I went into the Fremont location yesterday a little after 6pm with my new baby dog in hand and I just want to say the 2 people that were working were beyond amazing. Greeted by the lady cashier right away and the gentleman was right on it when I asked him where the dog food was. I normally buy Nutro but they unfortunately didn’t have that brand but he showed me a different brand 4 health which is very similar to the ingredients I was looking for. Saved me a trip and the puppy loves it. I am so happy I stopped there. Thank you for a great experience. (I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names)

The employee that helped us with the ckicks was super nice and helpful, the cashier was horrible and literally ruined my day with her unnecessary attitude. Good employees must be hard to find in Michigan

The store was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They had the products that I needed and the prices were reasonable. The one item that I needed that they didn't have, they called around and found out where I could get it. The only issue I had was getting out of the parking lot. It's at an incline and with the snow not being plowed it made it difficult for me and for others to get out. Other than that, the store is a great place to shop.

I love the place. They have good prices on pet supplies, adorable chicks under incubator lights, and it's way cheaper to get your grill's propane tank filled there than it is to trade it in everywhere else. They also have a fairly impressive tool selection.

Very dissatisfied today not enough employee working to take care of customers. While I have a newborn calf and trying to find everything and get exactly what I need to keep her alive. With no help from employees. Because I was told sorry can't help because understaffed. Ugh just not very happy makes you want to go to family farm and home next time.

I had a problem with a power washer and these people stepped up to the plate and were VERY helpful. They've always been very nice, decent people to deal with, knowledgeable about their products and honest in their opinions.

I love TSI. Whenever I am making a specific purchase I always stop there to compare products and pricing. The staff is always friendly and for most part helpful. Once in a while you might encounter a lax associate but overall I always get help and am happy with the knowledgeable staff when buying items such as wood splitters, woodstoves, chainsaws and supplies for them. Whenever needing help to load purchases someone has assisted. Returns have been hassle free. I find Fremont Big Rapids locations are both very good places to shop.

This tractor store is the worst one I bought two baby chickens in the morning and then tried to buy two or three more later the same day and they would not let me because you have to buy four at once they say. How stupid?! And i already have a flock at home so it's not like they'd be 2 lonely birds.

I like going in there shopping they have a wide variety of different they carry winter boots winter coats down to feed for animals it's a really nice store if people are so friendly they help you if you need help
