My Cat Jack is a very thick,long haired cat that is very large and has a hard time grooming himself. As a result the mats in is hair were winning the battle and I decided to get him shaved. He is the perfect color for a lion cut so that's what we agreed with the groomer to give him. She handled him great, and got the shave done quickly and my cat feel so much better. Turns out he's not chunky at all, just more than his share of hair....Thanks Sud Z's, see ya in a few months.

I have a dog who's very old & blind, so he's very fearful of being groomed. Our old groomer can't manage trimming his face safely anymore, so we drive over an hour to see Maryann. She's affordable & has a magic touch. He comes home perfect every time. I'm so grateful to have found her.

Extremely great service always do a great job with my 90lb black lab that is afraid of everything. Prices are amazing. My 2 year old daughter loves going to to see all the other puppies. Would recommend to anyone.

First time client. My cat got a lion cut. They did a good job on the cut.HOWEVER, they shampooed my strictly indoor cat, for zero reason, without asking. I am sensitive to smells and can't even be in the same room right now! It's like cotton candy mixed with overripe fruit.Make sure you ask what all a cut comes with because I had no idea I would take my cat in for mats and bring him home smelling sickly sweet. It's truly awful.

I took my Siamese in for a cut. The groomer told me that she had difficulty during the cut with my cat not tolerating the cut. She was distracted by the dogs in the same room. Her tail was part of the cut — wasn’t done. The cut was uneven. I was charged $65 for services. 12:30-2 pm for the total time.Nails and ears included. Impartial cut. Young groomer without experience and why would you do cats and dogs in same open room? It was my first time taking her and my last. Pricing was outlandish but I still tipped $10. I also smelled marijuana on staff when they came back inside (desk staff).I feel the cat groomer should have experience with long haired cats — cuts of this nature. If there was any issues beforehand or concerns they should have said to the customer the expectations beforehand. I had loose fur everywhere in my crate to clean off my cat. It was not what I expected. I can’t even take a picture to show off the cut because it’s that embarrassing to post on Facebook. My expectations are not too high. For $65 I should have had what I asked..

I’ve taken my dog here several times to get his nails clipped and had an okay experience but this time around was horrible.. while I was with my dog the whole time he got his nails clipped the guy doing it made my dogs nails bleed several times. I’m not sure if they cut too deep or what but I’ve been at home for over an hour afterwords and he’s still bleeding ALOT! I almost want to call my vet because nothing is working to stop the bleeding. Not to mention the environment there was horrible. They strapped my dog on a leash and chained it on the top on the cart and moved the cart around (my dog looked like he could’ve hung himself several times because he almost fell off the cart), they didn’t have A/C for the animals in almost 90 degree weather (just fans) and the workers were arguing with each other while I was standing there. I was honestly applauded. They lady working there must’ve been so embarrassed that they didn’t even want to charge me but I felt bad and gave her money anyways. Please do yourself a favor and take your animals elsewhere.. i felt so bad for my pup, I will not be back!

If I could give negative stars I would. This is by far the WORST grooming experience Ive ever had. I took my shih tzu Hamilton here and it was awful. I dropped him off at 9am and they called me at 1147a.m to pick up. Im still not sure what they did with him for 3 hours because when I got him back only half his coat was cut and right around his muzzle was beat red. He was still matted in the ears and the hair was cut WAY to low! His paws were red and he was shaking horribly! Also they glued some bow onto his collar after I specifically asked them not too! All in I definitely would not recommend this place and definitely will tell everyone to run very far!!

She kept a muzzle on my dog because my dog snapped at heritage dog but .y dog wl not bite a human she was lazy and shaved her stomach and didn't even wash her face or neck and charged me an extra 40 dallors 120 bucks. Never going back to her again. Besides my dog was so thirsty when I brought her back it was pathetic

Would have loved to been informed that bows would be glued to my dog after she got her grooming there. The hot glue they used bothered her horribly, took myself and 2 other people to get them off of her.That honestly should be something you ask the owner before you just go and do. I will not be returning, and I will be sure to tell my friends and family not to return either.

My first experience with a groomer was a mess. The second time I decided to use a groomer I came here and was super happy! They treated my cat as if he was still at home. Cage-free, reasonably priced and very friendly! Would reccommend this place to a friend!

Sudsy is our only groomer! We have an Elk Hound and a Shorkie so that runs the gamut in size and grooming. All of the ladies do a great job and genuinely love dogs.

Not pleased at all. Was told a price on the phone but when I picked up my dog they increased it. Worse than that my dog had cuts and burns all over from the blade. No one came to greet me when i picked up my dog and he was still very damp.
