Really happy with the paintless dent removal I had done at Alien. I called and came in same day to get a quote and then got on the schedule to have it done within a week. They were honest and transparent with what they could do at different price points and in the end, I still felt it was quite reasonable for what they accomplished. They said they could get my dent 90% fixed but I can’t see it at all so I’d say it’s 100%! :) Friendly staff, to boot. Thanks, Alien!

Thank you to Phil and his team. He was willing to assist me with a paint touch up on my hood, even though it had been 3 years since the original complete replacement of the hood. I am so grateful for his generosity and willingness to help me out. He was extremely nice and very helpful. He did an amazing job with the dents on my car 3 years ago. I would definitely recommend this place. All of the staff were super friendly, and I was very impressed with how quickly they got me in and the work that was done on my car. I had a severe dent in my front bumper, and I chose to just have it repaired and pushed out instead of having the whole piece replaced. It looks way better than I could have imagined it would look after being told the repair would make it look 75%-85% better. I definitely thought it looked close to 95%-99% better, especially with how severe the dent was and some of it was cracked as well. You can’t even tell!

Just started working with Phil, and let me tell you when I say the work environment here is different from any other company I have worked/applied for! This is definitely a place I want to be and I am beyond excited to introduce everyone to this business. Watching how the guys in the back pay such close attention to detail was very impressive.Maybe a little OCD, but that is what stands out!!! It’s the little things that also make a difference. I was recommended by multiple people of Alien and their great service, and when scheduling an interior detail of my clean car that needed the details and crevices cleaned that I couldn’t get to, they promised an intricate and OCD-like job. I was highly disappointed. They took a full 5-6 hours on it ($230) but when picking it up I found multiple areas of the car were clearly not even, vacuumed, cleaned, or touched from cup holders to door handles, to the console, etc. I spoke with the owner Phil when picking it up but he immediately excused the poor quality by saying they didn’t have proper lighting along with other things. He offered that I could come back the following week and he would spend an additional hour on it, however with what wasn’t done within the original 6 hours of work, I expressed that it would most likely take longer than an hour and I would appreciate a refund as I didn’t have additional time available in my schedule and for how poor the job was completed to begin with. He refused a reimbursement of any kind and said the best I could get is taking it back in. There was no responsibility taken for the work done, and the conversation was far from professional as he told me I need to have grace since I was a Christian, used my name in a condescending tone, and talked down to me and over me. I was honestly shocked after seeing so many wonderful reviews of Phil and Alien, but unfortunately I would recommend people to look anywhere else. I would like to think Phillip at Alien Car Care for all his, and the Company's hard work. I took my 1996 Impala SS to them to be detailed inside and out, including the engine. The car had been stored for many many years. They made it look brand new. I also left it on consignment for them to sell. It only took them 3 weeks to sell the car. It sold for pretty much what I was asking. I couldn't be happier. Once again, Phillip thank you and your people for all your hard work.

Thank you, Alien Car Care! Phil and his wife were nothing but welcoming and friendly to me. I came in for a minor bumper paint repair and door ding that had been an eye sore for a while. Due to their great reviews, I was willing to drive an hour to get to them. I also needed a 1-day turnaround time that Phil was able to accommodate to. Since I was coming from out of town, I really had nowhere to go and planned on waiting in their waiting room for the 5-6 hours it was estimated to take to finish. Instead of waiting there, Phil’s wife was kind enough to drive me to a nearby library for me to get some work done and also gave some recommendations in the nearby town. Once I got back to the shop and saw my car, I was amazed!! My bumper and door looked brand new!! If I’m ever in need of an auto cosmetic repair, Alien Car Care is the place to go. They are honest and great at what they do, and prices were affordable. Thanks again guys!

I took my car in for a detail and windshield chip. From my first call to make the appointment until my call after the appointment, Chance was very nice, knowledgeable and took the time to inform me of the process. After I dropped my car off, Josh called me to ask if I was interested in repairing the paint chips on the surface of the car, in which I agreed. I had to pick my car up after hours and when my husband and I pulled in the parking lot, we could not believe how beautiful my car looked! It looked like a brand new car. The inside was immaculately cleaned and smelled so good. We are more than pleased with the service and the job all of the crew from Alien Car Care had done on our car! I wish I had taken before pictures. My car was full of mold (due to a leak that I only recently had the funds to fix). I highly recommend this business! They made my 2017 car look better than brand new! Can’t say enough good things about the staff and the work they did. They are proud of their work and they should be! They detailed the exterior and interior and it is spotless! They took care of 3 little dings in the paint so well that I can’t tell where they were.
