The WORST! Every time I go here, there is a problem. The doctor didn't write the amount, so they didn't have the prescription ready. Guess what? It's your job as a pharmacy to call the doctor and figure it out! You had 2 days to call and get the right amount. But NOOOOOOO you just couldn't handle your job. Then, once they didn't charge my insurance so I had to come back another day to pick it up. Most of the time it's not done, not ready, they're closed for lunch, etc. It takes days to get a prescription and this is a far drive from my house. I can't keep driving up there and never getting my children's medications. Awful!

Out of 500 people serviced at this location everyday. Maybe 1 customer is dissatisfied & that 1 person goes online and leaves anegative review. That does not reflect the facts and represent everyone. High volume stores do come with wait times & there are laws that pharmacy has to follow when it comes to control/narcotic medications. Pharmacy can not create medications out of thin air that are on backorder. Pharmacy can not refill control medication 1 week early. Pharmacy can not ignore state & federal laws to make 1 individual happy.Rest assured Pharmacy tries best to take care of every customer and want them to have a pleasant experience. Thank you

Unbelievably disorganized. My doctor sent in a script. I’m signed up for text notifications when scripts are ready. A week went by and nothing… so I called. Script was on back order and no one bothered to call! So doctor sent in an alternative script… another week goes by. I stop in and their excuse this time for not having it filled was “your insurance doesn’t cover it”. Again no phone call. So when I asked what my total was without insurance the girls reply was “$6”. Seriously? Fast forward 1 month… I did an auto renew on the same script… go to pick it up… they give me two completely different scripts that were supposed to be cancelled and when I inquired about the one I was actually there for she said “Oh, you did an auto refill so it didn’t automatically pop up for us. We haven’t filled it yet.” Honestly? Why even have the “auto fill” option if you aren’t even going to check it?! Will be taking my business to somewhere that isn’t as disorganized and unprofessional.

I have never been so disrespect in my life. The staff member who worked today around 445 in the pharmacy department is so rude that I wish I could give a 0 score. I don't know why they have such people like that working. I had a mask on as I left the Hospital prior to coming there to get my medication. So when i get and give her my name she stared they are not going to fill part of my order and she told me "to leave the store"out load for everyone to hear as you have and " you can be in the store" this staff member had no right to say what she said and to violate the Hippa law disclosing my medical condition to everyone I did notngive her permission to disclose such information as that. There need to be corrective action done as she violated my rights and I am going to file legal action on the company. What type of person who gets paid to get people's medication filled and supposed to give advice to customers hate people. Is it that I am bi racial don't know. However when i get done talking to this lawer in Monday we shall see. So to the lady who did this violation of Hippa law I am going to make sure you get fired and be held accountable for what you did.

The pharmacy at this place is so incredibly ridiculous. I feel really bad for the workers there that have to stand there and look stupid when it is entirely not their fault. Come on Rite aid get together.. I hope your employees are paid well.

All of the employees that work there are great except for Aztow. That dude has an attitude problem. As well as little man syndrome. Shame because I have been using that pharmacy for a while and had grown to enjoy the staff but one bad egg rotted the business. Also I am not the only person who has had issues with him. Ask around. Ask your friends. I am 100% positive you will hear the same from them without bring up this review👌

I would like to thank the young man that waited on me at the drive up window. I just came from doctor and not feeling good at all. He told me there would be a wait for my prescription. But he got me out of there in 5 mins. Very much appreciated!

Honestly they are some of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with had a prescription that was sent there and they refuse to fill it because I had a similar prescription from there. Makes a lot of sense shouldn't matter it's an antibiotic just fill the damn prescription you get.

Edit*** The staff and customer service has been wonderful the last year. Quick, efficient.The lady at the drive through wouldn't run my second insurance. Instead continued to complain about how she wouldn't run my second card. Apparently it was to much work to do so, however was able to write up and print out why my first insurance card wouldn't work. I've had ZERO problems with any other rite aid. GLADWIN seems to always to be the issue. Workers are lazy, rude and all around should work in a basement with zero customer service interaction. I'll continue to be a customer, but at a different location. Management should take a closer look on how gladwin chain is being ran.

Sat in the drive thru line for almost 10 minutes just for the lady at the window to put up a curtain in my face and walk away because of their lunch, which I understand but it wasn’t even 1:30 yet and they way she handled it was unprofessional. This is not my first time having issues with the people working the pharmacy window. Will be finding a new place to go with better customer service.

Rite aid MANAGEMENT: The pharmacy staff is inappropriately rude, unprofessional, uncommunicative and slow. You need to FIRE the pharmacy manager. Look at these reviews! They held my prescription and didn't notify me. I went to pick it up and they said I'd need to come back later. So if you think it's just me, when I called to have my Rx transferred, the pharmacist looked at me and said, "Wow! Those were the most rude, unprofessional people I've ever dealt with". Come on Rite Aid! Get this place fixed. I actually had to go without my medication for 24 hours because of their incompetence.

The pharmacist, Azfar, was extremely helpful in directing me with options for the cost of my prescription. I greatly appreciated his patience and knowledge. 5 star service for sure.

Not good. My boyfriend went in to see about filling a prescription. We forgot to grab my sons insurance card. I went in after him to see if they could look it up with his social bit I had to wait for them to finish gossiping about him. Apparently paying $500 out of pocket for a little boys meds is something to laugh at.

Rite Aid in gladwin mi has big problems. Called in my son's prescription on Monday at 2pm it is Thursday and they still have not filled it. They just put it in the computer for the 4th time this week. Now we have to wait 30mins. I live 30mins away.

I had a pretty good scare of getting the wrong prescription, however, was fixed with ease and with a sincere apology from the pharmacist himself. Staff seems to be better on both sides as far as attitude goes lately, unless I'm just there at the right times. Lol. It used to be awful. I was shocked to be asked if I needed help the last time I was there to look for a couple things. Keep up the great work!

I have used rite-aid for several years, they are very busy and are treated very badly by their customers so, if they're treated bad your gonna get treated the same way. I've had some issues with them, but they were very happy to correct the problem. Others pharmacy want to charge me thousands of dollars for my meds and they have worked with me on price's that are only 200.00 a month. These people are only human, they're very busy and I've seen people treat them very badly. No one has ever been rude to me and I'm in there a couple times a month. People need to remember they're not the only customer they have and have all different levels of filling prescription, from Dr office, faxes, people calling in, people dropping off in person, drive thru. That's just some so I think they do pretty good . Just remember if your kind to people they will be kind to you and everybody has bad days. Good job rite-aid.

I must say I've lived in Gladwin all my life and I go to Rite Aid often for my whole family. I've had issues with my scripts there every single time I go to fill them I always get the runaround and this last issue went on for a week. whenever my kids are sick I always get my prescriptions there Rite Aid because they're open late but I usually have to wait two and a half to three hours with a sick child which I think is ridiculous. because of the recent hassles with my daughter's prescription I will take my business elsewhere. Not to mention their pharmacist are rude their employees are rude nobody should be treated like that. I work in a doctor's office and I know how to treat my patients. They should learn they don't want to make their local customers mad or upset. We are your business

It is a very resourceful store you are always greeted every time you walk through the door everything in the store is very Organized and up to date, It is very clean and the shelves are stocked well,the isles are labeled correctly nothing out of place it's a very detailed place you can tell that the staff love their job and contribute to the store they are all friendly ,they all lend a helping hand without question so if your struggling to find something they notice without you having to mention it always smiling keeping positive energy and vibes making it a perfect place to be while looking for your consumer/customer needs and even say have good morning/afternoon/evening when leaving checkout keep up the good work.

I cannot believe some of the negative comments made for Rite Aid in Gladwin. This has always been a friendly accommodating store. You just cannot please some people. We are so lucky to have a Rite Aid in town. Maybe some people need to grow up.

Went to get wife's prescription filled after her surgery. Wait for 45 minutes. They had finished filling it but never told me. I had been sitting there waiting for it. Was almost late picking up our daughter from school. They aren't very friendly either.

This pharmacy has the RUDEST staff I have ever met! I have taken my business to Gladwin Family Pharmacy. Where my prescription is ready in about 15 minutes. The pharmacist explains side effects with me and is KIND at all times. I HATE RITE AID and feel they should start over with their staff. If you don't want the job... QUIT.

My wife and I live in Saginaw. We were given an opportunity to get our Covid vaccinations at the Gladwin facility. Our appointments were on 3/3 and 3/24. The entire process could not of went smoother, better or more professional in any way. I would highly recommend this facility as your home town Pharmacy. Thanks again. God bless you all!!

What a horrible pharmacy! Pharmacist & assistant BOTH see you standing at the counter & can not even acknowledge your existence. After waiting several minutes I pulled my file and called the neighboring pharmacy to see if they had what it was I was looking for. THEY DID!! I walked out & went down the street to make my purchase.That was my last shot given to Rite Aid

Received phone call at home Friday that RX's are ready for pick up which is the norm, drove 20 miles 4 days later was told by a snotty defensive women at RX counter that the rest of the order would be ready tomorrow due to new filling procedure being done at some other company & location. Thanks for notifying us😠 Changing to another pharmacy

Have the regular products. I've always had issues with the employee's though. They are always real snobby, the act like they hate their job so its hard to get any help with anything! Wish their help had better positive attitudes.

A 2.5 hour wait time to get an antibiotic is absolutely wrong and pathetic. The person I’m getting the med for is running a 104.5 degree fever. I’ve worked in a pharmacy. It doesn’t take that long to refill meds.
