When I first visited the pet spa I had recently adopted a cat (waffles) from a shelter who very clearly was depressed and not grooming himself. The ladies at the pet spa were very good to my boy, and he was so cute and fluffy when we left and smelled fantastic. He was on his best behavior and even let them blow dry him. I was so paranoid to leave him in the hands of strangers I cried when we left but they gave reassuring updates on his grooming and care and made me feel so much better. They’re also one of the (if not the only) places in gaylord that actually groom cats! (Before picture with the banana)

Chelsea is awesome! My little Norrman is a handful...tons of energy and squirmy. She does an incredible job with him...he always looks like a million bucks. I highly recommend The Pet Spa of Gaylord

This crew do the best. Been coming here for years. They've groomed our collie in the past. We now have a Siberian cat and they make Jasper look like a Lion. It is priceless and Jasper loves his new look, he's very proud. Very professional staff.

My little dog izzy had a great experience here and they did a great job on her hair and nails. izzy is a wild animal and was dirty af, the staff at the pet spa transformed her into a dog version of a bougie city pup with a fresh blow out. The deshedding treatment is well worth the extra charge, and little izzy is feeling as good as she looks!! Brook made it reall easy and my dog wasn’t stressed out when I picked her up after her appointment. I’ll definitely be a return customer. Thanks pet spa!

Been bringing my Yorkies here for 2-3 years now. Always very gentle and loving with them! Have never accidentally cut them or hurt them. Very reasonable with her pricing too! Would definitely recommend this Groomer and I have. Sheryl

Brooke did an amazing job with my dog. When I had picked her up from other groomers, she would shake for hours afterward. Well, not with Brooke. I picked her up and she was her normal happy self. 😊

These ladies are really great and they always give a nice cut! Tried several other places and I'm glad I found them! Won't take our goldendoodle anywhere else. He walks in on his own free will :) and has never had a 'nick'. Looks better than ever when he walks out. It's also nice they text when he is finished and ready to go. Worth mentioning I drive an hour to take our dog here for his grooming.

When I called to make an appointment she told me the cost would be UP to 100 dollars.When they called me for pickup they tried to charge me 200 another re I took my pyr there instead of brushing his fur under his collar they shaved it off.I had to call the cops before they would accept the agreed upon maximum price.

Awesome experience taking my Grand puppy to Pet Spa in Gaylord. He received such loving care from 2 great woman.Grandkids wanted to eat him up. He smelled so good. They loved his neck scarf. We can't wait to go back.

Took my 9 year old German shepherd in to get him bathed and "furminated" after not being groomed for a while. To say the least he turned out looking so much better and smells great! She clearly loves the animals she works with and has great prices.

My border collie/sheltie Chloe is very old, deaf and fairly blind. The Pet Spa is wonderful with the old girl.Auggie is a mini mixed hot mess, with an attitude. He comes home happy and handsome! Love this place, so do my dogs.

My Lab Shadow loves going to the Spa. He gets pampered with a bath, haircut and nails trimed and lots of hugs! The best part is he not only looks beautiful but smells brand new! Great service and price.

I needed my Chihuahuas nails cut and they hate getting them cut! The ladies got them both in and were careful and gentle with them! Also they were cheap and even though I didn't have paperwork on my dogs they still helped!

This is a very small shop. It has a bit of a smell, but, they did a good job grooming my standard poodle. I am a little concerned by the way my dog acted when i picked her up...and she didn't act like herself until the next day.

I was turned off as soon as I walked into the place. Dirty and dingy. Service was fast(probably because the place is gross). As soon as we returned(and I'm only sepulating here) our dogs had the worse flea problems I've ever encountered. Had to bug bomb the house twice. I will never go back.
