I Waited 10 minutes to get a Caramel apple. I walked out because all 4 employees were scooping ice cream instead of have 1 of the 4 employees working the fudge counter. Very disappointed because I live about an hour from Frankfort

Bought 2 turtles and a prepackaged box of chocolate Carmel's ($16.99). Left store, ate a carnal and it was stale. Very hard. Returned to store. Guy that just sold them to us said they are in code. I asked to return as they did not taste good. He said no. (Middle age guy with short dark beard). Guess customer is not right in this location. Turtles were great.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store. You walk in and are immediately swept into a land of rich, chocolatey aromas and warm, infectious smiles. It's a dreamland. Sometimes we get ice cream but we always get fudge. They always have buy 2 slices get one free and each slice is only around 8 or 9 dollars. My favorite flavor is the dark chocolate sea salt caramel. But they're all amazing. They give samples to anyone at anytime except when there's a pandemic. You can watch them make it too which is fun and educational for kids! Definitely stop in if you are ever passing through the quaint town of Frankfort, Michigan.

Great ice cream and other sweets with terrific service. I had scoops of black cherry and and mint chocolate ice cream. My other family members got moose tracks ice cream, raspberry and lemon sorbets. Their waffle cones were tasty and crisp. Limited inside seating, but we enjoyed sitting outside watching people go by on the main street.

Very tasty treats and decently cheap compared to other Kilwins I've been to the staff was helpful and nice definitely recommend going here.

Love their ice cream but the Frankfort MI store shows open until 10 PM but when we showed up at 9:05 they were closed with a paper sign in the door saying they close at 9 PM.Four very very disappointed kids.Boooooo!Looks like the cool spot earned our business by being open during their posted hours.

I gave 4 stars only because it’s unbelievably expensive. Otherwise i love this place. Yum yum yum. Everything is great. But 2 very small hot fudge sundaes were $16.00 and change!!!! I could not believe how expensive they are.

Good ice cream by the scoop and quality fudge. Just skip the sundaes. We paid almost $14 for a small sundae that was all toppings and barely any ice cream. Extremely overpriced!

Here's the deal, if you can get around the prices, this place is pretty good. I have yet to be disappointed by their fudge our ice cream. I always enjoy getting the peanut butter chocolate ice cream in a waffle cone.

It’s fantastic! Don’t forget the ice cream it is top shelf with the coconut flavors being my favorite. The key lime pie ice cream is also very good

Yes the quality is superior, but to pay almost $10. for a single scoop of ice cream or $1.50 per piece of candy is excessive.

What can I say. When near Kilwins I have standing orders. For happy wife happy life ...2 lbs. Double chocolate sea salt Carmel fudge. Worked for 45 years so far.

Great sweet treat spot. We have one in our home city that I rarely go to but on vacation it seemed mandatory. Popcorn and chocolate. Truffles and ice cream. Fantastic. Expensive.

It IS expensive, but there is no better ice cream in northern Michigan. Super creamy and rich. Makes an outstanding occasional treat! 👍🏼😁

Very good fudge but somewhat on the expensive side. Also, as we were here at the end of the season the variety was somewhat lower but during the summer they have an excellent selection of goodies

An absolute must when in Frankfort. Just wish some patrons wouldn't walk through people to see the ice cream, just wait your turn like the rest of us.
