I have some before and after photos of my fur babies they look absolutely gorgeous leaving the grooming salon. Melody said they were very well behaved she had no problems with them at all she does so maybe one day so money in the next day

Is cruel to animals that don't like their nails trimmed. Slams them down. Now I have trimmed nails where I've had to hold a dog for nails to be done, but the way she did it, was so cruel. Do not take your pet here!

Melody is literally the ONLY groomer that will TOUCH my dog brodie's nails without sedation in the entire tri-city area!! She is AMAZING, and very reasonably priced! 😊🐾 (I posted before/after nail pics)

I honestly don't know who can pull up in front of the place and actually trust their dog at this place the outside looks like a dump. I just drove up and drove away there's no way I would leave my dog there

Mel has always been awesome with all of my dogs. From German Shepherds, to Newfoundlands, to rescues. She listens to what you want also. I have never had a bad incident with handling my big babies

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to reschedule an appointment and she said "people like you are costing me hundreds of dollars and I can't do it anymore." Then hung up on me.
