Need to put a sign in the batteries section telling customer the store charges an extra the15 dollars core charge on the batteries. I called Deka the core is part of the price. You clearly are over charging customers.

Very good farm stuff, but they had the seeds priced at 3 bucks per little bag! I get inflation and everything but at menards you can get one for 50 cents! I dont see how this is relevent. The people were kind too. The bathrooms were disgusting and one of the toilets is always out of order!

My experience was swift and plesant. I was able to witness a sample of the customer service, and was quite pleased with the patience the young lader offered the older man. I found what i was looking for quite quickly, and was pleased with the price. All around a great store if you are looking for what they stock.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well organized. The center aisle can be congested at times, but thats usually because of all the awesome sales they always have. I've gotten alot of really good deals here and always stop when I get the chance!

Has good products. You can find most anything you may be looking for. You pay a little but more than other farm stores for some things. However, if you include the price of gas and the time to run to these other farm stores, it balances out.

They send your coupons for email but you can’t access them in the store because there’s no service. They don’t have an oil book to look up any oil filters but you can’t access it online. The employees are no longer very helpful, I see a lot of them standing around to chatting with one another or on the phone. Bobbie has always provided excellent service, I am thankful for her!

Sorry for long read... but this store staff deserves much kudos for community support and customer satisfaction!5**🤩 STARS + PLUS TO MANAGER AT FAMILY FARM AND HOME from Nala Dog and her Rescue Family 🐕 5🌟PLUS**The male manager(I thought there was only a female one?! This guy was new to me..but awesome!) saw me looking at some clearance items while talking with the checkout clerk. I was telling her that I facilitate fulfilling the needs, and rescue dogs all over Michigan by seeking rescue placement, vetting, locating food resources for those in need, transport, foster families, fundraising ideas and allocation of groups/rescues to help with dog/owners needs, and only occasionally placement of dogs with a family after careful scrutiny. I am best at networking and resourcing nowadays, due to my disabilities. I cannot do as much hands on as I used to but still have a few fosters in my care, my own and another 2 rescues, that are family and will be with us furever due to some quirks or behavior issues that not many families want to deal with when looking to adopt or bring in a new 4 legged family member.I was telling her I sometimes try to purchase neat items like these on clearance, at great discount prices, to put up with other similar themed items as a lot for a future fundraising auction. The manager heard me and asked how many I wanted? Curious as to deal I would get, I asked how much of a deal he would.give me if I purchased all 10 of that item remaining?🤔He surprised me by offering an to good to pass up deal by taking another 40% (he said monetary amount) off already 75%off discounted items?!?You bet I dug deep but bout all 10! They are summer items but are boxed and great family fun things that will be part of an upcoming vetting fundraiser for a dog in need of very expensive ear surgery! Thanks to this manager doing the best at his job -- pleasing his bosses by clearing out outdated stock to make room for the new, and wanting to help out and keep his customers happy he has helped take the small amount of money I put forth to purchase these 10 items, and has turned it into minimally 5 -7 times the amount of money from my initial purchase to help pay for a rescue dogs vet bill!Thank you Mr. Manager and all those who are behind the scenes at Family, Farm and Home .

The store is well decorated for the holiday season, the staff was friendly despite the growing crowd on a Saturday. The shelfs were very well stocked nearly pre-pandemic, felt good to shop again.

I have purchased all my animal feed from FF&H since they opened in Gladwin, MI.Scott, Kent and Bobbie are the best of the best. I know Scott has been gone for awhile but he was really good with customers. Kent is a great manager, equally as good, and Bobbie is the frosting on the cake.Seriously, she is a gem, she knows the people and she knows the products.If she doesn't, she will find out the answer. I was very much in need of a product and she took the time to call me at home to let me know it was in. I never knew her until the store opened. She is a special person and you are blessed to have her. Pamela Cinganops I buy a great deal more than just feed.

Store was clean as always, Employees helpful and friendly. The only issues I generally have with this store is stock. I'm not sure if it's the stock Manager or what is actually delivered to their store their store. Otherwise, it's a great store for such a town that doesn't have any other farm stores. The prices are where they should be, employees are generally always willing to help and kind and store is clean and organized.
