What horrible experience, no wonder CVS is losing customers!!There is never anyone at the checkout, and when you go get them, they just ignore you.They think they are doing you faver by doing what they are paid to do.What a bad attitude the check out people have.If you don't like the job you have, go get a job like digging ditches, so you won't need to interact with anyone.Minus 5 stars for CVS!!

Get the same script filled here every month and they REFUSE to submit a stock carry to prevent me from missing doses of this very important medication. Called 2 hours before heading out to run errands and was told my med was being processed after waiting 3 days for it to be ordered. Show up to be told it would be another half an hour to fill this prescription I'm already a day late on taking. This is from a specialist and my appointments cannot be menuvered around to accommodate an order time as this med is very time sensative. Will be finding a new pharmacy as the rph is rude and the young man who laughed in my face tonight does NOT know how to handle patients what so ever. Do better or get out of the field. I do this for a living myself and would never treat a patient the way I was treated this evening.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would!Absolute worst customer service at the pharmacy.Every month I have an issue with this location but tonight takes the cake. Pulled up to the drive through at 455 (they close at 5pm) with a sick child needing a script for the night for them to tell us they were closed. I noticed the gates half open on the inside so I went inside as they should have still been open for service. I got in the store at 458 for them to look at me walking up to the desk and close the gate on my face with my sick child. I tried explaining to them several times I was there before closing and they shouldn’t have an issue helping me but they continued to tell me the register was already closed (before the closing time posted). I asked several times for them to help me get the script at another location and only after basically begging for help they called the other location. I was told extremely rudely (before I started to be a little more stern 😂) how it was basically my problem and how because I didn’t get there several minutes before the posted closing sign they couldn’t help me at all. As I said this was the icing on the cake as every month I have an issue with this location. We’ll be switching pharmacies and contacting corporate after the holiday. Seems they only cared about leaving to go out for NYE. It’s sad a healthcare facility could look at a family in need before closing time and act the way they did. I understand they seem short staffed but to completely seem to not care looking directly at us or wanting to help is so sad. I only caught the name of Allen as one of the employees but not the other.I also just contacted our doctor to confirm the script was sent over bc the employees told us that there wasn’t anything in the system for our child. The doctors office stated that the pharmacy physically confirmed the script at 445pm and we arrived at the drive through ten minutes later.The pharmacy “manager” Allen also black listed our entire family bc we “threatened” to call corporate on them for closing early and basically refusing to help us.

Yes I was drugged in this store last week March 18 but the sheriff Tony wickersham and his undercover drug unit comet,Mark Hackle and the Fraser Police department know all about and ant going to do anything about it even though they know it's a criminal act being committed against me and a felony witch is incredible.So now you know what can happen to you in this county witch is completely insane,i even contacted firger law and they sent me a letter saying there is nothing they can do for me,witch is a total lie ,so they got to Mr firger and told him not to take my case ,witch is even More incredible so I would stay away from this store,thanks for listening thank you wish me luck

Told me my meds would be in at 4:30pm I'm diabetic. Called them the next day, and they told me they have been trying to get it for months with no luck.

There assortment of items has gotten smaller. There is only one person in store and they never say hi. Lastly they usually only have self check hard for older people. ok for a quick stop but better choices.

Older woman at the counter refused to acknowledge me while standing in line. She was unable to give me cash back after tapping my card. Luckily they have an ATM.

I went in this CVS for my first Covid vaccine and I am very happy with the way they set up everything, very quick, friendly and professional. Highly recommend their service. I saw one lady complaining about how friendly they were in another post. People just can’t be happy and have to be complained about something.Update, for the second vaccine, my apt is at 10am and have to work at 10am so I came 30 min before 10am to get in line and made sure I could be done as soon as I can but I am end up waiting for them to get ready .

Been going here for a few years and pharmacy staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Today we went in and they had a new Pharmacist (one we’ve never seen before) who was cold and made us feel as if coming in for a script was inconveniencing him. Jessica the tech who helped was helpful and very nice however it was very off-putting when the pharmacist felt it was appropriate to make a comment about not being able to find the script in the system (he entered wrong birth date - script for pet). He said something like “How hard is this?” Then stormed off to look.

Andre the pharmacist was a jerk and if I could swear I would say something else. I literally came on my lunch break was told by another CVS pharmacy that they were transferring my prescription to 14 and Garfield and that it would be ready by 1:00 p.m.. I waited 45 minutes in the Drive-Thru to get to the window for them to tell me that my prescription is not ready. I explained to them that I was out my way and I came on my lunch break it was only six pills for the prescription and he act like he couldn't do it real quick. Very rude. He came to the window with so much animosity, said what he had to say shut the window and walked away. Poor customer service. There has to be a more efficient way to get customers through the drive-thru faster.

I want to share my experience with the CVS 33021 Garfield, Fraser, MI today 10-13-2020. Virginia helped me at the Pharmacy and she was so pleasant on helping me. Also I think she is the manager, as soon as I walked in she noticed me trying to find something, she came up and asked if she can help me and took the time to help me find the coffee. This CVS has a very beautiful set up inside. Just needed to share how well pleased to be in this Pharmacy.Satisfied CustomerAileen Lema

This pharmacy deserves 5 star rating just for the lady that works there. My husband and I used drive through to get our prescription today and this one lady (unfortunately I don’t know her name) she was super friendly and helpful! She had the sweetest voice and amazing vibe! Thank you so much!

Jason and pharmacy department worked with me to get the generic medicine that worked the best for medical condition. Jason put through a special order for the next day. And the next day it was there! I am feeling better already. To all the haters. It is not up to the pharmacy to know your prescription coverage and why your insurance doesn't cover this or that, or why your copay is what it is. That is a patient responsibility. I don't have my insurance through CVS. I pay for insurance every month and I expect the people I do pay monthly to handle problems. Call your insurance carrier the number is on the back of your insurance card. The pharmacist is not your mom and dad.

The people that work in the pharmacy here are by far the rudest. I used to use this CVS 15 yrs ago, I moved to Romeo for 3 years and now I’m back, the pharmacist acts like your a inconveniences to him. I dropped of my scripts 2days ago. I called this morning and he still needed a couple of hours. He has been rude and judgmental This is my 2nd time going there, and last!! I have never been treated so poorly. If your not happy at your job you should keep that to yourself. Of fine your passion!!!

Don't do your Covid testing here. They say the results will take 2-4 days to come but it has been over a week for my family and we got no results yet. Find another testing center, they'd be much quicker.

They usually have what you need in stock at the pharmacy. But the pharmacy staff are extremely rude. Horrible service from their pharmacy every single time. I've been going here for years and finally had enough. Transferred my prescriptions elsewhere.

Wait time for Minute clinic is ridiculous. Very slow , best to make an appointment two days prior. If you are a walk up, prepare to sit for a while!!!!
