This Goodwill is Awesome!!They offer a great selection that is organized so well that it's easy to find the items you are looking for. The store is very neat and tidy.The thing that was truly impressive and sets this location apart from other local Goodwill stores is the staff.The ladies were kind, helpful and courteous not just to customers but also to each other. The manager was working amongst her staff and helping them in a respectful manner. I had a return with a receipt within the return timeframe and with the help and guidance of her manager my cashier was able to make the transaction smooth and fast.The store in my own town balks at returns and I assume it is due to the availability of a manager.This retail store and it's staff are top notch!Great Job Ladies! Keep up the excellent customer service!

Meh. It was better before they moved here. It was even better when it was on Wisconsin St. No bargain days and the merchandise is way over priced. You'd think since they received the inventory for free via donations they'd pass the "goodwill" on to the community. I prefer Salvation Army and Habitat for Humanity much better.

Well. Very rude and disrespectful. My wife and I went in there Sunday and where ambushed tightight away about wearing a mask. We both have medical complication and are unable to do so. They said it was the law and we had to leave. I was blown away by the rudeness. It's not a law in any shape or form. They need to be trained about this. I will never shop there again.

I absolutely love the store but I think they need to bring back the daily color and maybe think about lowering prices back down. Its used things that were given to you and alot of stuff is marked at new price. I am on a strict budget and it has become a i cant afford to grab something for myself or my kids. I have even seen lots of clothes that are full of stains and rips for 3.99 or 6.99

The goodwill has some neat stuff , however they claim to help the community. I am not sure how ? Because they take free donations and search out to price them as close to new as possible . So they are not really giving to much of a deal . Stop ripping people off on used stuff , helping people? You guys discust me , your going to drive people to need food assistance just because they bought used goods from your store . You should be ashamed of yourselves. People please donate to the salvation army instead, they are much more fair to the community 🙏

Asked them to adjust a price to the lowest tag on the product. I could of had them over charge me and go back for my $5 + price difference. But I figured they got it for freeThey would maybe respect the laws. Nope. Manager told me she wouldnt, took it out of my hand, removed lower priced tag, and then expected me to pay the higher price. Horrible management experience. I feel bad for the cashiers. I'll never go back.

Moved into different storefront. Many new goods with new good prices. I bought a few items, but was mostly disappointed. I thought donated new goods would be half of new price.Not so, about 2/3s original price.Doubtful I'll stop here again. Better prices elsewhere.

It’s odd there are so many reviews pointing out that masks are required. Also a sign on the door stating the requirement. When I was shopping yesterday the employees were wearing masks but I didn’t see any other customers wearing one:(

The prices are outrageous! It's like they have a minimum pricing of 3.99 in everything except clothing. Junk and broken things I wouldn't pay 10 cents for marked at 3.99. Things marked higher than if they were brand new. I looked around and walked out disgusted.

Nice people but just about the most depressing Goodwill, I've ever been in. Not the employees or customers but the presentation and layout was Hodge podge at best. To find the color of the day, one must go to the front of the store. Things have a colored plastic piece but many items had no price or identifying barb. Very crowded, difficult to walk through. Side room was very unwelcoming and a mishmash of things.

Love this store.they have great clothes like new.you can tell they only keep the nicer items of clothing.i think their furniture is a little over priced and some of their houseware items.Since it is a thrift store after all I do sometimes wish things were a little less.sometimes I feel they are just a dollar more than they should be, but it's still a good deal on clothes regardless.at times it seems like the prices are higher then other times they seem on target.guess it depends.

Called this morning to ask if they were accepting furniture. The manager told me that they were. Gentleman at the door said they weren't taking furniture and said I didn't check today. He called out they manager and she comes out and agrees that yes she told me they were but they can't take the furniture because they gave no where to put it. That's why I called! 1.5 hour drive and gas lost because you couldn't tell me you didn't have room. Super disappointing, been donating there over 10 years. Make sure you call first!

The worker was rude, disrespectful, & not friendly by any means, that ONE lady that was working made it where I'll never go back. Nor will I take another donation there! She hates her job. & she takes it out on the customers, after she screamed at my sister, then she was saying how much she was ready to leave an hated her job! She needs to be fired !! So not welcoming!

Ridiculous prices. Can buy stuff new for less. Maybe the CEO shouldn't be such a greedy millionaire! $7 for a flimsy cheap Halloween hat lol.

Very disappointed. Went to the store in Gaylord today. Went to checkout and was told they no longer accept checks. Im waiting for my new debit card and had no other way to pay. Pretty sad that they are supposed to be there to help the community, but clearly didn't want my money today

I love thrift shops and resale shops but this is my least favorite. The Gaylord, Mi. location is unreasonably high on prices. Also I have had rude service too many times to count. I only gave a 2 star rating because it is fun to go look and find treasures.

Always great selection. I go for books. Shelves and shelves of nicely organized books. Today is Oct 14. Huge selection of Hallowe'en and Thanksgiving items.

Prices way to high. They get the clothes for free then mark them up for as much as you could buy new stuff. The CEO is making 2 million dollars a year they are not helping people they are ripping them off. So I think we should stop helping them make money for nothing.

Your employees are rude and the managers like the one that responded to last review are ignorant do you not understand there is a medical reason why mask can't be worn. No reason to have any associets treat customers with such disrespect.

I walked in looking to shop, which I like doing here! She approaches me and asks to put a mask on. I get it but guess what it’s not a law, I am vaccinated. Looks like I won’t be shopping here!

TLDR: another GREEDY Goodwill35% womens clothes, 35% menswear, 30% furniture/homegoods/electronics.PROS: some homegoods and electronics are more affordable than other goodwills; that really isn't saying much since all goodwills in NMI are incredibly overpriced.CONS: a ragged old t-shirt with holes will cost you $6.99 here!!! You can buy t-shirts new at TJ Maxx and Khols down the road for that price! Maybe they charge extra per a hole? No tag sales. No dressing rooms. Underpaid employees. "Charities" that suck up money and give it to management instead of the poor. All that usual "Goodwill" evil these stores promote.

Your hours say 11-6 on Sundays. I had a number of things to donate, because you were not opened I’ll be donating to the Salavation Army. At least when I googled them there hours were stated about there days and times. I wasted a trip.

Some things are priced too high and some should have been thrown out not put out for sale. They need to do more research on the price of stuff when it is new verses used.

Went to find pants found same ones at Walmart 2 bucks cheaper. They suck way over price. Rude lady at register. Not for the people more for the almighty dollar.

The shirt I got costed 5.99, the SAME EXACT shirt can be purchased at my place of work for 3 bucks.... why are you charging more than the shirt is worth?
