Poor experience. Needed a coke very badly, none on the shelf. Employee in the cooler stocking shelves and refused to grab one bottle of coke. After asking 3x, refused and said wait for me to stock the shelves.

I would give it a 0 if I could. I entered the gas station in attempt to get a snack and went to the register to check out. There was a sign stating credit transactions only. I confused that to mean cards only as some businesses say similar things so I used a debit card. The cashier immediately caught an attitude. She attempted to remove my hand from the pin pad then saying now you’ve broken my register in a sarcastic tone. I apologized due to my misinterpretation of the sign. She continued to have an attitude so I stated that her attitude was not necessary as it was an honest mistake. She rolled her eyes then huffed and puffed proceeding to say that the other cashier would have to ring me up. I told her never mind and that I would actually be all set. I then stated I hope you have a better day as I continued out of the gas station. Her attitude was so bad it ruined my overall experience at the gas station. It made me so uncomfortable I no longer wanted to be there. I was 100% unsatisfied. I hope more people in customer service would be willing to be better communicators and overall more friendly.

I’ve lived on the outskirts of Goodrich for a long time, I’ve been in this gas station probably a thousand times throughout my life and it just seems to be a roller coaster of service, with it being at a low point currently. Walked into the gas station this morning to get stared at by 3 women behind the counter and did not get a good morning or hello from any of them they just continued their non work related conversation.On my way to checkout I decided to get a piece of breakfast pizza, which was hardly cut in the first place. Finally get it cut and it’s raw dough in the middle. Told the attendant I wasn’t paying for this and handed her the pizza and proceeded to get my drink and leave. Get your stuff together, this is a small town and a lot of people rely on this station for day to day goods.

Price gouge at pump....30 cents more per gallon here than davison 7 minutes north or Ortonville 7 mins south. Greedy ownership to still be gouging at pump.

Watch your gas recipe! My husband went there recently to get gas and had to go to another pump because the one wasn’t in service so he filled up with what was suppose to be regular grade gas to only get charged for premium! 🤬

This has station is one of the best! In the summer or after school Beacon and Bridge is the best spot to hangout with slushes, snacks, and fun!

The lady with the short hair cut has been kurt to me 3 times. I see her be extra pleasant to the regulars, she must not want any more regulars. I'll go somewhere else.

Try to get 25 in gas and a coffee and they Lady couldn't brake a 50 you telling me you don't have 23 in the cash register this place is trash

Just went in there to buy something they asked for my id and i pulled out my passport and she said i couldn't use it and i used my passport there many of times never going there again
