I almost can not Fathom coming to this location anymore. The wait times and line is ridiculous. They leave the old man alone at the busiest times with one register opening knowing he doesn’t work as fast as others. Everyone gets annoyed and is looking at each other in line because it’s ridiculous! Every time I come in to this location I’m having to wait even longer now to the point where I’ve walked out after being in line too long. Dollar tree used to be one of my favorite stores I’m probably just not going to come into this location anymore .If you know your worker can’t keep up have them being doing something that is more their pace like stocking or something instead of neglecting and holding your customers to longer times. I watched the next cashier ring up 4people in the amount of time it took the guy to ring me up. Just ridiculous! Do better.

I've been to this location twice now, and each time it was just sad. The shelves are empty down several aisles, everything is disorganized, boxes all over the floor making it impossible to get down aisles, and it looks and feels filthy. My cashier was also more interested in checking his phone than doing his job. It's too bad, because this is also the biggest dollar tree that I have ever been to. So much potential for this to be a great store, especially as a dollar tree plus, but someone that cares needs to step in and fix it up!

Dirtiest dollar store I've ever been to. Looks like they have never swept here. It's nasty in the entryway. Then you go in the store and it looks like the maid died.

Small parking lot…. Makes me nervous someone will hit another car.Store employees are very polite and store is organized!!Enjoy stopping and and seeing what I don’t really need but for 5 quarters…. Its hard to pass some things up 😂

I love this place. Staff is polite and friendly. Place was clean and neat. I love the selection. They have a lot to choose from, but it's not overwhelming. Their candy selection is great, i still have to convince myself that everything seriously was a dollar.Pamela is a wonderfully patient and kind cashier who really took her time to categorize all my bags and I had a LOT of stuff for a coat drive. Even when I said oh don't worry about that you can throw everything together, she made sure everything fragile was wrapped. Means a lot when customers were frustrated I had so much. This was the best experience I've had here. It means so much especially in these times when someone is genuinely kind!

The worst experience I have ever encountered. The manager called the next person in line, so we also went over to get rung up. She rudely told us to go back in the other line. While the cashier was finally ringing us up, the manager called the next person in line again, then 3 people waiting in line went in her line. She did not tell them to go back in the other line, but instead rang everyone up, which she could have done with us. Never in my life have experienced such poor customer service.Merry Christmas

The cashiers and manager are always so friendly always willing to help. They're restocking the shelves all the time with new items and updating for the holidays. Nice place to shop, and find things you need. 😊 The cashier was Ne Ne and she was very delightful and friendly..Good job!

I came in here around 8:52 P.M. near closing time. I had called ahead to have them set aside some pots . When I went in I also asked the manager if there was another item I was looking for. Said female manager with a brown pony tail told me where the item was and that she’d have to ask me to check out because it the store is closed .I told her yes; I was aware of that.I’d say that I left the store at 9:04.Again, I know I came in 8 minutes before closing time, and had no intention of being there any longer.I have been a senior Customer Service Representative at a prestigious office for over a decade. People come in AT closing time and I am always polite even when I’m frustrated by it. I help them but in a timely manner so that they’re out the door shortly but in a timely and kind way. I guess you either have that ability or ya don’t. She didn’t.My point is, hey brown pony tail manager lady that couldn’t push me out fast enough,there is a way to talk to people that gets your point across without sounding like a rude B.

Honestly, I know it’s dollar tree so my expectations are already so low and I consider myself an understanding person. But every time I’ve gone in this particular location, I just don’t understand. I’m sure working there isn’t the greatest job but customer service is really just being a nice human. Smiling or telling someone you’ll be right with them when you’re busy. My husband and I just visited, gathered our things went to the open register that was lit up where there was a girl working. She doesn’t acknowledge us, then leaves the register. There was a guy filling balloons for another customer. So we took out all of our items put it on the belt put our basket away, sat and waited for our turn. Finally when there were 3 people behind us the guy calls for the girl to come back to the register. She goes to a different register and calls out “I can’t help whose next”. Everyone behind us rushed to the other register before we even had a chance to move all of our things. I’m sure these two were the only ones there and that they had a lot to do. But there were so many ways you could have done better. Greeted us when we came in, told us “someone will be right with you” while you saw us waiting. When you walked up you could have offered to help us move our items with us to help us first since we were first in line or at least waited for us because we were in face next in line. We ended up just leaving. Customer service sucks-trust me I know. But it’s not hard. It’s literally just being considerate of others. Every visit here has been worse than the last. Highly suggest new management, these people simply just did not care about anything besides getting their daily work load over with. Good luck future shoppers.

I’ve been coming here for my greeting card needs ever since they’ve opened. I was in need of a Valentine’s Day card a day late due to unforeseen circumstances and saw a vile old woman shoving cards around and replacing them with new ones on the shelves. I asked her if she had any Valentine’s Day cards left and she told me “no”. Seeing a humongous box of Valentine’s Day cards on the floor right next to her, I started to pick one up. She snapped at me “You can’t have that.” And proceeded to March the box along to the dumpster to throw them all away. How insanely bizarre. You will never get my business again.

This is one of the bigger locations. I like to browse because they have more than a lot of other ones. Everyone was nice and tolerant of nasty customers. It wasn't the cleanest, but they were stocking shelves. It's usually better in there.

While the location and parking lot are an awful mess I feel compelled to give this location five stars. My grandfather loves this place, and the staff is always kind and helpful. Particularly a young red headed woman who helped us the last time we were in there. She helped him find what he was looking for and even carried some of the things we had to the register for us/him.

I'm not sure how this place gets 4 stars. For a new Dollar tree in Grand blanc this place is sorry. The store is ALWAYS in shambles and is utterly disorganized. Either the manager doesn't care or the employees dont care and are blind. I've been waiting for the party bag section to get organized since they opened. This place is a sorry excuse for a store. Everything is torn apart and thrown everywhere like they have a massive black Friday sale everyday. The parking lot sucks too.

I've visited this store twice in the last week. They have a sign clearly displayed on their doors that due to state ordinance nobody is allowed in the store without a face mask. Both times I visited, none of their employees were wearing face masks! Clearly this store doesn't take the safety of their employees or customers seriously and are also in violation of the state ordinance they have displayed on their doors.

This store is a complete mess. The first time I came here I expected it to be a nice, organized store because it’s grand blanc but was shocked at the mess everywhere and stuff just laying on the floor. I came in again today because I thought I could exchange some holiday stuff I bought and didn’t end up needing. The receipt claims you could return before the 24th of December if it’s holiday but I was told the policy changed. Seems ridiculous since it’s not even December yet and they are still selling the items I wanted to exchange. The parking lot also sucks and the employees are just rude and lack customer service skills and obviously don’t care about how their store looks. I would be embarrassed to work here. The linden and hill rd locations are way nicer so I’ll stick to these locations.

It was busy with two cashiers and one clocked out to take break. The guy cashier asked if one of the managers could run a drawer, but they were outside taking a smoke break. I felt bad because I was getting 5 balloons with a long line behind me. Poor guy stuck in store by himself while the others standing outside the door smoking. Bad for business. Plus store was a mess. The store used to be more organized. Not a good thing to do in an upper class area.

Store policy not to accept returns on seasonal items, however, you do not know this until you pay for it and then it states it on the receipt , but at that point without knowing it, your items are unreturnable without knowing in advance of purchase. I tried to return 5 Christmas boxes within hours of purchase to exchange for other boxes that I had purchased earlier today. No signs in the store or on the door about the policy! This is unfair! I shop a lot at Dollar Tree but no more and I plan to let everyone I know how unfair this policy is. I understand the policy but I tried to exchange within hours on the same day, and was rudely told it was store policy and laughed at! With rolled eyes by the girl in the store, that she could call the manager but corporate would complain that they could not take it back. She never went to call the manager and smirked and walked away.

Poor! Two customers ahead of me had large orders, plus balloons. One register was open and the manager was busy talking to the stock people. Worthless management. I stood in line 20 minutes while she BS with the who were trying to do their jobs!

Yestersay was my first visit, the store has a dirty cement floor, unstocked shelves and items and debris on the floor. Won't be returning. Confused on the other reviews saying it was clean when the store is missing flooring?

I am with Hannah! This store is a mess, I would expect this disorganized/trashy looking store to be located somewhere else other than “Grand Blanc.” The Dollar Tree on Belsay, in Burton, is a lot nicer than this one...cleaner AND more selections!! I have been in the GB store 4-5 times, it has never been clean/picked up. In the back, over by where the gift bags & shredded/filler paper is, it’s the exact same mess all over the floor, every time I go in there. Maybe they don’t have a manager??!!I will continue to go to the Burton store, where it’s cleaner, more organized, and people are a lot friendlier!

This is the most disorganized Dollar Tree I have shopped at. The front entrance is filthy. I only shop here because without a car, it is the only one I can get to.

JOSHUA was NOT professional. While he was checking out the customer in front of me, he was ordering me around about my basket of items. Wanted me to keep my items in my basket. While he was ‘trying’ to multi task, he completely didn’t remember what he done/said to the customer he was currently checking out (she paid cash and Joshua forgot if he had given her change).Joshua’s name tag was below his untucked shirt and not visible. I ONLY knew his name because of another employee!This is NOT like my Dollar Tree that I know. They are usually NEVER like this.

Every single time I go in this store it's a giant mess!! People have to run carts over product laying in the floors just to get down an aisle. I have pictures...will share! Plus, not one person adheres to their 'G.E.T' policy...its a shame

Cheap everything is a dollar but you need to know your prices because you can get stuff cheaper elsewhere. Most of there products are off brands so sometimes it’s best to purchase just one item of each so you can try it out. For instance Progresso Artichokes 6oz. jar $1 at Grocery stores $2.69 bingo. I picked up some potato chips Home Stye wavy brand 5.25 oz. $1 much better than Better Maid 8oz. for $3 so know your prices. Bleach 3/4 gallons $1 but there was non at the grocery store so I picked up 2.

I went to the Dollar Tree with my wife in a wheelchair the girls are Amber and them we're all great to help open up the door when I asked for help and they showed me and my wife were things were and it was really a great experience at that Dollar Tree that day I appreciate all you girls how hard you work for us that day take care God bless
