I have never been to a pharmacy that had my prescription ready so fast. I literally just came from the doctor across the street to pick up my prescription and to my surprise it was ready for me. Great service!

I've been going to RiteAid in Frankenmuth for 30 years and like the place, the pharmacists, have no complaints. But. In the past, you could just walk in, fill out a form, and get your flu shot. I had no idea that changed. But when my son took two grandkids in to do just that today, whoever was "helping" them was incredibly cranky about it, told them they couldn't wait around, needed an appointment, couldn't make an appointment standing there -- go home and make it online. If those are the rules now, I think the huge push corporate RiteAid does urging everyone to hustle over and get their flu shots plus signs at the local store need to focus a little on how this is different than it used to be -- you can't just walk in and get a flu shot. I know this isn't universal either -- but don't know if it's just a RiteAid thing or a local store thing. I'm only indicating that it ought to be more clear and it wouldn't hurt to be polite about it. Thank you. I do like this store. I was just taken aback how my grandkids were treated. And a little disappointed they didn't walk out with flu shots or at least an appointment.

Whenever I go to Covenant Med express in Frankenmuth, I use this pharmacy. As soon as I left med express I went inside rite aid and my prescriptions were ready. They were super fast! Friendly.

Just came from the the pharmacy where the pharmacist was the rudest person I have ever encounter when I disputed the charges and stated, “I have never paid that much at the Rite Aid in Vassar”? His repose, “then don’t take it, I don’t care” and he walked away from the window. I have never been so insulted in my life or upset. After ringing the bell to get the girl to come to the window to help me get my prescription that I have been waiting 2 days for them to fill mind you I informed them I will never set foot in another Rite Aid as long as I live. Whomever the manager is at this location should be terminted, as well as, the pharmacist allowing such disrespect to happen to customers. I usually do not write reviews, but this guy has me so upset I will be contacting the BBB tomorrow and informing them. Absolutely terrible!

UPDATE: Doctor verified in the system Oli filled the wrong month's script in December. She sent a new script to the pharmacy. So I called oli to inform him of what she said. Now the "too busy" pharmacist is calling my doctor out of spite and refusing to fill the valid script until he talks to her.Awful pharmacy staff. Any error to include filling an incorrect medication is not fixable here. Pharmacist refuses to accept responsibility for mistakes. Filled a controlled substance script out of order, refuses to fix it, refuses to call doctor and explain their error, refuses to help patient they screwed out of their January medication because he is "too" busy. WORST PHARMACY IN FRANKENMUTH, MICHIGAN.!!!!

I have been going to Rite Aid for as long as I can remember.... I've moved to the Frankenmuth area and have been to the store over a dozen times... The employees seem preoccupied, never wanting to wait on people or help customers find what they need. This evening I went in to buy some hair dye, the hair dye that I wanted to purchase had a manufacturers coupon on it. Once at the register the clerk, pulled the coupon off and scanned it. She said, "Hmmm, it seems to be expired."... She assured me that the coupon could be taken since it was on the box itself. She called a "key" manager to the front to have her take $2.00 off the box of hair dye.. She looked at it and said, "no, I won't take the discount off, it is expired. The clerk said, "I know but it was still on the box of hair dye.", The clerk looked at me and said, "I'm sorry but she won't take the discount off...", do you still want the items I have rang up??", I said, No! Her attitude and snottiness has made me rethink about where I go for my prescriptions, health care needs, personal items, photo development, and party supplies. As long as I live here in Frankenmuth, I will not return to Rite Aid. I will do all my shopping and pharmacy needs at Kroger! You may want to look into the "key" Manager and ask her if she handles all customers like that because with that cranky attitude you will lose a lot more customers with her around. Service is ok..but enough with the "REWARDS CARD OFFER" at my employer we don't force people to include a phone number when they want to shop. I have told them countless times I do not want one. Now they force me to put a phone # in to buy anything..last time I'll be at that store ..GLAD CVS IS HERE!!!! Frankenmuth,mI..BE READY FOR 20 QUESTIONS!!!

They have some new jerk pharmacy tech. Their pharm techs need training.We won't be back to that rite aid. We will go somewhere else to get our scripts

I have never experienced any rude staff members at this store or in the pharmacy. They used my expired discount and help my son with purchases as he is disabled.

I asked if they could do online prices for the same item instore, manager John came up and said nope that’s not how it works, I’ve been asked that before and it don’t work like that. Very rude and bad service
