I love the fact that I can order what I want online and pick it up at the store. It saves me from showing up only to find that either they don't carry the item or they just sold the last one. Or, worse yet, having to wander through the store trying to find things. Their online system is a big time saver.

Manager was nice and knowledgeable, bought a light ballast that she picked and works great! Overheard a conversation with her and a customer, "if I expect my employees to work labors day, it's only fair I do too." That's a good boss.

Having recently moved to Frankenmuth, I had several “moving in” projects to accomplish. Not keen on driving to Saginaw every time I needed something, I looked local.True Value!What a gem of a store with fantastic, helpful employees! I’ve found what I’ve needed each time I’ve gone there. They even offer a Re-keying service, which I had done. 4 exterior door locks completed in about 20 minutes!Summer is approaching, so I’m sure I’ll be visiting again soon, and often!

Bought a toilet seat that was the wrong size and lost my receipt, they were able to exchange it for me anyways. Friendly and fast, happy to go here again. 👍

These folks are always helpful. Had two small projects at the house and they steered me in the right direction for tools, the right sized screws and the correct primer. I was able to do ot myself like a pro.
