This place is amazing. They communicated very well and squeezed Kiara in for a late day appointment. When we arrived, they greeted us pleasantly and were very friendly with Kiara. After we left and they gave us a pick up time, they called us to let us know they found that our baby was sick. We went to the vet immediately and were able to pick qup the proper medications to get Kiara the care that she needed. I arrived at to pick Kiara up and they were giving her a few touchups and she was very calm and happy, which made me feel at ease knowing that they were taking good care of her. Kiara cam be a bit neurotic, but she seemed so calm and at ease as they clipped and combed and groomed her. The staff were very friendly with me, and worked past their closing time to finish up. I will definitely be going back when Kiara needs another grooming. I would highly recommend for you to use Precision Pet Grooming for all your grooming needs. The price was reasonable, the staff was amazing, and Kiara left soft, clean, pretty, and happy. She definitely let us know that she will be happy to return, and I look forward to the next experience with this fine establishment.

Only brought my 3 dogs one time so far but would recommend this place. Got appts really fast. Staff was super nice. All 3 dogs were looking adorable and were happy when we picked them up.

I couldn't be more pleased with with my poms groom. They are both classic poms and they did beautiful. They were quite matted from camping and both looked amazing. They took excellent care of them.

I have a few incidents I'd like to say something about. First, I believe if the groomers find anything out of the ordinary with your pet, it should be the first thing they tell you about. Secondly, when you have been to the same groomering business and get certain things done without asking, it should be told to you if their rules change. Thirdly, when your told a time to pick up your pet, you shouldn't be called and told they are closing the doors 20 minutes early. I sent a private message to Precision Pets only to get one excuse after another. All I can say is nowadays you must ask many questions, even if the business seems impatient to answer them all. Watch your Pets as they are your family too. I will not be going back to Precision Pets anymore.

They were fantastic and got us in right away. I was taking my dog to another place but they weren't there during hours of operation. After several attempts and phone calls I made the switch to Precision.He had a nail trim and grind and his paws looked very good. No splits or sharp edges.I also saw them while they were doing a blowout on another dog who looked like he absolutely adored it.

I brought my lab in, the groomer was very nice and my lab loved right up to her.She was professional and easy to talk to. Knew exactly what I wanted and did a great job!My dog is my daughter and she was treated that way at the groomerMy only regret is not leaving a bigger tip.

Outstanding. I drive an hour and a half to come here to have my babies cared for. My cats are to relaxed and at easy with Brian. I wount think of taking them any where else. Just like St France loved all the animals, we so does every one that works her. I have never seen my kitties so at easy as they are here. No stress grooming.

Even my nervous dog when it comes to his nail clipping was letting his paws handled here. I was able to go in and rub his chest for calming was also a big plus. You can see everything while they are working on your dog. This is our go to place now! Only $20 for a walk in nail trim in between paw shave and sani trim around the belly.

They did a very good job at the haircut I asked for with my shitzu puppy the only thing is the price is pretty high for a pup with no matted fur but besides that it was great!

Was able to walk and get my dogs nails cut. The staff was very nice and helpful, with a 80 lb dog that hates her nails getting done they did great and were so good with her. I will be taking her back there.

Took our goldendoodle for a cut and specifically told them to cut it down to finger length, or about an inch. They completely SHAVED the poor pup down to his skin. Never again. And on top of that she gives me the "it'll grow back" spill. Terrible...
