Cashier was rude. Finished what she was doing before starting to checkout anyone out. Didn’t say anything to the customer in line in front of me, until she asked for a roundup. She rang my items up and o Ickes a bag of chips on the floor accidentally. I set them on the counter and said I’d skip those. She got an attitude and said okkkk, that’s not where they go.Please send your staff to ongoing customer service training.

This used to be a nice store. It appears that lately they can't find anyone that wants to work. The place is a mess, shelves are not stocked, carts filled with merchandise to stock are sitting in the isles.They really need to shut the store 1 or 2 days a week and get it cleaned up and stocked. At least until they can find someone to work.

I just had items fall on me from a shelf. The computer charged double for every item I purchased. I couldn’t get a refund for half so I returned all the items. Will be shopping at Dollar tree in Honor.

I absolutely love DG's, but think that the one in Frankfort could improve. Although I know it is a small town, the staff are often in professional, when going in at night there would be groups of people hanging out with the employees rather than the staff actually working, and staying within their duties. Store is typically clean, great prices.

Another Store that uses the "NewOldLine" can't find help.If anyone that works there had the Back Bone to work, short staff or not, this place would not look like it has been Ransacked every time you walked in.

A decent amount of the stuff is expired shelves aren't stocked much and there's carts filling the entire store because people don't want to work there otherwise it's okay :/

Usually very good deals on most things, the store is basically new having just been built within the year. "2017" But the customer service isn't very good, and The store isn't organized very well. Items seem to be out of place a lot. Would not necessarily recommend this location.

It's a small store but it has most of the basic stuff you might need. from bread and milk to paper and is affiliated with paypal so you can transfer cash to your account via the paypal app.

I don't appreciate how not every item in the store was the price of $1. It really offended me both religiously and as a woman. As a gamer, vegan, furry, demisexual polymorphic tri-gender pyro fox, I do not approve.
