I love Home Depot now that I have my own home, we frequent this store now! They always have what we are looking for and always have helpful staff there too! Clean and nice inviting store! Just some things here shown we've gotten done!

They always have what I need. Huge selection of everything from roofing to patio furniture. They also have household supplies like toilet paper and laundry soap. Staff is always friendly and there to help. It's never hard to find an employee to help you like at some other store where there is no one around. Very clean store. Love the pricing especially with my military discount that they honor all year round at 10% off your entire purchase.

Tried to get a scrap piece of 2x8x16" piece of lumber, but since it wasn't marked for sake yet, I was told to go back to lumber and wait for someone or find the scrap that was marked. I asked the self check out lady if she could call someone for me, and she got an attitude talking about, "you hear them calling fir someone back there, they're all busy." I asked where scrap wood was, and she had no idea. So much fun waiting for the 2-3$ piece of wood to get marked that I could use... 15 minutes and counting. Mike told me I could have them after waiting. Thx mike!

Curbside pickup is absolutely terrible!! Regardless what time of day and not matter how far ahead you check in, they’ll have you wait for at least 10-15 minutes. Defeat the purpose of ordering ahead. I can go in and pick items quicker than that

Called ahead and confirmed dogs were allowed over the phone. Drove 15 minutes out of my way so I could take my dogs while I go shopping for some projects for a new home. Got there and did what I always do with new to me "dog friendly stores" and confirm with the front desk just to make sure on two points dogs are good. Just to be told nope it's only service dogs. 30 minutes of my day wasted, please get your employees all on the same policy, and don't waste potential customer's time. This may severely impact my likelihood to return.

Love love love love home Depot favorite spots or aisles I'd say for me are the garden area which is where I bought my dragons blood plant. then the paint area then it's the kitchen/bathroom model displays if they have them then off to the floor tiles And finally ending my me time with the lighting section the wall sconces chandeliers lamps it's all so pretty

This place is beyond racist !!! I’ have an account with them and have almost remodeled my whole home I bought something ONE time with cash and couldn’t find my receipt to EXCHANGE the items and they acted as if the items were stolen !!! Sent my contractors in for the exchange and BOOM ….no problem I would NEVER shop at another Home Depot !!! I don’t care where it’sLocated .

I love Home Depot although I always feel like there is never anyone around when I need someone. Especially when my mom goes there, she has to ride the bus and if she can't find anyone to assist her she misses her ride and has to wait another hour before the next one.

You can't shop without being approached by one of their employees trying to offer "free" kitchen stuff. Even when you tell them no they still won't leave you alone and let you shop! I couldn't get what I needed because their employee wouldn't leave me alone in HVAC. Far away from kitchens!Well at least I know I can go to Gilroys because they got it!

Four stars for the overall store. Two stars for the paint department. The person trying to get us a paint sample didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She told us she didn’t have the satin paint, but wouldn’t give us a different satin paint that she did have. No clue why, but she sent us to another store. We’ll be going somewhere else for paint.

Home Depot on Pierson Road is sketchy along with thier contractor. I had a Rheen water heater installed 13 months ago by their contractor and the small gas line was tightened to tight from the pilot assembly to the control assembly causing it to fail. When I tried to have them fix it all I got was the run around. So my advised to you is have a reputable plumber fix your appliances and not a contractor from home Depot.....

Do not buy appliances from this location. Our washer and dryer were delivered and the men said they were not capable of carrying it down the stairs so we had to wait an additional 2 weeks while they sat in our garage for more “qualified” people to carry them inside. When we called to schedule that, the worker was going to call us back and never did - we had to call back two days later to ask them to send new people. When it was the day they had us on the schedule two weeks later, they did not come or call so we called and they said they did not actually have us on the schedule. When we explained we’ve now been waiting over a month they were not apologetic did not once apologize for the inconvenience of over a month not having a washer or dryer. Horrible customer service

I went to get a carbon dioxide machine to prove my car had a carbon dioxide and gas leak after Delta Tire and Auto Service said they fixed it but only destroyed it.All I went in for was engine timing chain kit,heater core put on and stabilizer bar control set and a oil pan covering they didn't even put that on right,My hazard lights don't work since they installed the heater core I bought and other things.I guess the mechanic forgot to hook the hazard lights back up.They said they checked it but it looks like after they checked it.It needed alot more stuff,additional things it looks like too.Now they won't give me an appointment to fix what they damaged.I went to the emergency room for 3 days straight with asthma and breathing difficulties,I almost died the first day.I called Delta Tire and Auto Repair,Friday morning and Sara the secretary said the owner,Mike the manager wasn't available so I asked her to have them call me backI scheduled an appointment for Thursday,January 26,2023.I haven't heard anything,guess it's too early.But they sure answered quick for the first and only service appointment.Yet I haven't heard anything from them.My warranty plan was purchased thru Elga Credit Uinion,they also financed the car.Upon coming home from Cottomans Auto Repair,all I did was pass a slow moving Jeep on Court Street facing Ryan Street.By the time I pulled in front of my apartment, my car was smoking.I called the Flint Township Fire Department,and The Fire Superintendent raised the hook,and said I had a busted radiator and a cracked head.I'm pretty sure a cracked head on a motor would cause ME or anyone else to smell gas fumes,and carbon dioxide.I really hate when people tell me I don't smell something when I do.I have chemical burns all over my body.My loan officer Leroy at Elga,Grand Blanc said I'm still responsible for the payments of the car and the Warranty that won't made Delta Tire and Auto Service Put My car back right.I bought my car July,2022,and here it is 6 months later and Delta Tire and Auto Service has basically totalled my car.I would like to keep the car and have them repair it to be fully functional.Or go somewhere else,but everyone keeps saying take it back to who fixed it but they aren't responding.Now what'I had a bad feeling the first time I went there ,but I still had to go because that's where the warranty is.I would appreciate any help anyone can give me because I'm not getting any from Elga Credit Union,Grand Blanc Office or the Warranty Company that I'm paying on.And who is financing my car.What a raw deal.So if you need your car fixed,I would suggest you skip:::::"DELTA AUTO and TIRE SERVICE.Also upon getting my car in July,22.I had an oil change,and an air filter put on.Plus it was towed from Sukki to Delta Tire for the warranty work.I figure why paid cash when you are already paying for a warranty.So that's where Delta Came in.All i want is my car fixed the right way.
