A great hometown store. I love shopping here. Very friendly people. They take your groceries to your car!! Tuesday is senior day. My mom is 94 and hasn't missed a senior day for over 20 years!! They treat her really special.

This is a local grocery store that features prices that are slightly higher than what you would find at national grocery chains. However, their produce section and baked goods offerings are incredible, and the quality of their meat selection is almost unbeatable, especially considering the prices they offer. Those looking for delicious meals can look no further than their deli with a plethora of tasty options, and should definitely give their take-and-bake pizzas a try - they're a standout item!

Love the weekly coupons but I was at self checkout and couldn't get my coupon via email to load for last weeks email. Prices are little higher then like Walmart or Meijer but location makes it my go to grocery store. Ty for being there for our family.

Very nice neighborhood grocery store, good meats, has a deli and bakery. I always order my cakes for birthdays here. They do special orders and also have frozen cakes too. Very clean bathrooms, and has lottery available.

Really like orchard market especially for stopping by for something quick. I tried to do just that on 5-11-23. As I was walking to the door one of the ladies working their locked on door and then stood in the open door saying they were closed. I got back to my car and it was still not 9 PM (closing time). As such I went to WESCO to buy what I needed.

Updating my review to remove a star, as the friendly neighborhood grocery store that I enjoyed has made many changes in the last couple of years.They've installed several self checkout stations, which they appear to rely on heavily. I usually shop during off hours to avoid crowds, and the self checkout is always the only thing open, other than the customer service desk. The 1 time I visited around 5:30 pm on a Friday, there was only 1 lane manned with lengthy customer lines.When I did get a cashier & bagger, the person bagging my groceries put several cans on top of my bread. They also had me load the bags into my cart, rather than placing them for me. They no longer take your bags to your car for you.I would say the employees are not as friendly now either. No one asks if I need anything else, if I need help in the aisles when I'm clearly having trouble, and no one asked if I'd like help when I was having an issue trying to keep the bags on the turntable. Once when I had an issue that required someone to come help me at the self checkout, the person continued their conversation with another employee behind the customer service desk and never said a word to me.The brand selection is still decent & I appreciate that the store is not so big that I can't pick up a few groceries without needing marathon training.It's just not the friendly neighborhood grocery store it used to be.**********original 5 star review**********Very friendly employees. Not so huge that you need a nap after traversing, but carry a decent brand selection. They bag and carry your bags to the car, no tips allowed.They go above and beyond the big box stores. A few days before Thanksgiving, they ran out of canned yams. I got a raincheck for the sale price. Two days later the store called to tell me their delivery came in.Highly recommended

I love this store. You can't beat the attitude of the staff. Bagger folks bring your groceries out for you too. The prices are decent and selection is good. Deals on flyers and plenty to choose from. Customer service is well above average.

This place is extremely extremely overpriced on everything. But I guess when you're the only market in a small town you can take advantage of all the locals like they do. PS check the expiration dates on everything you buy because based off my experiences, there's a good chance you're overpaying and getting an expired product.

The prices here are absolutely terrible. How are you gonna get only 7 smalls items and pay over 100 dollars because that's ridiculous period. If I were to go to Walmart with exactly what I bought I'd pay not even 40 bucks with what I got today.

Grew up in Cloverville and Punches. Orchard Market is the same as it's always been. Free coffee at the door, excellent bakery, meat and deli choices that you can't find in the other stores. Employees are always so cheerful and nice! The meat prices are great!

Been here a few times, always a great experience. Even when they're busy, the cashiers are friendly and willing to answer questions just as much as anyone wandering the floor. Many regulars seem to be greeted by name, which is wonderful.

The store is very clean and it seems organized. The service is not bad. Every so often you'll hear someone complaining about their job in public which is just in professional in my own opinion. But its a good store all and all.

Prices are good but I felt judge. When I paid for my purchases all I had was rolled up coins. The cashier was like don't you have any other form of payment. No one should have that feeling of being judge just because you don't have a credit card, check, or actual paper money doesn't mean the rolled coins spend any less. It is still a form of payment.

I have hard time imagining, that living in this area, I would shop elsewhere. Competitive prices, great service and obviously, the product! So much to chose from! I am now back in Chicago, regretting not buying more of these pretzels, we do not have anything like this here! ( People at my company like them too!)

They don't rotate stock very well. The gluten free products I wanted ended up being a year old and the lemons I bought had mold inside that I didn't see until I cut it in half. Check your expiration dates if you plan on shopping here!!

Just went to Orchard Market to get 2 cases of Coke and a jar of salad dressing. I was double charged on the salad dressing so had to go back for a refund. I know you can get up to $5 back if you are overcharged, BUT the manager, Alex claims he owes only the dressing refund as it was the cash registers fault for double scanning. You have ticked me off for the last time and I will drive the extra miles to go to Leppink's where their cash registers don't rip customers off. I have heard others complain about this too. This store used to have great customer service and well stocked shelves before you took over Alex. If you think you can survive on just the summer crowd, I wish you the best.

Personal service is outstanding. The store hires local workers so you get that feeling your shopping with friends. The store is always well stocked and always clean.
