Disgusting this was there for more that 3 days no one cleaned it from the cooler. This place is shameful. No one picks up anything from the floor that's dropped or knocked over. Can not believe the district manager let alone the staff leave it like this, should be embarrassed.

They work hard to keep shelf's filled but I can see were they need to hire staff to fill and work back room so there won't be alot of stress on cashier's and others it would make all easier for everyone including shoppers

The store could be good if:1) they would clean the store. I've never been in a small store with such mess. You can't walk down the isles without having to kick things out of the way because the staff don't pick things up.2) the employees were personable. Employees are so rude and will not help if asked. 3) If the employees cared about doing their jobs right as much as they care about dancing to the music on their phones. 4) if the employees would stay off their phones. I tried to asked an employee down an aisle a question and she had her phone to her ear. She held up her index finger and told me to give her a minute. The customer service in this store is honestly the worst I have ever seen.

This store is somewhat good, it depends on what time of day and the day that you go. Items are packed on the shelf or gone and will not be in till the next truck gets here next week. Very narrow iles with some of them blocked by boxes of things that need to go on the shelf. With two employees at the regester, one to check customers out and the other to check if the other is checking customers out, this one should be stocking. Very unorganized store.

This store is terrible, there is almost zero staff, the only staff here are often rude and come as fast as they go. This store has no real manager or assistant manager. Prices are out of the park in this store as well. I've stood waiting for a cashier to get off her phone for over two minutes before. I made the mistake of asking an associate where something was and she said "right next to the conditioner" when we asked her where the shampoo was.

Always have to wait either for a cashier to come to the front or in a long line. Cluttered, hard to navigate due to the stacks of product in the aisle ways. A few of the employees are very rude.

Even though they didn't have what I went in for, someone stopped what he was doing and looked, double checked. And made me feel like a valued customer. I'll go back to this store.

One of the cleanest dollar generals I have ever been to. Jill, my former boss and new store manager, her customer service was awesome. I highly recommend people shop here.

For "Dollar general" they are pretty expensive, for products you can get at the same price at Walmart. There isles are also pretty dirty, not well kept. So this makes the atmosphere different when shopping. There healthcare products are more expensive then other stores in general. I'd only come here if I had to immediately stop to get something, and was to lazy to go into, for example Walmart

Gwenda was courteous and kind. She apologized for any wait I had, and she greeted every person who came through the door with a kind, "Good morning". Kinda of a breath of fresh air to be greeted in such a way.

They are awesome@this dollar General AND I love the prices I found the softest pajama pants that are camo and I seriously don't know why people pay so much in. Other stores for stuff that is just as good.

Very poor service staff seems to be untrained or ambivalent they must have read the book how to lose friends and distance people.Other stores nearby such as the dollar general store in grayling Michigan are much much better

Customer service needs work.... they stereotype customers and need to work on a solution as to how they interact with them. Store does have a decent selection of items.

Every time I go in there the store is a mess and their stock is all over and not put up. There is no one watching the cash register and doors, people could just walk out with there things and that is just sad.

This store stinks like "pot" I got very sick in there! Went into the back of the store by the storage room and the smell was so strong I had to leave.
