We went in to shop for our first reptile. After doing lots is research and perfecting a beginner’s habitat, we chose to go with a fancy leopard gecko. Jess was the associate that helped us and she was so friendly and informative! She helped us find the perfect friend to bring home. We love our new addition and want to thank Jess again for all her help. We had a very enjoyable experience!

Normally, I purchase my supplies closer to town but have my dogs groomed at this location. About five weeks ago, I began a training class here with my dog, whom I'm training to be my service dog (I'm a disabled veteran). Jessica, the trainer, possesses extensive knowledge not only in training but also in canine behavior. Today, I visited to purchase a harness she recommended during last week's training session, thinking it might be easier for both my dog and me. Upon entering, I didn't initially see her at the front register since she was busy with other customers. I inquired with the staff about her presence because she's familiar with my dog and I'm more comfortable with her assistance. She helped fit my dog with a harness and guided me through the process to ensure it was suitable for our needs. Jessica seems to be a jack-of-all-trades at PetSmart. She's young, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable about animals and resolving related issues. I highly recommend Jessica for training or any pet-related needs. I intend to continue training with Jessica and PetSmart through the subsequent levels.

This store is very clean and the people who work there are very nice! I get my dogs treats here. I buy a variety and Ive gotten them a few times at buy 3 get 1 free! Plus i can take them inside with me.

I was in the market for a new aquarium for my beloved Hagrid. I walked into PetSmart and they had great sales on aquariums, decorations, and filters. The employees were friendly and helpful, too. He loves his new home, even though he is picture shy.

Love this place ♥️ They have a variety of pet toys and pet's there. Bought a canvas cover for back seat in my truck. Looks great. Stays in place. Easy install. Prices $5-higher. Think this one was around $62. It has small pockets for a dog brush and flaps cover over the seat belt if you need to use them. Kurgo is the brand. Extended bench seat is in this picture. Love seeing the birds, fish and kittens.

Adopted the sweetest cat here! The staff was very friendly and helpful with helping us choose our new family member. They'd get 5 stars, but we were told our sweet girl had a "little cold". When she didn't seem to be getting over it, I brought her to our vet and the poor girl needed antibiotics, was underweight, and dehydrated. Maybe their animals need just a bit more attention. Good news though - she's healthy, hydrated, and her bones are no longer sticking out and we love her so much!!

Very well organized with many grain free products for both cats and dogs. They also have cat adoptions if interested. The associates are well knowledged with all the products

Went here today (8/3/21)to find a muzzle to fit my 14 year old bully dog. The young lady who was working was incredibly helpful , friendly , and very sweet as I had to bring my boy in the store to see if the muzzle fit correctly. Everything was easy to find , and clean. She was the best though , very helpful to my dog ♥️

Not my first visit here at the Gaylord Petsmart. The groomers here do a great job and I brought "Duncan" In for a make over. I also bought a new Parrot toy for Meki.

I am sad to say this but I believe they have a high rate of returned DEAD fish...always happy to exchange them....I now have more in gas returning DEAD fish than I paid for all of my fish ......I have raised fish for twenty five plus years!!!

Anita and Erin did so well with my feisty girl for her grooming. My dogs all love getting to see the ladies! And they matched her kerchief to her collar, which my children have determined is her favorite color- purple. 💜

Extremely friendly staff that are considerate and willing to work with you, when my puppy tore her harness a few days after I got it, i just had to bring it in with my receipt and the exchange went smoothly. The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole transaction.

The male staff member was very negative about the small animals and they way they come from farms and aren't handled and to expect them to all bite and be antisocial. We did still purchase a guinea pig and a hamster (we've had many over the years and new what to expect in our own without his "assistance") both animals are very friendly and LOVE attention the exact opposite of what the gentleman was portraying. I feel bad for other customers who may not have known to ignore his negativity and I stead were turned off from adopting one of these little fur babies. Overall the store was clean and well stocked and the animals were healthy and well cared for so I won't let one bad apple destroy my opinion of the store itself.

The other day, I went to Petsmart in Saginaw to buy a particular pet bed. Online, it said it was in stock. It's a Halloween themed bed, and I know it was selling quick, and I wanted to get my hands on one before they sold out for the season.I live in Pinconning and drove to Saginaw, and they ended up disappointing me because none were in stock.I called corporate. It was pretty disheartening and misleading seeing something available online, and not being able to buy it in the store because they actually didn't have it. The lady that helped me was wonderful, and contacted a few locations that had them according to the site. Gaylord ended up being the store I would be able to pass through soon that had it in stock, and the lady connected me with Kayla, the manager.I explained what was going on, and she was more than happy to hold it for me until I could pick it up today.I showed up after 11 AM to get it, and the staff was super helpful getting it for me. I had the chance to see, thank, and hug Kayla in person!I love my calico and tort cats. And Halloween is a special holiday to me. I have been married 4 years this past Halloween. And more monumental events for me are on that holiday, so it meant a lot to me that she went out of her way to hold that cat bed so I could purchase it!As you can see, my kitten LOVES this pet bed! A million thanks again for a great shopping experience and for a great representative of Petsmart going above and beyond in customer service and being happy to have helped!!! Kayla is truly a kind and genuine employee who is an asset to Petsmart! I highly recommend this Petsmart for all of your pet needs!

I had my dog groomed there and he is a mess. One leg is shaved to the skin, his face is filthy, and the rest of his hair is all choppy. They had him for almost three hours.I won't be returning.

Have a good variety of pet supplies. Mainly shop here for the grooming services. My dog enjoys going and I enjoy the way he looks after he goes. Although, his favorite has moved to the TC location.

This store was very typical of most Pet Smart locations which I have previously visited. Store was clean and well stocked, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. One suggestion...some standard colored products (black, blue, green, red, etc.) should be stocked as well as the more colorful items. Not every collar or harness needs to be covered with butterflies and flowers.Props 4 doing pet adoptions and donations to shelters...patrons should donate even if it's just a dollar or two. I'm on a fixed income and I always give a little.

Very helpful staff. Had exactly what I wanted. Gentleman that took care of me went up a ladder to get the product for me that was in a new box. The one at floor level was in a poorly taped up box.With service like that I will go back.

Great food here! I absolutely love the cats, especially when cooked medium. The dogs are ok, not my favorite but definitely top 5. The fish are a little raw tho. The children’s toys here are perfect for your younger kids waiting for your dinner.
