If you need it they probably have it.....or they will tell you where you can find it. Incredibly helpful people won't have you wandering the store for an hour looking for something like Home Depot. They have a tool rental and their archery dept is second to NONE in this area. They're Incredibly knowledgeable and honesty. Never once been disappointed coming here.

My son (4) went to pick up paint with his daddy and Browns Do It Center had employees that went above and beyond. They helped him pick paint, gave him a tour of the store, let him mix paint and hammer the van with them. I will never go back to Home Depot. Browns treats you like FAMILY!

Shady place! Dropped my new r10 crossbow off, "sent it in" and when I went to pick it up, same issue. They proceed to send it back to ravin. 3 weeks goes by and I hear nothing. I call at 4 pm complaining about not having my bow, they call me at 930 the next morning to come pick up my bow. ITS NOT MY BOW. Went through hell and high water trying to get my bow back. They wouldnt help and said pretty much im stuck with the bow I have. 1300$ purchase and now I have someone elses crossbow.First pick is old bow, second is the bow I recieved. Limbs are completely different camo.

The staff is friendly, helpful and willing to answer questions. The store is a typical hardware and I had fun wandering around. They do have an awesome sporting goods area in the back. Lots of stuff for hunters, especially bow hunters.

Rented a bobcat from Brown’s. Service was great. Had an issue with the first machine (neither of our faults) but they made it right and took care of me very fairly with the rental time. I will definitely rent here again.

First of all, the Do It Center is great, little pricey but service is good and the owner is excellent. The bow shop is a different story, cocky, arrogant and lacking knowledge come to mind. They specialize more in BS / salesman type mentality. If you buy a new bow here, dont expect it to be setup properly or tuned at all.

I bought a bow about 2 years ago for my wife from brown’s and it was a great experience. I bought a bow for myself yesterday and again it was a great experience. Joe is incredible with setting up a new bow for someone and won’t stop until you are 100% happy. Both bow I have bought from there they are willing to work with your budget. They make sure you get the best quality without over spending. Joe even stayed past closing time to get my bow set up and tuned. Browns is a great place and Joe in the archery department is incredible.

Amazing service, came in to find a couple of bolts and a worker got me exactly what I needed in no time flat!! Love this place with a passion, this place gets better and better every time I come in!! Highly recommend!! Better than Home Depot and all those other big box stores, that's for sure!!

They have great staff here! Always friendly and ask what I am looking for when I come.They are very patient when I explain to them my project and what I am looking for. They will typically show me a couple options and also walk me to where the items are that I am looking for.Always a great experience at Browns!

Always have just what I need, VERY friendly and VERY helpful staff from top to bottom. You'll pay a little more than the big boxes but not a lot. The in-house rental center is also very convenient. Pro Tip: Don't forget the bags of Cajun peanuts they offer throughout the year.

Excellent service! We went in with a bow that needed some work to get my son shooting. The guys in the back spent some time with him, setting up his strings and siting his bow. They were wonderful! I highly recommend Brown's!

My experience was specifically with the Archery department only. After doing some research on the closest Mathews authorized dealer, I decided to come here instead. This was the second closest dealer, but double the distance. I'm very glad I went here though. The employees and services were absolutely nothing short of excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful people. Very reminiscent to KD Outdoors (RIP) where I used to go. All in all, the extra distance was worth the trip and I am very happy and satisfied!

This is a fantastic place to purchase hunting items or have them work on your bow.Joe went out of his way to help me get my crossbow re-strung and sited back in.He took it upon himself to check the scope and reset it to the level position. He also worked on the dented adjustment cap to get it removed. This was no easy task!Joe spent time on the range making sure everything was working correctly and dialing it in.As I was checking out one of the other associates seen my damaged scope cap and found an old one to replace my damaged one.Great service!Super nice guys!I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for bow work or to purchase a new bow.

They are very nice people and have good merchandise! We drove all the way from Lapeer to buy a bird bath. Who would have thought it's hard to find a bird bath these days! They were so nice we came back the next day to get some chairs we saw!

Very good hardware store/equipment rental /hunting store with knowledgeable staff. I do my best to shop here instead of big box stores many people don't know what they have until its gone.lapeer for example has no hardware store and home depot just doesn't cut it. I highly recommend this store you will be greeted and helped right when you walk in the door

Great small town hardware! Large selection of all your basic hardware needs. The friendly, and knowledgeable staff make this place great. LP gas, rentals, hunting, fishing, tools, and building supplies. Everything you need, but lumber. But, they may have that too, I'll have to ask on my next visit.

I purchased a bow a few days ago to surprise my wife. I took her old bow in for reference to set up the new bow. Joe helped me pick out the right bow for her and accessorize it for how she shoots. He gave me discounts to keep me in my price range and built an awesome bow for her. I took the bow home and surprised her with it and immediately went back up there to get it fine tuned to her. Joe dropped what he was doing to work with her and get everything set up. Great service and experience. Thank you joe

This hunting store is a great place to get all your bow hunting needs and questions answered ! I had employee Joe help me and I couldn’t of ask for a better man, he went the extra mile to get my problem taken care of. He also keeps me up to date on my order . So when you go shopping at Browns ask for Joe and come out with a smile.

Helpful staff, a very broad range of products from building to hunting to fishing to equipment rentals. I was there for the minnows.Not sure exactly what the deal was, but customers had to use the side (Rentals) entrance today (around the left).
