The store is always a mess. You can never get though the the store with out runny in to a roll out cart. Most of the staff is nice but there are a few that are rude. Today had issue with a ad item so had them take it off to find out they didn't. I went back in the store to at less get the item again but no the cashier didn't understand and fought with me about her taking it off. When she realize she didn't. I told her it was ok I'll just get the item and she didn't understand and wanted to put the money back on my card. She just should understand how to to her job. But the worst part of that store is you can never walk though to get to the things you need.

The only thing they need to improve on is the amount of cashiers during busy moments. The lines get long and move slow. Everything else is great though. Employees at this store are polite and nice. Prices are good and they run specials quite often on their soda.

Dollar General is great. Clean and the customers were adequately distanced. There are stickers on the floor reminding to stand in line at 6 ft spaces.. The staff encourages mask use and there are always carts inside the building. Never out in the parking lot. The only down side is the employee break area is basically at the end of the sidewalk near the front of the store so you can smell smoke and hear cell phone conversations. They could use a better place to have a break.

I like the staff. Their very friendly and helpful. The store its self is another story. Never completely stocked, empty shelves. Went to open one of the freezer doors, no handles, so broke a nail opening it because the product I wanted was in there. The door next to it was missing the handle too. There was a LG amount of water on the floor with no signs. Still, I like the staff. That's why a 3 star instead of 0. Needs revamped. They need a bigger building. Larger isle's to get your buggies down. There's always so many crates sitting everywhere, barely room to navigate. There is 2 in this town and they are both in the same shape. Started getting my supplies at Family Dollar because their store is stocked and organized. Sorry DG but get it together for your customers.

I'm a 62 year old grandmother. I was just threatened by 2 men while at your store and didn't feel safe. I was standing in line when the next customers, 2 men without masks, stood right behind me. I asked him to stay 6 feet away. They didn't like me saying that & they didn't move so argument started. Why isn't Dollar General providing a safe place to shop?!

This DG is very clean every time I have been in it, and no inventory carts (what ever they are called) in the way in the isles. The DG associate that I seen this last time was super polite also, which makes the visit even more pleasurable.

Very friendly understanding employee's, they always put smiles on myself and my children's faces. The store has been messy in the past but has done a 360 tyr. Around to be the cleanest one out the other 3 i have visited in gladwin county. This store is my number 1 favorite store to visit. Even if I have to drive a min from my home this is the one I will stop at first.

The employee that helped me was amazing! Very helpful and kind.. However the store is always cluttered.. I don't feel it is a problem with the employees... Not sure what is going on with management...

This Dollar General is neither good nor bad. They have good customer service, and are very friendly; however, the lines can be long and the amount of workers to customer ratio is low.

It's a good place to stop and grab something you need quickly. Prices aren't bad for the products they have. I usually try to stop here first.

It's ok ...feels crowded but they pack alot of stuff into a smaller store. Staff is nice and store is clean. I'll be back.

They always greet u with a hello n how are you today. They care if your visit comfortable n easy to find. I say no are they lost,lol. Love there store on m-61 in gladwin. N state st. In gladwin michigan.

Every time I go it there, there is always 3-4 people in line. The isles are always filled with stuff and hard to push a cart down. Clearance isle is always a mess, hard to tell what's on clearance and what kind of deals that there is. Overall the store is a mess but the people who work there are very friendly.

This Dollar General is always filthy and isles blocked. Never more than one person at a register at a time so lines usually run atleast 5-8 people back with carts full... Horrible.

Its trashy ,merchindise. On floors again that they don't find room on shelves.,an 2 people cannot even get down isle,because to much.

They don't have very many deals but when they do they tend to be good. Also is very clean for being a convenience store

This store is so unorganized... Everytime I am in there the isles are crammed with stuff and you can't even get a cart thru them and the staff is too busy talking and not working!

They are very rude i was shopping for my daughter birthday and needs cheap napkins and the store manager started to swear and highly rude and kicked us out because i was shopping in the clearance isle
