It nice that they carry the dog food that my dog eats. With that being said, they need to work on customer service there. I sent my daughter in the store to get kitten food and she was struggling finding it. My Clio store associates walk around and assist with any questions and the you right to the product ( maybe even up sell me a bit). This store literally told her what aisle it was in and continued to stand there behind the register. She ended up calling me on video chat just for help..Do better guys.

This store is well managed, stocked and staffed with people actually VERSED in animals lol 👏 #FEEDS #VACS I'm a retired #VOLUNTEERRESCUER I used this store for about 8 years. Everything from Equine to Canine And they even have BABY CHICS in the Spring ❤️ Store has everything you need including a nice arbor selection (seasonal) right up to MULES [UTV's] and hunting season those come in REAL HANDY! Just ask if you don't see what you need. They can probably order it for YOU.

Shaylyn was a great employee and checked out my items. Another women working whose hair was in front of her name tag was eating take out food behind the counter with shaylyn with her mouth open. Distracting shaylyn from her job. Shaylyn was professional but the women working behind her, not sure if she was on break was very unprofessional eating behind the counter especially when Shaylyn had a line. I don’t want to come to tractor supply and see workers eating with their mouth open, not helping their coworkers when there’s a line.

I bought a Husqvarna Power Box case for my chainsaw. The cashier was actually cool and helped assemble it so I made sure it fit my saw before I actually purchased it.

One of my favorite stores for buying bird food, bird feeders and bird houses. Fair prices which allows me to be able to feed the cute wild birds and hummingbirds. I also like their clothes, hats and boots selection. Cute stuff at very fair prices. I love it when thy have a sale. Good customer service and very knowledgeable

Went for the vet clinic they have once a month to get my new kitten her first shots. They had lots of nice things I ended up with a cat bed, cellphone holder, and a solar lamp to attach to my house

I absolutely love my local TSC!They are very helpful and just all around awesome folks who go out of their way for you. Having that many great people in one store shows me that the manager is tuned in to the staff and customers!

Everyone is extremely helpful and kind!!!! I love all of there products and its nice to be able to buy all of my animals food in one place!!!! We have bought many products from the swing to the cooler, and even the 6 and 10 ft. Windmill and never have had any issues with them! I LOVE TSC!!!!! ITS MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!!!

The manager lady is so rude. Telling me I needed to adjust the carburetor on a brand new chain saw. Said that I’d have to take it into a repair shop. Most ignorant thing I’ve ever heard. No way could that even make sense. Got a refund. Will no longer shop there.

I love the prices and service at TSC! Every time I shop there, the people are always friendly and willing to help me. I also am amazed at the unique items they have there. I have a friend who visits from Chicago. Every time he visits, we have to go to TSC to get his sister a gift. She too lives in Chicago, but has decorated her house country. He always buys her something for her house.

Today October 14 I was at the Michigan Tractor Supply store located in Pierson Rd Store number 1814 buying a food for my dog. I could not get it and an employee helped me and told me that they did not have it to order it online and walking to the exit he called me and told me ... here is one I grab it from where it was located very close to the cash registers and I fold it a little and he did not show me where the price tag was and he folded the bag and charged me as any employee would do, but I noticed that the bag had a yellow label of a sale, but I paid 18.01 the regular price and did not say anything. When I got to the car I realized that in reality the price marked on the yellow label said “Only this product… ..Sale 5 $”. I felt cheated and cheated after being a customer of the store. I do not know if I go back to that store for real cheated

This is one of my favorite stores. I purchase most of my clothes here. They offer very durable clothing at a price that most working men can afford. This store has nearly everything from animal foods and farm equipment to gardening supplies, tools and books in how to do it all.The staff is very knowledgable and well trained on/ about all of their products in my experience.If you need it, they have it. If they don't happen to have it, they will order it for you.Thanks for your service TSC staff.JSG

I always enjoy TSC , they have a pretty good selection of items at competitive prices . Sometimes when clothing and foot wear are on sale it seems like it's always an odd size that I can't wear , oh well , still nice place to shop .

Nice selection of items. The name is deceiving! I was pleasantly surprised that the prices on the flowers were inexpensive compared to Home Depot. Going back to get some before they are gone!

I wanted to buy 2 isabrown chickens but they won't sell less that 4 i can only have 2where i live and they said they don't want people to keep them as petsbut they're egg layers which is why we want them they lay on average 300+ a year so we don't want to have them for pets but don't want to slaughter till they're not able to produce eggs any longer will tell everyone i know not to buy chicks from here and go somewhere else sorry they don't know what they're talking about.Or they are trying to bait you into buying more so you spend more money either way won't be back there's the second time I've ever walked into a tractor supply and now i know why will take my money elsewhere

Very warm and caring staff!!! I there to purchase a chain saw and the girl who checked me out (not that way 😔) had I believe been in a serious farm accident with a hog staples gun as she had loops in her nose, ears, lips etcetera... I tried not to stare as I know that would be politically incorrect... but I do believe that incidents such as that she must have went thru are in fact the best teacher of all things safety! I completly trust her and so having been that I had never used a chain saw before I am so happy to have learned that I should wear a leather glove before I grab the chain to stop it from running!! Also I never would have known that it uses deluted gasoline so I never would have mixed my fuel with 50% water.. she is a life saver!!!

I have visited this location last Sunday in order to buy a panel for a outside kennel to which I asked for assistance since I had visited the day before and received near nothing except for location of said part. I addressed two associates, (one was the guy from the day before )and the lady proceeded to tell me that the store didn't carry the panel I was referring to & that if ordered would take over a month to receive. I asked the price of the kennel..she was of no help. I walked out; the Clio Store the Mgr. found the panel at the Davison store I picked it up within the hour the same day! I don't think I will be using the Flushing store again...too many issues!

Flushing, Mi. Tractor Supply is great. They always go that extra step to help get what you need. Also, need propane? Get it refilled here and save over tank exchanges. Always a great experience here!

A Young man there was quite silly in his behavior! He said sorry about that ! I almost took your shins out ! I explained to the small young man he was as actually 15 ft away from me with his big cart . So the whole conversation was inaccurate and therefore the small young man came across as a total creepy weirdo! Oh sorry ! Will get your name soon !
