I hurt my back and was in extreme pain the urgent care called on a scrip and since it was a Sunday night. We had to go get them at this location. We have waited almost 2 hours in the drive thru after being told we could not wait at the window to go back around. I really don’t understand why it would take 2 hours to fill a scrip especially since 2 cars ahead sat there for a good 45 minutes and wasn’t told to go back around. This will be the last time we EVER come here to get a prescription again

The manager didn’t return my item after I told her it was on the debit card many times. After she gave a store credit with a lower price she told me make sure to keep the receipt or otherwise buy with the debit card.

I came in this morning to the 24-hour location here, looking for a scraper for my husband's car. I asked a young man if they had any in the store as I could not see any around, I know it's a bit early and he said yes we have some just not out yet, I'll go get some off the shelf in the back for you. The young man's name was John, and he was vacuuming and and I really appreciated him doing that and thanked him. He was very polite and willing to go the extra mile. Here's one positive review for this place so give John a raise!

My husband and I came in after he was released from the hospital(4 days, with a stent put in) following a heart attack. After we filled his prescriptions, we went to go out the door. He walked between a low lying table that had flowers on it and the line forming from the register to the isles. His coat knocked down one of the flowers and broke the vase. I told him to go ahead to the car and I'd clean up the glass since he had been standing for so long trying to figure out his insurance with the pharmacist. I then hear the cashier tell the customer she was serving how rude he was to just walk out and how he should have to pay for that item. She said it about 2 times before I informed her I was still standing right there and I would take care of it. I got to the counter after me and another customer cleanes up the broken glass and I said that it was an accident and that the flowers shouldn't be right in the middle of the floor where lines form. It's a recipe for disaster and she responded "I told him not to put them there" I was charged $35.65 for a flower I never intended to buy, while being embarrassed as she spoke about my husband like she did. The customers behind me even said she was wrong and they wouldn't have paid. We are struggling during the Christmas time and now that my husband had a heart attack even more so. This was an experience I will never chance again. I have been going to this cvs for many years (11 to be exact) and I wouldn't step foot back in there. Her lack of understanding, and compassion wasn't what I expected from a place that has sick customers and has people like my husband in and out of there. The fact she admitted the flowers was in a bad place, one could figure she'd atleast call a manager and try to give us some type of discount or break as we didn't drop the item, it was knocked off by him simply walking by. If just walking into a store can cost me all of what's in my pocket, I'd rather never go again. I'll take the extra trip to the next pharmacy.So thank you Jacqueline for this experience and we hope to never encounter you again. We also hope when you find yourself in a similar situation the person shows you just as much compassion and understanding as you did my husband. I expected better of a place I come to almost every week.

These people are so rude. They lost my prescription and didn’t want to fill it properly. Then the manager speaks under their breath in Arabic rudely over the phone and pretends not to know what I heard. Very unprofessional as someone who is supposed to be in management.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever delt with. The people are rude. It's almost impossible to get ahold of anyone at this location. This place is a joke. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Nurse practitioner called in prednisone for an 80 yr old living alone and was assured med could and would be delivered that day. CVS called patient later stating that script had to be picked up or have SHIPT get it to me in a few days. That was Friday. This is Monday and I was put on hold for 30 min., then hung up on before I could say a word. After recalling and waiting approx. 30 min I expressed my wish to have my meds sent to OPTUM RX and was told I have to call OPTUM RX myself and let them know.IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO GET INFORMATION THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE NURSE PRACTITIONER THREE DAYS EARLIER!They must not understand the seriousness of their jobs.CVS NEEDS TO CHECK THIS SNAFFU! If they do it once so cavalierly , is it wrong to think they do not see the importance of your health.OH, IT'S A JOB!

I used to like this place. But it's going down hill. No kind of customer service. If u go in there in the morning. U gotta ring a bell, and then they try and make u use the self check out. And tell them I don't work here, and then they check u out on the self check out. I sad that's kinda dumb and he said that's how the manager wants them to do it, so it looks like we're checking our selfs out... won't be long till they're jobless. SMH gonna have to take my business elsewhere.

Pharmacy lied to us over and over about a prescription saying it had an insurance issue but the truth was that they were just out of it. Lied to us for at least 3 weeks so we finally went somewhere else, I wouldn't go to this pharmacy

Horrible customer service Ida I believe her name is was rude and I will be using 24hr in Lincoln park from now on. I am sure you all could care less but hope this helps others.

DISGUSTING terrible service. If you expect to be treated like a decent human being I would not suggest coming here. I had to come in due to whoever answering the phone lying and saying that my medication was here, when I asked her the name of it to make sure…she put me on hold and came back to the phone and said “oh it’s not here”. I said do the medication you just confirmed was there isn’t there? Which one is it? She said “it’s not here”. I then came in to speak with the manager to see why they would think it’s okay to lie to someone like that and instead of trying to hear me out the woman tried to over talk me and then refused to call the other pharmacy AND tried to call the CVS manager on me like they actually were going to do something. I asked for the managers information and they refused to give me anything saying “the manager quit” completely disgusting customer service. I would never recommend coming here under any circumstance.

The pharmacy is the only 24 hour facility in the area. However the staff, with a couple of exceptions is rude and condescending. We were picking a prescription that CVS said was ready only to be told, after waiting in line that whoops it expired, and that I need a new script. I asked for three pills to get her thru the renewal process on account of the weekend and the guy there argued with me that I only need two???It's Amlodipine, cheap cheap cheap. Been around forever, a super non sexy calcium blocker and this guy is arguing with me about one extra pill???Go to mail scripts only. These people are awful to customers. Pharmacies need to go the way of shopping malls. The people that work there tend to be cruel.

Very unprofessional!!! I will be transferring to another pharmacy! They complain about being behind after I sat here for 30 minutes for a script that was called in at 3pm. I’m still waiting!!! The entire time I’m waiting they are fraternizing not working! Pharmacist literally stopped to hold conversation with her friends! Don’t even think about calling they won’t answer!! They don’t even deserve one star!

They are not for the customer at all. Customer service is awful. Been a customer for a very long time, same script forever, but they are always out of it. Always a new reason why they cant fill my script, so... bye bye CVS, Rite Aid treates me RIGHT!

Wanted to do 0 stars but not an option. Went to get prescription at the 24 hour pharmacy and they stated they never received it. My doctor said that's impossible it's electronically verified on her end. She attempted to call the pharmacy multiple times and we could hear the announcement " one pharmacy call" for 5 minutes straight she refused to answer. We than asked if she could talk to the doctor as I currently have her on the line. She refused and straight out said no point will not do it today. Unprofessionalism is an understatement on what I experienced today. Thankfully Walgreens in Taylor was absolutely professional and said they would get it done in 20 minutes. The pharmacist at this cvs ( that worked September 20 2022 at 11pm) needs to take an etiquette class and look up what customer service means. Unreal that cvs would put there name on the line with that pharmacist. Not only am I guaranteed never to step in to another cvs as long as she's there but I will be sure to contact cvs corporate to provide classes for that pharmacist and I'll be more than willing to pay for those classes. Talk about a horrible and disgusting experience. Unreal this pharmacist has a professional career. Would like to add the tech there did what he could to the best of his ability.

Very unprofessional and irresponsible employes. Me and my husband came for a rapid covid test that the result was supposed to be available in a few hours and we never received the results. After more than a day waiting, we decided to call and they say we call you back. We never received a call back. We called a few times and they say they don't know where the results are. After trying to get the results several times , the pharmacist admited that they lost the results. They never processed into the system and that we need to get tested again because they don't know what happened. That's unacceptable. We needed the result for our jobs and had to go to another place to get tested at this point exposing other people because of their irresponsibility.

My 2 siblings and I signed up to get a COVID test here for travel. Out of the 3 of us, I was the only one who never got a confirmation email or text. When we came to our appointments, they couldn’t give my swab kit to me because I never got my confirmation code. I explained to them how it was an issue on their end because I got a “Prepare for your appointment” text so clearly, they do have my number and it’s not my fault I never got a code. After telling the pharmacist that we urgently had to get to Canada for a dying family member, she was finally able to get a nurse to override me not having a confirmation code. The pharmacist was very nice and helpful, but this process took an hour for something that should’ve never happened. After 1.5 days of never receiving results, my sister had to call around everywhere to see where they were. (Mind you, it’s impossible to reach anyone via phone). It was going on 2 days now with no results so we went to an urgent care and each paid a $50 copay just to get faster results than CVS. Finally, my siblings get their CVS results but NOT me. Then, on the third day, I finally got urgent care results and we were able to go to Canada. FIVE DAYS LATER, CVS FINALLY LETS ME KNOW THAT MY RESULTS ARE UNABLE TO BE PROCESSED. SERIOUSLY!?! My sister’s a nurse and she swabbed my nose just fine. Why did their results work but not mine? And why are they waiting 5 days to tell me it can’t be processed? DON’T GO HERE, WALGREENS GIVES BACK THE SAME TEST RESULTS WITHIN 1-8 HOURS.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Claims they aren't getting the script my doctor has tried to fax in when actually they aren't accepting scripts in that fashion. They ignore line in store to talk amongst themselves about personal matters or the fact that theyre not vaccinated for Covid (which if you work in a medical field, you really should be), on that note many do not wear their masks properly. They "forgot" that I had insurance, I spent tons of time waiting for them to figure out for them to only give me one script when I was supposed to have two ready then tried to tell me it would be another hour wait. Every time it's "it'll be ready in a few hours" but they won't tell you when or let you know. They never answer the phone. They are very disorganized, unprofessional and lack customer service. Overall it is just one big mess.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. It's supposed to be 24hrs but no matter the time I call I get put on hold for 15min or more if I even do get in touch with them. My antibiotics were not going to be ready for 3 DAYS and I couldn't even get them to transfer it to a pharmacy that could get it done for me sooner. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE SICK AND NEED YOUR MEDS ASAP

Went for a rapid antigen COVID test which I scheduled online several days ahead of time and it said it was available right before our vacation. I get there and the pharmacist tells us he doesn’t know how to do it and that we’re basically out of luck. The dude was also super rude. Wouldn’t go here again for anything.

The worst pharmacy experience ever. Dropped my daughters prescriptions off in the drive through. They lady says it will be ready within an hour. Come back an hour later they tell me they cant find her in the system. Then proceed to tell me she has no prescriptions there. After getting her info 3 times and a half hour wait at the window. I go inside and see that they called my cell phone while I was at the window. Telling me they cant fill her prescription because medicaid wont cover it. Now mind you that's secondary we have blue cross through my work. I'm going back to Walgreens this is the third time they have messed up our scripts

The pharmacy staff was patient with me and help me clear up confusion my Doctor had caused around a medication. He apparently was too busy to explain in detail but the person at the pharmacy saw my confusion and took the time to reassure me the medication was safe. It was a small kindness that made a huge difference for me.

The pharmacy never bothers to answer the phone. I’ve sat on hold for well over an hour waiting for someone to help me more than once.The staff is incredibly rude when you do go in to the pharmacy and no one seems to actually WANT to help people.Don’t work in a pharmacy if you don’t care about people. Pharmacy’s are still patient care.
