Prescription for COVID placed around 2pm EST.. Still wasn't ready at 6pm when they "closed". No excuse for the lack of effort by this staff. I sincerely hope Meijer management sees these reviews and makes drastic changes. I called twice to ensure it was there and ready, just to show up and be told I'd have to come back tomorrow. Staff has 0 empathy, 0 work ethic, and honestly shouldn't even be employed in a field where they're helping others. Extremely lazy employees.

This pharmacy has been my go to the last year or so. My medication is constantly out of stock but at this location I am usually able to get it without any issues. They are fast and that’s the best part!

I thought they were pretty good for being a high volume pharmacy until “Erykah” waited on me today. Terrible attitude with absolutely no customer skills. I would go into detail but I will take it higher up. I’m not an ignorant person at 63 years old nor should she treat anyone as if they were. Husband went back to pick up what she couldn’t tell me would be filled today or any day. Sadly my husband noticed that she was too busy walking around playing with her hair and flipping it up with her hands while everyone else worked.She is the only problem we’ve had here and I’m hoping it’s not permanent. Other than her I have always seen everyone working hard in the pharmacy.

Used to be great. But this is the 3rd time they told me my prescription was ready, wasted a half tank of gas because it's the only place that carries my prescription... only to get there and be told I have to wait 2 days for absolutely no reason. And the lady barely speaks English, very hard to understand anything

This is the very worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. I transferred some prescriptions over to them because they had a better price on an out-of-pocket medication. The money I saved was not worth the dreadful dealings I had to endure every single time I needed to refill a prescription. None of the medications I have are narcotics but they expect you to wait until the day that you have no medication left before they will refill it anyway. They do not know how to properly get prior authorization for prescriptions which holds up the process. If you don't specify which insurance or discount card to use they will just use whatever is easiest for them and let you figure out why you're paying more. I paid over $60 for a prescription I need to have a procedure done only to find out that it should have been $6. Meijer Pharmacy didn't let me know it needed prior authorization to be covered by my insurance. When I explained the mistake to them they told me that they couldn't refund the difference even though I went and got the prior authorization. This pharmacy has cost me money, lost time, and a lot of needless stress. I know that they don't need me as a customer but from the many horrible reviews they have it seems like they don't really want any customers. Btw they will sell you medication that can only be administered by injection but won't sell you the needle & syringe without a prescription for it. Ridiculous. Anyone can order needles & syringes from anywhere online or at any pharmacy that sells them. No prescription needed except for your local Fraser Meijer Pharmacy. They make up the rules as they see fit with no care for the senseless hassle that they cause you..... UPDATE - THIS PHARMACY IS STILL A COMPLETE JOKE. NOW I NEED TO ADD TO THIS REVIEW THAT THEY ARE LIARS. I RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PHARMACY NO MATTER WHAT YOUR NEEDS MAY BE.

I just started using Meijer pharmacy a few months ago and I’m really surprised to see so many negative reviews. One of my prescriptions is always out at most pharmacies but so far meijer has had it every time. They usually have my scripts ready before the time given. I hope I’m not jinxing myself but I would definitely recommend Meijer pharmacy they’ve been great! 15&utica Fraser location is the only one I’ve been to.

I just got back from picking up my 3 prescriptions. I had to make 2 trips in for them, as the first time they did not bill through my insurance like they usually do for only 1 of my medications. The other 2 were fine. I was not upset as mistakes happen. Went in and explained that one of my medications went through as cash, and told them what I usually pay. I was told that when calling them in, I need to tell Meijer to bill through my insurance. So somehow it was my fault, even though I have picked up this prescription on 3 other occasions with no issues. The prescriptions were also automatically refilled...so still not seeing how this is my fault. I have worked in pharmacy for 6 years and have never treated a customer the way I was treated. Now instead of getting the refund I was due, the assistant tried to charge me additional money. When I pointed out that she owed me money, she got argumentative and went to grab the pharmacist. The pharmacist came over, told her she was not doing it properly, and issued my refund. I received no apology for not only the hassle of having to come back in at 5 months pregnant, and waiting for 20 minutes, but also the attitude and sass I received for something that was not my fault. I am a very kind person, and never once was upset with the assistant. I have since transferred my prescriptions.

I take care of a stage 4 cancer patient, he needs his pian meds. Dr will call it in the day before. It took 5 days to fill. I could understand if they didn't have the meds but they told me it was cause it was Thursday. They'll also tell me my meds are ready for pick-up then when I get there they tell me I can't pick it up till the next day. I've never had so much trouble with a pharmacy before. I get so many excuses from so many different employees, I can now chalk it down to they don't know their job. Good luck, but I have to find a different pharmacy

Same problems , different month. Was told prescription was on auto-renew and wouldn't have to worry about monthly refill. With 7 days left, I tried to refill via automated phone and was told it was an invalid prescription number.Called the next morning and was told it's on order and would be available at 1pm the following day, to which I never received any notification that the script was ready.I called the following morning and was told it didn't come in with the order and would probably come on on Monday, 1 day later than I need it. After expressing my disappointment in this awful pharmacy, the pharmacist told me they do have 1 month available they could have it ready for me in 30 minutes.After 1 hour I still had not received a notification that the script was ready. Knowing and fearing the incompetence of this place, I called to confirm they were able to deliver on their promise, I didn't want to waste time driving if it wasn't ready. I spoke to the pharmacist, I'm not 100% sure of yhe name since she spoke so quickly and abruptly. Pharmacist was extremely snotty and impatient, but in her defense, if I had to work for this poor excuse of a pharmacy I wouldn't be very happy either.I will be transferring my scripts from this awful pharmacy. It's nothing but disappointment and headaches.Customers shouldn't have to babysit employees. It shouldn't be this hard to fill a script that is needed every month, but here it is akin to rocket science. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Lazy and incompetent! Also rude if I'm being completely honest. It took a CVS pharmacy that I've never been to about 2 minutes to do what this meijer's pharmacy quite frequent often said was impossible to do. I've never been overly impressed with their service but it was at least convenient. After today I'll never go back.

We use Miejers pharmacy often. The people there are knowledgeable, super nice, and awesome! Never have any issues. We even have speciality meds and we have no issues with them either. I see reviews complaining about a longer wait then an hour, I've had it range from 15 min to yes over an hour. It's busy sometimes and your order may take longer than an hour. Go to fast food drive through at rush hour, I bet your nuggets take much longer to receive than when it's not busy. Patients is a virtue. The stuff that counts is your meds are available, your script is accurate, and you receive your meds in a timely mannor! This pharmacy has been 100% reliable and awesome to work with.

I have really been struggling to stay positive so the last month I have been really working on myself but every time I have to go here though I swear they are the fastest people to put me in a negative mood! nobody’s ever friendly always rude I literally try to have someone else call for me because I can’t mentally stand how rude they are it is extremely frustrating! Trust me I don’t want to call them as much as they don’t want to talk to me..Very inconvenient saying I shop at Meijer three times a week also

This pharmacy makes mistakes all the time. Everytime I come to pick up a prescription they either have a wrong medication, wrong amount, or give me someone else's personal information on my prescription. I would get a text message my prescription is ready and when I come to pick it up it's not ready or they can't find it.They caused me to be late taking time sensitive medication over and over. When there is a problem they don't call to inform me. They blame it on being short staffed or on the doctor. I tried giving then second chances over and over and over again but since they never fix their process and staff problems I will never come here again. Unacceptable for a business to repeatedly treat someone like this

Called to get a refill and was told about 40 minute wait. No biggie. Arrive roughly 50 minutes later, to give the pharmacy a bit more time. Wait in line about 10 additional minutes. Get to the counter and give my info to be told " your prescription is on tomorrow's shipment" I said the lady I spoke with told me it would be ready in about 40 minutes and that was almost an hour ago. He then said "Oh, well I can have it ready for you in about 20 minutes, if you'd like to shop around" I told him I'd be back tomorrow. I think after this pick up I won't be back... Why lie if it's not ready? If he would have opened with telling me they needed a little more time that would have been a whole different story.

Worst customer service at a pharmacy I have ever experienced. They NEVER have your medication ready on time, even when they themselves or another store has told you they've filled it and it's waiting. This pharmacy tells you to "sit down and wait 15 minutes" while they fill your scrip and they'll call you up to the counter when it's done, but it's never 15 minutes, and they never call you up. When you've waited 45 minutes and you approach the counter to ask what the heck is going on, the rude staff behave like you're a moron and an inconvenience. I have never gone to this Meijer pharmacy and had a smooth transaction. I will be taking all my future business to another Meijer store.

I had some things stolen out of my vehicle this morning. I believe it happened while at this store for less than 20 minutes. I called to see if they could view their camera footage to see if anyone other than myself entered my vehicle.Their loss prevention department would not even view the tapes without a police report being filed and being contacted by the police department.I asked for the store manager and he also refused to help and had no explanation why the video could not be reviewed with police intervention. I offered coming back to the store to show my receipt and so they could identify me as the owner of the vehicle. Still no help.The only thing I wanted was to know if someone else was in my vehicle. I didn't ask for a description, car they were driving, or anything else. I simply wanted to know yes or no, someone was in my vehicle.Why can't they release a yes or no statement to me, a customer and owner of the vehicle? It would save the police department a lot of time if the answer was "No one was in or around your vehicle," or "Yes, someone was in it and we have information for the police department.Absolutely no help from them! I will not return to that store again and when asked why, I will explain the lack of help and support from their staff/company.

Horrible service with the Pharmacy, extremely long wait times. They told me they were slow and my prescription would be ready in 20-30 minutes. I waited over an hour. I’ll never use Meijer pharmacy again. Walgreens always has prescription done in 15-20 tops!

I have had to wait a few times in the past but lately my scripts have been ready by the time I get there. I also like earning rewards ever 5 scripts I fill. I tend to have at 3 in a month and when I meet my out of pocket they give me a 3 month order on them.
