We are burger lovers and Art's did not disappoint! There was no wait when we arrived at 1pm on a Saturday. We ordered and received a real treat! I had the Art's special burger and my husband enjoyed the mushroom swiss burger with onion rings. Since they cut and patty out their burgers from fresh cuts of meat, they were delicious! We were stuffed when we left and enjoyed the quirky little place enough to make sure to mark our maps for another visit!

It's pretty rare I give out five stars but Arts deserved it. Honestly one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Hush puppies were cooked perfectly prices are all reasonable. You can tell the kitchen staff are foodies, and the bar staff are legends. ||||||Beware this is a cash only place, checks in the mail 😂 |||||

Inflated cost, incredibly average food, unbelievably slow service, paired with a bathroom from hell could be forgiven had they accepted debit/credit cards.Instead your forced into using a private ATM with an absurd fee that I’m fairly certain the restaurant has an agreement with the owner of the ATM so they can make more money. My guess is the desire for physical cash makes it’s a front for a money laundering business.

Decent bar food and good service. Interesting decor with college flags on the ceiling. They take cash and checks. Cheese curds were crunchy and tasty mozzarella cheese. Chili was flavorful and just a bit spicy but not so much that it detracts from the rest. Right amount of beans, hamburger and peppers. Grilled cheese and onion rings weee both good.

The food is what it is. Not great. Not bad. There are a lot of comments on it being overpriced but that is kind of what you get in these touristy areas. Overall Not a lot of complaints. The wings came out cold. Had a major stomach ache after eating which resulted in quality time at the bathroom. We ordered the wings (hot and garlic parmesan), Ruben, burger, chili, fries. Would probably try something else before going back...

We chose Art’s because it has Tesla destination charging, which worked great (added ~40 miles of range while we ate). The food was really good and the service was quick and friendly. It’s cute that they’re staying old school & only accept cash or check, but it’s also a little annoying. This place would be absolutely perfect if they had Square or Toast for credit cards & Apple Pay)

We went this place after a tiring hike in sleeping bear dunes and we were clearly very hungry. The atmosphere is really cool and they even have a pool table. The burgers were good and the tater tots nice and crispy. The winner on the table for me was the fudge with local home made vanilla ice-cream, it was absolutely delicious and it just melted in the mouth. One of the best vanilla ice-cream I have ever had.

Ok, the Cons first - Cash only! This can be a major hassle. Then mask required - not a deal breaker for me but for some I guess. Also, 15% mandatory tips even for takeout. Now the good stuff- the Wings are super good! Try all four flavors you won’t regret. $18 for a dozen and so reasonable in a tourist town. The BWW place is no match!Bottom line my family will go back for more wings:)

Art's was one of the higher recommended places based on reviews and it was busy on a Friday eve (6 PM). We were able to get a booth inside with no wait and our server was prompt in getting our drink orders. Normal price for drinks ; $10-14 for a cocktail. Food was quick enough - my husband got an olive burger and I got the turkey reuben ($14). We shared a side of tots and cheese curds, as everything is à la carte (tots about $4, curds at $9). Overall the experience was...fine. The food was good, hot, fresh, but the bill was $61 and it just wasn't worth the price for us. Good food, just a but overpriced - guess that's just a woe of the region.

The olive burger is phenomenal! As is the Michigan mule. Can’t wait to come back. Offseason is perfect for no wait.Be prepared as they are cash only but there is an ATM next door.Kid-friendliness: My boys liked the chicken tenders.

Great local pub. Real good food, nice atmosphere, great, friendly staff. We have four young children and we all found something we like. Cash or personal check only, no credit cards. They do have an ATM though.

Cool atmosphere with the school flags and traditional American diner. Welcoming to us Canadians on July 4 weekend. Beers are cold and food is delicious. Suggest to try the bacon cheese burger with your Choice of cheese and side sauce.

The food here is the BEST! Anything from a buyer to a grilled cheese to french fries. The food is made quick and just how you want it. The drinks are great! Especially when you buy your waitress a shot to do with the table. Remember your cash!

An absolute must stop if you are visiting Glen Arbor and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore! They have an unbelievable breakfast menu during breakfast hours. Then, some really good burgers and baskets for lunch and dinner. You can eat outside or inside which is covered with pennants from different colleges and universities from throughout the country. Highly recommend.

Great bar food and awesome service. This establishment is mostly a burger and beer joint. Food was good, only a touch greasy which is to be expected at a bar. Juke box was great. We had 1/2 pound smelt to start, I ordered the turkey ruben and my fiancé ordered the blue burger. Only draw back not a lot of 'healthy options'. Would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Their burgers are fantastic! Fresh ground daily. The tots were an awesome side dish as well. This is an awesome little hole in the wall. Cool atmosphere and a popcorn machine as well haha

Best food in Glen Arbor. Popular spot so you may have a small wait in peak summer weeks...Has local charm but plenty of sports TV screens. Outside shoe rack is classic n so are the 330+ college sports Pennants that cover the entire ceiling. Once a popular hangout of DET REDWINGS players when up in TCITY For summer training camp. A bit more far now from T. City. Cash or checks only$$$!! 5 star "joint"!!

I stopped by for a drink and to grab some take-away in mid-February 2021. The inside capacity was limited due to COVID restrictions but it was great as always. They have a really nice protected warming area outdoors with propane heaters and you can either go inside to order and stay in (if there’s a table open) or once you’ve made contact and head outdoors the staff were taking orders/slinging drinks and food through a window they’d frequently open next to the warming house which was fantastic. I originally just popped in for a quick beer but saw the “european” (lol) fish & chips special on the board and couldn’t resist so I ordered it to go while I waited outside by the heaters enjoying the scene. The food took a bit longer than expected so they kindly offered me a second (free) beer while I waited which I was happy to accept. The fish was fantastic although with any fried food it wasn’t 100% as good for take-away as it would have no-doubt been in-house. I love Art’s and can’t wait to visit again! DON’T FORGET - IT’S STILL CASH ONLY although they do have an ATM on-site.

Didn't get to try out the food and not to sure why the gift shop isn't showing up on here. The food did however smell great just time wasn't on my side but there is a really cool arts tavern gift shop right next door and the guy that runs the place seemed like a really cool and helpful guy.
