Very frustrating experience. Have not had issues in the past. Had 4 post op scripts for my daughter after wisdom teeth removal. They were sent one hour prior to my arrival at the pharmacy. Once I arrived I was told two more hours. I called three hours later and was told another two hours. So six hours for post op scripts. This seems like poor customer service, especially after being told by the pharmacist it would be two hours. I understand being busy but do not give people a time frame if you are not able to meet it. I found the staff member working the drive thru window to be rude as well. Very disappointing.

Moved up here. Between jobs no insurance for 90 days. Their cash prices are insane! What I pay at the big box stores less than $60 a month. They wanted like $200- and that didnt include another med i still have some left! Very very friendly staff, nice store. But I only paid for the 2 cheapest. Guess it's back to south haven big box stores :(

I have been going here for years to get all my prescriptions. There is only a few I had to go somewhere else bc I needed to start my antibiotics ASAP and they would be closed by the time I got there.When I didn’t have insurance they worked with me to find a discount coupon if they could. So I wasn’t paying an arm and a leg for something I needed.

The staff at Home town pharmacy in gobles go above and beyond to make my monthly pick up easy and fast they call me to let me know my supplies are ready for pick up this is very much appreciated and keeps me from forgetting to refill and take my meds. They are all so pleasant there. The gift shop inside is stunning and has all the go to gifts you could ever need and OTC supplies with some gobles souvenirs as well. Stop by check them out chat with the staff you wont be sorry.

I had a pharmacist deny my request for a refill of my blood thinner ... he stated that I had cancelled my prescription. I did not cancel it .. I had my bottle with 3 refills. This was a Saturday on Monday I had a message apologizing for the mix up .. I talked to the supervisor by phone he still believed I had cancelled my prescription. I picked up my prescription when he saw me he realized it wasn't me he had talked to about cancelling the prescription. The supervisor was trying to help me out but the pharmacist on Saturday was very rude telling me it was my mistake not theirs.

Great place to get your prescription and your family's prescription. Pharmacists are very friendly and answer any and all questions you may have about a your prescription. They make sure your question or questions were answered and that you completely understand before you leave.
