Diverse inventory of items for many of my DIY projects. Many Craftsman tools or Ace Hardware tool accessories. Some fishing and hunting supplies available. Home decoration items of local flavor available to personalize your home, and make nice gifts. Propane service was fast and informative about tank certification/safety. Lots of Stihl yard products for yard maintenance. Very helpful staff to find products.

Expensive. Hardly any helpful staff available on a holiday weekend. After more than 30 minutes waiting for help they still gave me the wrong item. I even had the bag with what I needed and still got the wrong item. They kept demanding it was the correct item. When I got home the electrician immediately said "they gave you the wrong item". We has to go to West Branch Home Depot to get the correct item. Drive 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back. Same distance to Home Depot. Always take your time and go to another hardware store first and save yourself a lot of money.

The young woman working was polite and attempted to be helpful even though she was out of her area.The older man was rude to me and her and then proceeded to stand around and discuss it with another employee.He should be fired and she should get half his pay.Left with nothing. Probably won't go back.

Hometown business with excellent service. If they do not have the item u need...no problem they will order it and contact u when it arrives. On going purchases can provide rewards of coupons, usually $5. Ace Royal paint is a complete thumbs up, great product!

Had everything I needed and had it up front waiting when I got, which was excellent, but cashier very rude and put out that I was even there. I fully understand that most places are suffering from employee shortage, and that a lot of the ones working are working long hours. But, there is ZERO EXCUSE for rude!

The employee that helped us, came up to us and asked if we needed help and pointed is in the right direction while he quickly did what he had to do. Then he met us in the aisle he sent us too. He tried to find what we needed but unfortunately what we needed they didn't carry as it was a speciality bolt. He pointed us in the right direction of business to go and thanked us for trying them first. He was polite, helpful and knowledgable.

Not one employee had mask on! Then on the bathroom they had a sign that said employees only for our safety and yours. What about the customers safety with all the employees walking around with no mask. Won't be back! Plenty of other stores in town that have sign on front door ,mask required. And employees are all wearing mask!

You know I always loved going in....but new owners changed the store the staff are rude at times other times act like you are bothering them if you ask for help. I have given them a long time it's just getting worse. And I find it disrespectfull that the people waiting to take your money do not respect you enough to wear a mask..I will make the drive to clare or west branch to spend my money

My favorite addiction... people were very helpful, if I couldn't find it they took me to it, if I didn't know what I needed they showed me, and if what I purchased wasn't what I needed for the job they refunded my money...even though I spent it there for another project...and also loving my ACE rewards

This place has been around forever. Still the same which means product and customer service will be hit and miss.The one thing they always have though is bulk grass seed by the pound. The cottage mix is really good and cheaper than buying the basically same mix of Scotts sun and shade mix. Carry on old Farmer's Supply!

Good store to go to for fast fixes. In and out. Clean store and well stocked. Employee,s are helpful and friendly. Plus on the way out you can fill a bag of fresh popcorn. Today caramel.

Horrible staff that you cannot find to help you and now apparently they do not care about protecting the vulnerable public of Gladwin by not making staff wear a mask. If you value your health or the health of your loved ones ( including the elderly) and your not a selfish human being then shop elsewhere.
