I frequent this Lowes and found an amazing deal! Pella windows at 75% off and even better the sales staff helped me locate all matching screens! You can tell when a store out time into training there staff, the Lowes does customer service right. Plus every Lowes honors their Military Discount.

Not every trip to Lowe’s is something to wright about. However, if you are looking for paint Jerry is the guy you want helping you. Jerry was very helpful and thorough he answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Thank you Jerry for the outstanding assistance with our purchase!

No customer service looking for what we needed, however best believe they make you feel like a thief standing over your shoulder at the self checkout. Need more people working floor and less trying to overlook and follow you around at self checkout.

Absolute miserable experience from the start. We are still waiting for an answer of how this will be rectified. We are losing money everyday due to not being able to rent our property:Purchased vinyl flooring install. We were sold underlayment by Lowe’s that would have voided our warranty, had we not caught it. We then decided to go with plastic underlayment. Lowe’s never installed the plastic underlayment! They returned it without our permission.Installers drank our coffee, used our coffee machine, and damaged our property. All without our permission. Installers left our place a mess. They didn’t return any of the unused material to the store. But yet, they chose to return the material we DID want installed.Rude/unprofessional customer service from two store employees. They disrespected my wife and our housekeeper.In summary- Lowe’s damaged our property, did not install what we requested, treating people I care for with disrespect, and still causing us to lose money to this day.

So I used Google to find an affordable pull behind leaf sweeper and 49735 TSC had what I wanted. Did they though, no. Worst customer service ever at 2 different locations. So I went to 49735 Lowe's and paid a little more for an even better sweeper than I was looking for. Abby Kassuba was so helpful. She had it in stock and even pulled it out of top stop and on a cart ready to go before arriving at the store. She took care of me from beginning to end, way to go Abby. Short story keep bringing empathy and understanding to help fix or help a customer with their needs.

The store is always clean and the staff is very helpful! Even when I’m just looking to be pointed in the right direction someone will help me find exactly what it is I’m looking for so I don’t stand there forever looking like a dork!Most recently my husband and I went in for kitchen cabinets and after days of talking with Karen we decided on the Denver natural collection and couldn’t be happier!

So im new to Michigan, I went into lowes to get an Ariens snow blower. The people helping me choose knew less than I did!! Luckily, YouTube helps some people with new things!!! Cause the manager in that department never even used a snow blower before!!! Love my Ariens

Bought a refrigerator off clearance there said it worked just customer return brought home hooked up freezer won’t keep stuff frozen and ice maker doesn’t work. Tried bringing it back a week and a half later as the whole thing has to be taken apart to get it in my house and brought from the basement upstairs. They tell me you have 48 hours to return appliances I have to go through lg. I call lg to get service they just run me around and then hang up when I get a little upset paid 1400 dollars and lost everything in the freezer and can’t even get it fixed. I will never in my life buy another LG PRODUCT or buy a thing from LOWES.

I have been waiting for a while to write a review of my recently installed carpet throughout my whole house, because until now I could not speak about it ~ there were just no words about the job / the unprofessionalism of the installers / the ability to be able to contact anyone that could help. HORRIBLE experience!!

This is by far the best Lowes. The employees are so helpful, friendly, and not fake. Anytime I have ever ordered anything from this Lowes it’s assembled with care.I have also had a refrigerator delivered as well as a new washer and dryer a few days ago. The delivery guys were very sweet, patient and respectful. They set everything up for us and didn’t rush the job. Before they left they made sure we were happy with everything. Thank you, DJ!

Carla at customer service was very rude. She wasn't helpful and seemed annoyed that she needed to do her job. Eventually, after being disrespected multiple times, we left and took our 5k purchase elsewhere.

Carla at Gaylord Lowe's customer service was very rude. She was visibly irritated with having to get off her phone and help us. She was not helpful to the point that we left the store and made our purchase online. I wish we would have had Rita.

Ordered kitchen cabinets around February 1, 2023, on the 7th my husband went in and paid for our kitchen over $16,000 of Labor and cabinets. We ordered the Schuler Georgetown cabinets was so excited. On May 25 we received our cabinets, they look as if they was built with rejected wood, and the stain is very poor, along with the glaze on the cabinets, you can even see fingerprints. Just broke my heart. Upon contacting the store we have yet to get anywhere. We also found out on the second of June the store did a refund using gift cards, which was around a thousand dollars less. This is the receipt that matches the cabinets received from the shipping invoice. According to the store there is no difference. Unbelievable. After getting in touch with the exec corporate office we are going to get our money back. Well so we are told. Just beware of what stores can do behind the scenes without your knowledge. The store and district manager made an appointment to correct the cabinets but never showed up. Buyer beware!Update: Lowes had their chance to win back our trust, about a month, we will never shop at Lowes again, and every chance I get I will tell our unbelievable experience. We have documents and pictures, which tells all. I believe if Lowes was a reputable company they would have already taken care of the situation. Now we are left to start over, hopefully with a more reputable company. If truly interested check out the email sent to compliance, states everything.

Wow! Tony in the plumbing department of the Gaylord, Mi store is AMAZING! He was very helpful. He searched the store for a toilet that the computer said was in stock. It couldn't be found. He came back to plumbing, asked me for my specifications, then help find helped me find helped me find a substitute. He went and chased down a flat cart for me and then walked over to where the shark fittings were and guided me to all the the additional parts I needed. Tony is the most helpful person I have ever met in Lowes. Thank you. I will remember you.

Service was terrible!! When we did finally find someone she was very short with us.said I'll get to you when I'm done.she disappeared for 20 minutes. We were looking at washers. Another couple walked up looking. A man came to help them . Then when the lady came back she started to help the people that came in after us. We tried to get them to check on the status of 2 washers they said were in stock. But they disappeared another 20 minutes for the other couple. Total of 45 minutes waiting on them to serve us, and they finally look and tell us they are both unavailable! What a shame! Went to home depot immediately after. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Multiple people helping and being polite and friendly!!! Home depot from now on!!!!

I’d rather spend the extra 10% and get customer service… I’m trying to rebuild a house and none of it has been pleasant. Everyone drops the ball over there doesn’t call you back. I’ve been needing a price on trusses for four weeks now. I’m not calling again… you lost my business!

The employees that are working are very friendly and as helpful as can be, with that said there were no cashiers to check you out and only one at the Pro desk trying to help customers as fast as she could with the fact that she had only working there a short time and not fully trained with no one to help her a mistake was inevitable and I had to back to the other end of the store to wait for a customer service agent that could correct the mistake, I had no problems with the folks working just very under staffed for a Saturday afternoon. I guess this is the new world we now live in so just be patient and prepared
