The store is amazing, lots of cool gear and stickers. However, the older sales person is not really friendly or nice to the customer. Very stand off Is and almost like then why any I buying it here if your going to have an attitude with us! Been shopping here for years and she's alway been like that. I'm sorry but why work with the public if your going to have that attitude.

I went into this store and the employers were extremely rude. I wanted a sweatshirt, had in my hands, put it back and left. They have some really pretty things but I would never support a local store with such terrible hospitality and customer service. And I’d love to say one person was having a bad day, but it was all three women. I’d buy on Amazon any day over supporting them.

I have been shopping at this store for years and typically spend a few hundred dollars every summer. Typically the staff is very kind and welcoming. I was just in today with my family and had the worst experience. A sales woman followed me and my 1 and 3 year old children around the store judging us and being extremely rude. I ended up leaving my husband to shop while I stood on the sidewalk with the kids just to get away from her. I love their over priced cloths and will go back, but if I see this sales woman again I will walk back out.

I’ve gotten a number of shirts here over the years. I’ve always been impressed with their cute designs and quality fabric. Everything I own from them is soft and adorable! Also, it seems like they have new stuff all the time which is fun!

Bay Wear in Frankfort is small but filled with many cute tshirts and sweatshirts, most say 'Up North' or 'Frankfort MI'. They also have a lot of M-22 (a pretty tree-lined road in northern lower MI) shirts, jackets and caps. We usually find something to purchase every time we stop in!

Came back today to buy a hat and was promptly greeted with a nasty "YOU CAN LOOK BUT DON'T UNFOLD ANYTHING". On that note, I took my money elsewhere.

quality stuff. Every time I'm in Frankfort I shop here for friends in LA. These shirts fit well, look good, and last many wash cycles. Worth the money.
