Place looks like it's stuck in the 70s. The pork chops were good. And they do have a few really good items. The pizza doughs are worth it. And the fresh bread is worth getting straight out of the oven. Some things are eat overpriced. But I still come here for these items. It's really good. Be warned staff is not friendly. Try not to interact with them. Buy what you need and go

Stopped here for my first time, what a nice hometown grocery store. Prices are higher on some stuff stuff in comparison to Walmart or Meijer, but they have pretty much everything you need grocery wise. They had pretty good meat sales.

Picked up burger today, was good & tasty & not too much fat, no crunchy bits like meijer, jack's or Walmart, we normally hit norms or the meat shop in bay city but the meat here was good. Thanks

It made me leave 1 star. I was refused service today with my service dog. I have been coming in here for 5 years with him, not a weekly customer though. I was just in here last week placing a order with the bakery, came today to pick it up and wasn’t allowed pass the doors. I came to my vehicle, called the bakery to let them know I wasn’t picking up my order. The bakery manger that took my order even refused me. The day I placed my order she even came over to me and verified my service dog and looked at his ID. They said today they only allow service dogs for the blind. My answer to them was, I’m headed to channel 5 news. She then said go ahead.

To be honest it's been a very long time since I've been at pats. If you're needing both hardware items and or groceries in my case I needed both true value hardware goods plus good quality and reasonably priced groceries and also a cute cozy Cafe. Definitely will be back.

its debatable, store is kept up well inside, shelving is faced neat and items are fully stocked in place and there aren't too many other customers in your way while shopping.. but the deals are few and the prices are way too high for some items. progresso soup is typically $2 everywhere else but pats charges $4.

The rude lady at the deli needs to be trained on customer service again. She just made my daughter cry over some soup. It's not that hard to be nice to people.

This is a great place for groceries. It’s a nice locally owned grocery store with a deli and you can get lunch. They have a seating area right there. Another great thing they have is a hardware connected to the store and can pay at either places.

Experienced racial profiling at its best. Went through Self Check out where this older gentleman stood over my whole process and asked did I scan my water which I stated yes then I proceeded to continue with my check out and he had the audacity to tell me I did not scan the item which clearly showed on the screen. I wanted to give him a piece of my mind so I left the store and called the store and asked for the manager and spoke to her and she said he was one of their best employees. The way this man was hovering over me was so offensive it makes me sick. Shopping while being a person of color. I run a business and I would never have a customer experience how I felt today and the defense of the store manager makes me sick. They need to be ashamed of their behavior. Utterly appalling. If I could give them a 0 score I would.

Honestly, we primarily come here for furnace filters which are high quality and much cheaper than every other store. However, their deli is too notch and so this is another area that they do very well.

PLEASE READ!absolutely disgusting behavior I seen come from a manager “amy”. Amy was reprimanding a new worker for using the bathroom without telling her… The poor cart boy was in the bathroom for less than 5 minutes and was scolded WAYYYY to far. I want to know what she would think of it was her kid getting yelled at like that. DO NOT send your kids to work there if you don’t want them to be publicly humiliated.

Clerk was clueless. Poor kid had no idea what a basic drain pan was. Luckily they had one in stock sitting right on the shelf.... with a few options. So I gave some stars as the store did well and had what I needed. Just got a clerk working at a hardware store that doesn't even know what an oil drain pan is.

I grew up in this town and although I don't live there anymore, I always try to stop in for a quick shopping trip. Love the atmosphere and the people that work there. Ordered a cake for my grandma's 88th birthday and it was so beautiful!

I was in the hardware store. Workers were nice, personable, & helpful. If 1 didn't know where something was the other 1 did. Pricing was fair. They probably have just about anything you would need for any DYI projects. It took way less time to find what I needed than it would've in the huge chain stores.

I prefer to go here than a chain store. I find with the sales Pat's has, I spend about the same or less than the "cheaper" super centers around here. Plus the workers are awesome! So friendly and always willing to help!

Nice hometown store! Love that the store is neat; clean and orderly. Prices are a little higher, but they always have stuff in stock which is VERY IMPORTANT in the age of Covid shortages. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I live in Feeland and Pat's is a great store. Some items may be a little more, but the convenience is worth it. They gave a good deli. I like that the Freeland Pharmacy is in the store and the Do It Best hardware is well stocked.

Pats is AWESOME! I appreciate the whole store.. their meat is always fresh ,their deli has great roasted & fried chicken. The hardware is great. I appreciate Pats as they are great at stocking craft supplies. Last but not least.. you always have my cat food! The sales are great too! Thank you Pats!!!
