OMG....4 year old grandson had to pee. This place was 2.2 miles of the highway. This gas station was immaculate. Never in my life seen a restroom so clean. Womans restroom had feminine products available on toilet paper dispenser for those untimely emergencies "free"! And my grandson was happy that the urinal was from the floor up just the perfect size for him and handicapped accessible. We even found a jar of pickled bologna. Very happy we stopped.Definitely a 5 star Market.

Wish I could give less then one star. Got gas and snacks, and the man working, I believe his name tag said Dan, was extremely rude, almost like we were bugging him by being there. Will not be back, and letting anyone I know not to go there either.

I just want to say that I am disappointed that when I went to go wash my windshield with their squeegee tool, that the fluid was very sudsy. Sure enough, it's freaking soap! Like, Dawn dish soap. So that I just put it back and I'm headed to Grayling and I'll just go ahead and wash my ish at a proper gas station.

The cashier was extremely rude. I stood up at the front for so long while she mopped. I hadn’t even said anything to her and she goes “give me a moment”. I waited a few more minutes before she walked to the front and didn’t say anything to me as she cashed me out, not even my total. I just have her a 10 and she handed back my change. My boyfriend walked in to use the bathroom and as soon as he walked in the door she said “bathrooms closed.” And stared at us the entire time we were pulling out of the parking lot.

Bought a phone charger from them never used or opened it then tried to return it a hour later and they said no. They even remember me buying it. Would not recommend dealing with them ever again. waters will get my business from now on

Google maps listing says open until 11:30pm. Skipped the Grayling exit and got off for gas at your exit instead. CLOSED at 9:25pm. Now I’m too low on gas and wasted 4 miles and 15 minutes because your pumps are turned off. Will skip all the B&B’s from now on.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! DO NOT WORK FOR THEM! A close relative of mine just started working there. Her first day there they had her clock out on time but made her stay 2 hours afterwards for no pay. When they wanted her to do it again and she said something about it they fired her for "being uncooperative". It is illegal to make someone work past their clock out time without pay and it is illegal to fire someone for not working without pay when you have a contract when you hire them to pay them a specific amount in exchange for work. But that's what they are doing to people.

I give them a 2 because most of the time the staff are polite and kind, but have overcharged me on various occasions- ringing up multiple items more than once and for some reason I never realize until later. Either way, as far as the products, I cannot give a good review. This past weekend I was there and AGAIN I received expired products. I do not mean a little expired, 4 months. Which is a long time- especially since I ate the 1st product qithout realizing and the 2nd tasted like liquor so I looked at the dates and realized. Bought the items 7/21/19... they had expired 3/14/19... how does this even happen? I took pics of the reciept and the products with the expiration dates, but cannot seem to find a corporate number or anything.

Good service. Convenient. Blink you will miss it. Great, fresh, Jerky of all sorts, beers cold. Always has what u need. Prices slightly high, but fair. Convenience. Cheaper actually than the grocery Store downtown Grayling!

Says open 24 hours online so I drove way off my route to get gas and they're closed at 4 a.m. And you can't get gas in northern Michigan if the gas station itself is closed for some STUPID reason. Change your hours online. Travelers are extremely inconvenienced when they are listed incorrectly and your gas station is miles from the freeway......

Please tell your employees not to smoke right in front of the door (literally) I'm pretty sure the law states 100ft away from any public building. Staff was nice.

Laura the manager was fantastic. quick and efficient and friendly. highly recommend this stop for snacks, drinks, alcohol, and ATM. Clean bathrooms as well. Kudos Laura!

This convenient store is awsome the workers are nice the store is clean and there is one person in particular that works nights everytime I come in she always making ppl smile and is very polite nice and very respectful lady I don't know her name but I can stay this to describe her she wears allot of rings and she has a skull ring good work you guys on keeping a good clean environment love it and thanks for making me smile everytime I come in skull ring lady lol

Even in small town America false advertising is still illegal. Your signs on I-75 and your Google listing say “24 hours” yet when I pulled in around midnight today no pumps worked, market not open, nothing open or even lit up on a store that advertises being 24 hour. Really really illegal to advertise false claims. I will be taking this up with City of Frederic because we don't need liars and false advertising in such a small town and one of very few places supposedly where gas is available “24 hours” north of Grayling.
