Dr Andy is a miracle worker! When we thought that our poor girl would have to lose her only remaining rear leg, Dr Andy saved it with a masterful TPLO surgery. She now runs faster and has less pain than ever before. He and his team provided excellent after care. He's so caring and thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Andy Baker sedated my kitty, Lula, and she passed away. He sedated her to manage her behavior, but I wish he would've swaddled her in a towel instead. Had I known there was any risk of death from the sedation I would've just taken her home. She was motionless when he left us in the exam room and didn't come back to check on her. This is a sloppy disorganized office and, unfortunately, I've lost my beautiful companion as a result.

This clinic is amazing. My cat was sick and every other vet I called refused to see her. This office got her in right away and scheduled surgery just a couple days later. They go above and beyond for both people and animals. They also do not rob you and prices are beyond reasonable compared to other offices. I truly could not be happier.

I will be finding a new vet - immediately. They refused to supply my dog with the flea and tick medicine she had been on for 6 years because all of a sudden they have a new policy that an exam is required to supply them. It has not been that long since we’ve been in, my dog has extreme anxiety in the car, and she’s perfectly healthy. When I asked questions, the receptionist, Alisha, was EXTREMELY RUDE and continuously talked over me. I will be finding another vet who cares about the care of my animal and not padding their own pockets with more cash. All I wanted was flea and tick medicine for my dog, just as I have for 6 years - to be met with that level of greed and rudeness is unacceptable.

Don’t go here. Quoted less than 190$ and these people scammed me.This clinic took advantage of my mother, a mentally vulnerable individual, so that way they could take over 200 extra dollars from me. I made an appointment for my cat and told them my mom would be dropping by I’m off…. Over the phone I discussed and authorized certain services, and was told what the fees would be. I explicitly made it clear that I wanted to spend as little money as possible because the cat was a rescue. They told me the appointment was for rabies and neutering. I also let them know that my mother would be bringing the Cat, but that I was the one making the decisions and paying. They never disclosed that she would have to sign anything.. and over the phone I literally showed reluctance when they wanted to give the cat a rabies shot, and seriously made it so clear that I wanted to spend as minimum possible. When we took the cat in…. Our cat had a fever so they sent him home after we tried to drop him off the first time, and charged me $79 for that. And then when my mom went in the second time to bring him back, they tricked her into signing up for services that she had thought I approved. I don’t know why they would even try to do more than what I would have asked for as the person who made the appointment and explicitly said what the appointment was for. They literally scammed me I can’t believe people who pretend to be animal lovers are allowed to operate business here. This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with any veterinarians I’ve ever used, this is honestly even worse than the experiences I have had at an emergency animal hospital.

So our puppy is clumsy and fell down the stairs in front of our house breaking a bone I his joint we found this out from a different vet that wanted $3500 to do the surgery but Gobles Veterinary Clinic did it for over $1000 cheaper and they are super nice and more then willing to help you out cause most of the time when you bring your animal to the vet it not like you have been saving up for it.

I have used this vet for about 10 years and like to support local businesses. I scheduled an appointment with them using the web link they provided in a text message to me. I got a confirmation and showed up to my appointment. I was refused service after they claimed I didn't have an appointment even though I have confirmation proof in my phone. I was told they know there is an issue with the scheduling software and that I should have called them to schedule...as if their software issue was my fault. They made no attempt to resolve their mistake while I was present for my appointment and instead kept implying it was my fault for using their link they provided to me to schedule. I now see that there are a bunch of recent bad reviews on Google for them. Their service appears to have gone down hill recently.Update: A manager did reach out to me about 4 hours later and apologized which is respectable. She said the issue would be resolved.

My dog dislocated her hip. They squeezed me in and did the surgery. Have to say the staff was nice and the vet vet walked me threw what they would be doing. I was extremely worried as I had never used him and had not heard anything about them. I wouldn't hesitate to take my animals here. So far my dog is doing well. Only suggestion would be a phone call from them the following day. It would have been nice and that extra step would be the icing on the cake. Update they did call. Just a few days later. I can guarantee you I will be using them again. Plus the prices are very reasonable. Thank you to the staff and the vet. Keep up the good work.

Have had really good care for our pets here for years. Caring, have often gone the extra mile. Not as familiar with the newer vets now in the practice, but appreciated the thought and solution (Dr. Delia) put into a recent visit with our cat who struggles with vaccinations. Not just the vets (and kudos still to Dr. Andy) but all the staff have been personable and responsive.

Our last vet went out of business. Had our pup spayed and other minor procedures done. They were very compassionate and took very good care of our dog. The vet called the next day to see how our dog was doing. We will be going back for all of animal needs.

We have been bringing our dogs here for the past couple of years and have always been happy with the quality of care they provide. They clearly care about the families they serve.Recently was anxious about having to bring our pets in during COVID-19. My wife, son and father in law all are high risk for serious complications. Very pleased to see how careful they are being to keep EVERYONE safe. Very limited contact, door drop off options for items and they come outside to escort your pet indoors. Very grateful to see how serious they take keeping everyone safe and healthy. Highly recommend to anyone who cares about their pets like family.

The staff really care about your pets, and are very courteous. You often see a different vet each time you visit, and none of them talk down to their patients' owners, which is nice. There has been one technitian, in the past, who gave me a bad feeling, but she was gone the next time I went in.

Love this vet. He does surgeries too. And at a much lower rate than anyone else. Why?...Because he cares about our pets and knows most can't afford the type of prices others charge , thus forcing many to put their pets down.To the lady that had nails clipped too short....It happens . I have bred dogs and cats for decades and do my own trimming. They tolerate it the more you do it. I have had a few times they bled too. They get right over it.I travel 90 miles to come here. Because they are worth it.

Love the vets and techs are great, too. Supportive and super knowledgeable. As a nurse, it's challenging to find a vet I love and trust. This place has my respect. Only complaint is a front office person that can be quite rude at times. Comparable prices with super caring vets. Above and beyond when you need answers!
