Fremont walgreens is a big run around and headache. Black girl is as smart as bidens press secretary Ms.Pierre. She must have gotten her certificate out of a cracker jack box. Also will be calling corporate about this stores pharmacy customer service and its incompetence.

Many mistakes (wrong amounts dispensed, wrong scripts given, not taken scripts filled, many unnecessary trips. Cooperate changing your automatic refills to save a trip, but you end up making more trips and fewer medications to last the month. Staff is wonderful and not their faults things are not going right. Even the Walgreens app doesn't work more than half the time. Very frustrating 😕

I wasn’t expecting such a pleasant experience honestly, I went on a bad day and just wanted to get in and out. But Billy Joe really cheered me up, made me laugh, and just made it a good experience. It was very clean and presentable when I went in. Will probably switch this to my main pharmacy

Just went in to Walgreens to get a few things. There was no one at the register when I came up. The girl that rang me up was chewing gum super loud and didn’t even acknowledge me just rang everything up. Just a weird experience, rite aid is way better everyone! Customer service is always a great experience over there!

My husband and I stopped at the pharmacy to get our flu shots. The kindness, caring, and customer service was excellent and sets a standard that is seldom seen. The young lady at the counter was very knowledgeable and took all of our information quickly and answered our questions with kindness and consideration. She even noticed that I had not had a pneumonia shot and encouraged me to have one which I appreciated. Rick gave us our shots. It was actually fun to talk to him and the shots didn't even hurt. We were sure impressed with your pharmacy. Thank you for serving your community with excellence!

I stopped in this morning to receive a covid booster shot and a flu shot concurrently. I had great interactions with everyone and a wonderful and helpful rapport in the patient room. Everyone in the store that I interacted with was helpful, and even those who I did not seemed positive and friendly as well.I just want to add that as of now (11/5/2021) there are not walk-in appointments available for the vaccines, so please be sure to make an appointment online or by calling their toll-free number.

So grateful to this pharmacy for contacting my doctor's office twice when my insurance company denied my inhaler twice. Where doctors and insurance fail, Walgreens goes the extra mile. They have been so very helpful to my husband and I time and time again. Blessed to have them here in Fremont.

I had to pick up a prescription today and then make some changes on my insurance profile, contact info, etc. A young lady named Erickah was working the counter. I was impressed with how friendly & engaging she was to the 2 ladies in front of me, all the while processing their transaction. When I got up she again was very friendly and made all the changes I needed to make in a very professional, efficient manner. You don't find that type of capable staff often enough!

This my favorite pharmacy. Staff is always courteous and friendly. Drive Thru is great but if I should happen to go inside, great staff there too. Always willing to help you find what you are looking for. Thanks Walgreens.

My wife and I went there last weekend and felt ripped-off. Their little signs are miss-leading. price with a "card" looks just like price with "Coupon". Shame on you Walgreens! Are you doing this on purpose? Yea it was only three bucks... but when you add it up? Again Shame on you Walgreens.

Horrible customer service in pharmacy. The drug manufacturer was no longer making my prescription but instead of helping me find a replacement they just told me it's not our fault you just have to wait until it comes in at the end of October. I will never step foot in a Walgreens again especially this one.
