This was the 5th & final location I visited today & all 5 failed Me "Issues with coupons scanning" it seems to be happening more often & to say it's beyond frustrating is an understatement! So here I am its after 10pm on a Saturday all stores are now closed so I'm S-O-L O again unable to use My $5 off $25 DG & My $10 off of $40 Gain even tho the associates could see My clipped coupons & correct items, they could do nothing...every time I'm at the register It's so stressful! From Holding up the line, Frustrated employees, I'm frustrated, other customers are frustrated it's just all bad!!

Bathroom is always clean. Employees are polite knowledgeable and happy to help. They always greet everyone with a smile and friendly hello. Store is clean and tidy. They have a little bit of everything even vegan and gluten free foods. Great deals every day. Small town feel with low prices and excellent service!!!

Went into this location for the first time and the older woman with glasses at the register was very rude. She did not ask me if I had digital coupons and was trying to rush me out the door. When I asked for her to put in my coupon she said well fine there you go, I put it in and processed my transaction. She then said here’s your receipt and I went to grab it from her and she threw it on the counter. I told her and the other worker to have a nice day and she took a drink of her soda and rolled her eyes at me. As a first time customer and being new to this area, I find that with my first impression of this store will now make me drive the extra couple miles out of my way to the new store that just opened. Not impressed with unprofessional service and as a former manager I would never tolerate this from my employees. I hope something is done so no one else gets treated that way.

Very helpful! Clean store. Employee always asking if you need anything. I coupon and tonight was first time i did it by myself without a video. The employee was helping me letting me know i was 5 dollars short from 25. Plus told me I did wonderful at saving! Dollar General is a great place to shop!

I did a 5 star because someone did a one star because of a long line and the customer was arguing over a price. Don’t understand how that’s the employees fault. But I would like to say I did see employees on the phone and the store looks like trash . Boxes all over clothes on the floor and also food stored on the floor. Health department would be making you fix this. But I’m not a one star guy. Just spend some more time cleaning items off the floor.

Mrs.Kim is awesome!!! Y'all better never lose that girl. However last night between us I missed a bag 😂 so I called right before I'm writing this and I got to speak to Ashley the manager she was so nice and actually tracked down my bag thank goodness and told me to stop by and I can grab my stuff. The ladies her are always pleasent exept for Judy always seems customers are bothering her by having to ring us out. Everybody else though is great again though Mrs.Kim is amazing and deserve a raise 😃

Always very welcoming.. ready to assist and serve. They make me feel like they are there for me.. most stores make you feel like you are taking up their precious time but not DG employees they are one of a kind.

After work, to pick up a few item, that always leads to a basket full. One cash register, two people, long line. A woman, not wearing a mask, held the line up for at least 15 minutes disputing price. On top of that she didn't have enough money. Long story short, I left my entire basket of items and exited the store.

Never have been disrespected by any employee until tonight, He didn't talk too me, but would talk to the others around me, Gave me my change rudely, Threw my stuff in the bag, without even caring about what it was, didn't even turn the bagging thing so I could grab my stuff because he was distracted talking to others, I have went there many times, I was usually treated pretty well, Never had any problems there until tonight.. Kinda disappointing..

I shop this store a lot. There is so much stuff coming in u can't get up and down the aisles.Clothing section is a mess. No room for what's there let alone more.No fault of the employees. Not enough room

Usually always have what I'm looking for. Need to bring the fish food back though. And when movies are no longer considered new release lower the price. You can't still charge full price for a movie. That's old. Even other stores get that when a movie becomes Aldi can no longer charge that high of a price for it. That's why you never seem to get rid of them. Your prices are too high for new releases, especially when everyone else around you is selling them for cheaper.

Lot of inventory in a small space. Parking is a little tight. Easy in and out. Perfect store for a small town. Like to walk the isles just to see other items I may need.

Clean the store has a lot of things you pay more for at Wal-Mart well worth the trip plus Saturday's save $5 dollars on $25 spent and coupons work awesome savings are always a bonus

Alright place to get a couple quick things. Never fails though...I want to get in and out quick, and there's someone fumbling around at the cash register, because they weren't prepared to pay.

I love the employees but the store isle are always blocked with merchandise and huge carts. A handicapped person has difficulties shopping and that is wrong
