I really like this place. The people are absolutely knowledgeable and very friendly. I always get the products I need, and they really do seem to have a lot of items. I am always impressed by how clean the store is and the prices are very competitive.always see cashier/greeters with a smile when I enter the store. My puppy is always welcome and she gets treated to treats.This store carries products I can't find elsewhere.

Sad, run an add but items in the add are not in the store. I was told in Muskegon we have none but, they have 3 in Gaylord but when I get there, nope none here either after a 2 1/2 drive! WOW!!

Been shopping here for about 4 years or so since We moved up North. Nice staff, helpful and carry great supplies for Our chickens. They also have a great selection of chicks in season and great prices. Highly recommend this place!

Very impressed with family farm and home. Great customer service and the staff are always nice and helpful. Looking for baby chicks farm and home is the best place to get them they also have a warranty on the poultry and other great products.

It was a very nice place. I have been to competitors over the years. First time here and was impressed. Although I couldn't afford them today, they had many things I wanted. Even had some necessary items on sale. Will be back tomorrow. 😂

I only gave a four because corporate doesn't think it needs to send all the items they have in the flyer to all the stores. Service is very friendly and helpful. Store is always clean.

I like to come look at chicks, try to talk my husband into getting said chicks, and then get denied. BUT! They do have a great selection for your farm needs. Plus, I get candies and pickled quail eggs here.

Although it took a bit to check out the guy was new he was very awesome and took the time to do it right (sign up for rewards) and I know he'll do great! I was very pleased not only with the store, but the team effort to help him out. The store was like TSC but in my opinion, had a WAY better selection and inventory. I will be coming back and I will be recommending to friends!

This store is awesome inventory-wise!Customer Service is not able to look up your rewards club information unless you enroll 24 hrs in advance. The enrollment says show this barcode/member id# at checkout to use rewards within 24hrs.The woman who checked me out in the evening was very rude because she wouldn't take my member id.I was able to use rewards by having my friend with me enroll through her at checkout.Very nasty customer service!

Such a nice little store but we got to the register and prices were not as advertised and the cashier refused to ring up for sale price so we left our purchases on the counter and left.

Had what I was looking for in clothing and supplies everytime I have been there, or had a close substitute. Most of the staff I have had interactions with have been kind and helpful. Store is reasonably clean and is not overly cluttered with stuff.

Very helpful on anything you are after. Very friendly. The place has better community pride then there competitor. Last year when wood pellets run low in the area they put a limit on the bags. But keep the same price. The competitor put the same limit but jacked the price up a dollar per bag. That's had on elderly.

The employees weren't very helpful as we were walking their looking for a specific item. None of the employees said anything to us until we were checking out, but many walked by us.

I know what you're thinking. They have the things!! The location is so convenient! I'm not driving allllll the way across town for tractor supply! But you should. In fact, you you could drive there and back three times before you make it through the check out here. 20 minutes to check out one item. I'll make the drive next time.

Was interested in a product (20 lb bag of grass seed) that had no price on it. Asked cashier about price as I was checking out. She said I go go back and get a bag, bring it up, and she would scan and tell me price. Can't ask anyone or have someone check? I'll just get somewhere else.

We called the store before making the hour drive to see if they had a specific tool. After checking, the man that answered the phone said they had the tool in stock. When we got to store, they DID NOT even carry the tool. After waiting and looking for 30 minutes, we found the person who had answered the phone. When we asked him about the tool, he indicated he NEVER actually checked but had asked another employee. So we found that employee he asked. That employee said they did not carry the tool and the employee who answered the phone did not ask him about that specific tool. Neither employee apologized or truly attempted to assist us. I am absolutely disgusted with this store and their customer service! Horrible customer service and communication.Absolutely AWFUL!

Cashier was rude, spent $5000 on a lawn mower and all of the manuals were soaking wet from being left outside. Asked about some dry ones and was told no and then they walked away . We spent 10 minutes standing at the back counter waiting on someone while the cashier stared at us finally walked up there asked for somebody and she said I'm the person but can't leave the register right now. Well why didn't you us flag us over and tell us. Then her and the other guy who were working have absolutely no idea about the equipment they sell we asked a few questions and neither one could answer. We had multiple choices of buying our mower from, we drove a hour and half to purchase from there because of the great customer service we had received before and how knowledgeable the guy was that sold us are last lawn mower which was years ago and still running we just upgraded. Very disappointed let's hope the mower is way better then the customer service like our last one

Great place for the farm and home and outdoors. Just about all you need. It's a tractor supply but larger and different brands. They carry Husqvarna which is nice.

So glad to have this store in Gaylord. Helpful staff and good selection of products. Since my last review, I'm sadly changing my post about the store. Very little help when looking for some answers or finding items in stock.

I totally understand that businesses are struggling with this covid 19, however I do draw the line with rude and difficult customer service, as well as not returning phone calls etc.May 1 I prepaid for 4 Guinea hens, the week they were due to be in in a few short weeks, then not til June 18 then July 7, I got tired of calling to find out about the status of my purchase only to be put on hold then treated rudely but the person from the store. I had an occasion recently to go in search of a trailer I went looked at the ones in the lot couldn't find a price, went in the store to ask for a price, couldn't find anyone at the service desk to help, but while I was there I checked out their board announcing the future arrival of birds. The guineas were due 7/7, big sign no hold on birds!!!!!. That there kinda told me I wasn't going to receive a call about my pre paid birds.I went to check out ask the woman there about the trailers pricing, she kept asking me what size I said I don't know it's the red one, I could tell you the size but there weren't and signs, that question and responded went on for a few minutes, finally she called a manager. The manage had the same question for me my response was the same, her response was some weird suggestion that the scanner didn't go that far in the parking lot. My response was the same. If there were signs on the trailers we wouldn't be having this problem. I did finally get my answer, the manager did have to go into the parking lot to find the number on the trailer.Back to my guinea hen saga, still no phone call I refuse to walk in the store again as it was their responsibility in the first place to let me know the hens were there.I have now tried to reach out to the head manager 2 times, yesterday was told he was there, only to get the assistant who told me he had left for the Day that was at 1:12. I tried again this morning only to get he wasn't in, I asked when he would be, the young lady told me she couldn't give me that information. I pressed her a little bit and finally got he would be there tomorrow but she couldn't tell me when.So I am done, it is not worth the 20 bucks I am sorry, but I will not step foot in this local farm and home again. It is not worth the troublePS,. I just tried sending an email.and it came.back stating the address isn't correct.Well I checked and double checked it was. The second time anyway. But still got returned.I guess that just shows me you really don't care about making things right. I m sorry.
