My husband and I over the last 5 years have had any where from 5-12 animals at one time. We are here several times a week getting food for our bearded dragons and during these weeks picking up dog and cat food or other supplies. Leann has been a great source of knowledge with our dragons and our go-to person if we need help like when we were trying to save a baby squirrel or a hummingbird etc., The staff is amazing, great customer service, and overall have developed a relationship as we are there often! Great place!

The associate was easy to talk to. She not only told me where I could locate the item, but she walked me to it. There were multiple light options for my particular fish tank, and she helped me find the best one for my tank.

Came in for cat items. Well stocked with many available products for a healthier pet. Also plenty of food products to choose from.There are also toy areas for the variety of pet activities.The store was very clean and organized as well as can be.Convenient with ample parking also.

Very poor care. This poor Green Quaker Parrot is very sick along with several other of his feathered friends up front, he wasnt chirping (besides distressing clicks) or moving (had a pile of poop under him) and was all puffed up and with a seemingly overgrown beak, clear signs he wasn't well and not "sleeping" like the cashier commented. She claimed all the birds up front were quote: "Perfectly Healthy" and they are absolutely not. Look at this poor bird! He also was clearly not preening, as you can see feathers are dark and out of place. This poor little guy is in bad condition, I've seen sick birds and this is one of them, the stress shown from his friend was also signs that she was worried about her fellow feathered friend. This is just cruel to say these animals, these living things, are "perfectly healthy"Look at this bird in the face, look at his eyes, you can tell this bird is miserable. I wouldn't trust them with a House Fly if they can't keep something as simple as a Budgie healthy in their own store 💔 God bless these poor animals with a better life and health..

My wife went in to get some cat litter yesterday around noon, make a long story short a employee was very rude and very unprofessional at the least. She can't lift over 8lbs and asked for help and was denied by this rude person.

The staff here didn't seem very interested in helping customers as they entered the store. I was greeted when I entered, asked for a price check at one point, then didn't see the staff again until I left without making a purchase. I enjoy Pet Supplies Plus stores, but this was a very unwelcoming experience.

Girls were great however after being told my 25% off coupon took it did not show on my receipt and after adding everything together I bought there was no discount. Watch your receipts. I went here on purpose because of coupon. I could have bought everything closer to home for same price I paid.

I was there on February 22, 2021. There was a young lady who helped me. She was wonderful! She new her stuff!!! I had adopted 2 dogs which I had no idea what to get (toys etc.) She was very nice and helpful. I wish I knew her name? Because if I did, I would call before I went back! The other employees not so helpful!!!

Super nice staff, for the most part. Great selection. Manager is super helpful, actually took the time to go over different types of dog food and was knowledgeable! They stopped carrying a certain type of food that I was getting and when I mentioned it, they instantly offered to order it, at no additional cost to me!

Better selection than Petoskey location.... but no snoopy the Parrot so that's bad.Go here for raw frozen dog food about 1x every 6 weeks. People there are friendly and helpful. Good store 🤙

The manager here is really great!! She helps you with whatever you need and answers any questions you have. She know a lot of info about every thing that they carry in the hole store!! They have great prices that are comparable to all the pet stores! They mark stiff down and have it on sale a lot! It is a great store for any pets needs! They have it all
