Robin has been very accommodating, with my two pups, Boris and Abby. I usually go at a moments notice and thus far she has had room for me. FYI, she also grooms. So your dog can look aces when you get home.

We have 2 little dogs chaser who is about 11 pom terrier mix and Lexi who is just under a year and Jack russel terrier. I took chaser in for the works and was very worried about him being a jerk face when he got his nails done because he even snaps at me he hates it. And Lexi has the energy of a preschool about 85% of the time and that was the first time to a groomer she had her nails clipped. I will ALWAYS take both my baby dogs here and am extremely happy with how well they treat their animal clients and the patience and understanding they have w old confused puppies ❤

THEY Gave my dogs collar to someone else and nicked my dogs ear, closed it with crazy gle and didn't inform me. Got my baby home and her ear started to bleed. Needed vet visit. Would NOT RECOMMEND this place at all!!!!!

I have a jack Russell named.babe.she is 11 years old,I've had her since.she was about 7/8 months old.I am 75 years old.its hard for myselfToo do her nails.i was up to galdwin last week deer hunting,no luck.But was able to stop at pet shop.found out I could get nails done for $5.00. down in mt.morris.mi. we're I live year around it would cost $20.00/25.00. lucky me.

Very friendly with lots of experience grooming dogs! She's an animal lover her own animals come to work with her! I just loved this place! I highly recommend her for all or your dog grooming needs in the gladwin area! She was able to manage my 2 spoiled dogs with no manners she can handle any dog big or small!

I give its a dog's world a five star rating Robin and Sam do a wonderful job with all furbabies that come in, It doesn't matter if there just being groomed or spending a night or two. Everything is kept clean and they do what they can to make sure your pet is comfortable.

They got me right in as a walk in .hard to find a groomer to do nail trims right now in my area.they did a nice professional job. The price was $5 which is to cheap for there time I gave them $ 10 and still felt guilty. A person's time for a good job is worth more than that. A service rendered is worth paying for

My Boyfriend and I took our Husky Mix to It's a Dog's World for Boarding so that we could go on a trip. My Dog was very well taken care of and seemed to like her care taker but she was happy to come home. They make sure that your dog gets time to play outside and has their own kennel to stay in. I really like this place and the lady who cared for my dog. Thanks so much.

My little ShihTzu Mia is very scared of her baths. The groomer has done a fantastic job getting my pup to enjoy her baths. The groomer is very patient and caring. I would highly recommend It's a Dogs World for grooming.
