This was a stop on our way back from traverse city. Overall, was happy to find some coffee in this seasonal tourist town. I’ll start by saying the staff were really nice and welcoming. I was although disappointed by their brew options. Menu felt similar to what you might find at a biggby coffee shop. Their specialty was more in the espresso drink department and smoothies. For a roasting company I would have expected they would have offered more than just espresso and drip coffee.I’d be curious to see what their food options taste like

I started drinking Leelanau coffee when I moved to Detroit in 2020. From the first sip, I always enjoyed it. I picked up a new flavor from Meijer every week.I stopped here during my excursion to Petoskey and Traverse City in May 2023. I had made it a point to stop here before leaving Michigan for good in the summer of 2023 since I loved Leelanau coffee so much.The coffee was fantastic and the ambience was excellent, but the woman behind the counter wasn't friendly. I was kind of disappointed as I drove away. Still, I'll continue to have fond memories of buying Leelanau coffee and my northern Michigan excursion in May 2023.

This place is awesome! I had found them online and ordered online before coming here in person. They have so many selections of coffee and every one I've tried is so good! They also have such an amazing aroma. The best smelling coffee I've ever had. I would strongly suggest going here or even ordering their coffee online. A huge bonus is also that you'll be supporting a local Michigan roaster and business.

Was a really cool little coffee shop. Stopped here grabbed some coffee and some of their energy bites, both were good! It is in a really nice location, close to tons of cool little shops and stores. There is also an outside area for you to relax and enjoy what ever you may have got.

An inviting coffee shop situated along M22, this establishment impresses with both its excellent coffee and delectable pastries. Notably, they provide the option to purchase their coffee in bags, allowing patrons to enjoy their favored blends at home. The positive experience leaves us inclined to revisit on our next trip to the area.

The coffees are amazing- flavorful and fresh since they do their own roasting.The sweets are , well, sweet and deliciously fresh as well.Outdoor seating all around.Dietary restrictions: Milk options availableKid-friendliness: Lots of kids around and the outdoor seating let’s them move about.

Very friendly cashiers, clean, quaint. Nice outdoor seating, weather permitting. Tons of coffee, for here or to go. 6 flavors up for summer, 4 in the off season. Prices aren't bad, but a little expensive.

If you are looking for a good coffee while you are in town I would suggest bringing your own tumbler from home/camp.Unfortunately this place is gimmicky when it comes to coffee beans. A lot of their selection of whole beans are syrup coated without any indication that they are flavored on the bag. Very few of their beans are not flavored. The ones that aren't flavored have no indication on where the beans originated from so you don't get an idea what the profile is. I got a bag to go and ultimately ended tossing it out because of how poor it tasted.Outside of the quality of their products the employees and cafe aren't the greatest either. If you are planning on doing any work on your laptop/phone then be prepared to search for an outlet that works. When I went, the bathroom door wasn't locking and I ended up being the gatekeeper for those using it even though the employees were told about it being broken.In my opinion, this place is a tourist trap with low quality products and services and the only reason to stop in is to recharge your phone.

I liked the coffee I had as well as the crissont. They have almond and coconut milk substitutes.Edit: We went again the morning of our departure and they were open bright and early which is awesome for an independent place! The first time around I hadn't noticed the bakery items they had for sale from the company "Third coast" which carries gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, vegan bakery items! I grabbed a couple of those including the GoGo! Energy Bites and the donuts which we're both absolutely delicious! I could not be more satisfied with my experience at Leelanau coffee roasters! As always the coffee was great! They also prepare your items in a very timely manner which is a plus! I wish we had a coffee place like this back where I live!

Nice coffee shop in Glen Arbor. Good selection of hot and iced coffee. Our group enjoyed our drinks. Price was reasonable. Parking was plentiful. Worth a stop after visiting Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore

The beverage and food we ordered were good. The staff were nice, considering the many people they serve. It's very crowded and the wait time to put an order was way too long, making the atmosphere not the best for me. We ended up taking our food to our car. There was however, a few tables outside in the back of the shop, with shaded area. This was my tiny heaven there while my husband spent 30 minutes inside getting our drink and food. There was one gender neutral restroom with accessibility. The line for the restroom was long.Parking: Parking was packed. One car left, 2 came.

Always delicious coffee, always spend a fortune on getting multiple pounds of ground coffee to take home with us. Disappointed they didn't have blueberry this time around. But otherwise excellent coffee, the best in Michigan!

I give this a 2 stars because their coffee tastes consistently horrible. Maybe they roast the beans too much? Just tastes charred. The Italian soda and service was good, though!

The menu is simple, but the coffee is wonderful. The baristas are always so kind and will go to great lengths to ensure customers leave happy. :) Many thanks to the baristas who gracefully handled a long line AND issues with the take-out phone this past weekend.The muffins are great, too!

Waited 20min for them to pour a1/2lb of espresso beans into a bag and pass them to me. They were steady but not busy. At first I was patient-after about 10min, one of the baristas asked the manager to help with my order and he threw the ticket on the counter and stormed into the back room saying "can't you guys do this." Ten min later and still no coffee beans, I asked for a refund.Better leadership and training is a must. This is their third strike for me. I like to support local but Anderson's is local too.

Came here on my first trip to Sleeping Bear 2 years earlier, and loved it so much that I had to make the trip to this coffee shop again. Bought coffee beans plus a couple of fresh cups of coffee both times. Was also pleasantly surprised during my recent trip to see they sold Sleeping Bear honey and fresh sandwiches as well. Easy parking on the side of the store.

We visited this establishment because of past exceptional experiences with their coffee blends. My wife and I prefer medium roasted blends and Leelanau Coffee Roasters gives us a broad choice to take home and enjoy. A yearly vacation stop provides us with excellent home coffee for a few months.
