know how you could give someone their dog back looking like this. Plus he has a scratch on his face from what looks like a razor. This is such an inhumane way to treat an animal. I want whoever cut my dogs hair to be fired and they should find a new line of work.

Very expensive . kind of fish two years ago for one dollar currently around $10 and some of them over. Fish tank 40 gallon two years ago was around 65 bucks correctly for around 200. I believe if going to buy pet staff or fish then some Meijer store will have a cheaper price

I LOVE this stores!!! My go to for everything pup related. I love their oversized toys and so do my pups they love each and everyone of them. Also they are the only place around that sells the Kong backpack harnesses. Seriously the best harness you can buy!!!

The people were nice but the failed at the grooming service entirely, the sole purpose of going was for my dog nails to be trimmed I told them to muzzle her and I gave her her anxiety meds and this is never a problem for our regular dog groomer that my 5 month old puppy has been seeing for 3 months now but it was a problem for them they couldn’t even do the service and still charged me full priced for “trying “ in the end my dog was skin was dry as sand paper and nails were uncut . I left upset my dog left traumatized and I wouldn’t refer this place but I will refer doggy play and stay there grooming services are top tier .

Associates are really friendly. I've been going to this Pet smart for years to get almost everything for my dogs. They always have what I need. They have every brand of dog food that you could possibly want and need. Wide variety of toys, treats, beds, crates, fish, live animals, etc

We have used PetSmart since moving here 5 years ago. Just yesterday we took our yorkie poo Gus to get groomed. He had an apt. with Jennifer, whom was very nice and took time to make sure Gus warmed up to her before she took him back. When I picked him up, he looked great, smelled great and his haircut was by far the best he’s had! Thank you!

This place is all discombobulated. Asked for help he got on the comms and said they'll be right with you...after about ten minutes I went up to the front and asked, they said I had to hit the button in back of store...I was just trying to get my kids a hamster. Took almost an hour from in to out of store

Tbh I just come here to look at all the adorable animals but no one seems to mind. Shout-out to the people working the fish area, y'all are always super helpful with recommendations based on my tank size and the fish I already have stocked. For now I cannot be trusted taking care of living things aside from fish but you have my word, someday I will spend all my money here.

They leave dead and rotting betta fish in cruel little cups with dirty water just sitting on shelves. Told an employee they have a dead fish and she said “aww” and kept stocking shelves. All of their betta fish looked sick or like they were near death. It is cruel and torture to these poor fish. If you want a great pet store go to Peruss pets in Lansing takes amazing care of their animals. Don’t give your money to these horrible chain pet stores.

They had a good variety of fish which is what I went to look at but it was also fun to look at all the other animals they had too. Also all the staff was very nice in making sure to ask us if we need help! Thank you PetSmart for the great experience, and our new beta fish Casper!

Great store & super glad its nearby. After my dogs getting themselves covered in burrs I had to shave them. Turns out my blades were really dull and taking forever to get thru their hair. What a lifesaver that Petsmart had blades for sale!! I asked the sales clerk if they would likely work for my clippers, which were a different brand. He had no idea. He actually thought it probably wouldn't... However Google came thru & told me that Wahl would work with Oster. Honesty, I think PetsMart is a bit over priced but great for last minute needs.

Do not recommend Sarah in the grooming salon at all. My Wheaten Terrier had minor matting on his underside and told us he needed to go to a vet to sedate him to get them out. I took my small blades and got them out in less than 5 minutes. I left that salon with a dog with one shaved ear, one shaved leg, and a partly shaved body. At least finish areas you started. I understand if when he doesn’t like his paws touched not doing them for safety but everywhere else at least finish. Never going back.
