It's a nice local grocery store with all types of varieties of different types of vegetables, fruits 😋, pops, chips 🍟 just everything. The staff is always very friendly and the insode and outside of the store is always very clean. The pop bottle return area is kinda stinky but thats to be expected. The store is kinda busy since the Meijers down by 75 shut down years ago. We lobe shopping 🛍 here also because of the huge fuel ⛽️ discounts they give you plus on the back of there receipts is coupons for Biggby Coffee amd the downtown Mexican restaurant 😉.

There was an actual cashier open today, decided to deal with a live person instead of going to the self-checkout. That was a mistake. The cashier seemed completely disinterested. The bagger, a young black gentleman was about 10 times more friendly than the cashier. The bagger should be the cashier and the other way around.

Awful. Every time I come here the produce shelves are empty. Employees were standing around talking about going on strike with cartfulls of produce just sitting around needing to be put out. The produce that is out on the shelves half the time isn’t fresh or goes bad within days of bringing it home. Just today I witnessed an associate cutting the green parts of the green onions off. There was easily 1-2 inches missing off the tops of the bunches. So folks are out here paying the same amount of money for less product. Their overall selection of grocery is terrible. Regina the cashier tried arguing with me because I didn’t want my groceries bagged. My reusable bags were all full so I asked the bagger to just put them in my cart, no plastic or paper bags because im trying to reduce waste. He looked absolutely dumbfounded and said he “didn’t know what he was supposed to do” and was very rude about it.

This was PREVIOUSLY one of my favorite Kroger stores.Unfortunately, an overzealous and somewhat "burly" looking security guard put an abrupt END to my longtime favoritism about 5 minutes ago when I was attempting to enter the checkout lane.He was smiling and chatting it up with a cute female cashier - that is, until he spied the little, 11 pound service dog tucked under my arm. He turned me away from the checkout lane saying the cashier is unable to help me. He began walking toward me, throwing "No Pets Allowed" statements and asking questions about the service this animal provides, attempting to INTERROGATE me (loudly) in front of a fairly full/busy cash out area which was embarrassing and completely unexpected. I told him very firmly (repeatedly), that I fully understand the stipulations and that the dog under my arm is indeed a trained service animal and goes into "every" store with me, with no problems.As I stepped away from the checkout lane where he had turned me away, he began following me, continuing with the pressing questions in a stern tone. Not wanting a scene bigger than what he had already begun, I began walking away from him, headed toward the self-check lane, stating again that, Yes, I have a service animal and that I would simply like to cash out with the few items in my hand so that I can leave the store, as it was suddenly very obvious that I am unwelcome. He said, yes, you can LEAVE, pointing toward the doors.**I was forced to put my grocery items down and leave the store without making a purchase**A highly embarrassing and unfortunate incident, in front of a busy register area to boot. It is highly likely that I will NEVER RETURN to this store, risking another run-in with security guards who take it upon themselves to treat innocent, law abiding customers in this humiliating fashion. 😳⛔⛔⛔

My daughter went in for a new employee orientation. The woman conducting the orientation told my daughter that she's pretty sure her and her family have covid. This woman should NOT be allowed to be at work if she thinks she might have covid. She shouldn't have been conducting an orientation. She wasnt even wearing a mask or keeping her distance. My daughter left early as to try to avoid catching whatever illness this woman had and my daughter lost her job there. This place obviously doesn't care about anyone.

The app for the click list is awful. Tried to start a new list. But when I tried to check out. It took me back to my previous order. I’ll stick to my Meijer And it would not let me delete the previous order.

This place is turning into a terrible place to grocery shop. Always out of product, isles littered with items on the floor, never enough employees to help bag items or even ask for help finding something, shopping carts are busted. Prices are up, service is down, shelves are not stocked. Meijer is a further drive but I have decided it's a much better shopping experience and worth the trip.

The only bad thing is all the bees in the can return room I mean it was a crazy idea to put it basically outside and that makes it have more bees than people in there. I killed 5 of them trying to return my bottles. Very challenging.

Store is declining and fast. Don't even bother with the grocery pick up. They never have your order ready and won't tell you such until you're in the parking lot. Produce and meat quality have been lacking as of late. Meat expires quicker than any other grocery store.

Geared to families buying in bulk. You can purchase less quantities at higher prices thus penalizing singles, campers, seniors, and those with limited space in a pantry, refrigerator, or freezer. Not always the lowest prices. Must have their shopper card for most deals. Many sales are based and purchasing multiple quantities. Deli meats are unnecessarily higher priced.

It's always a mediocre experience when I visit this Kroger. Prices are outrageous (something this kroger cannot control), produce is meh, and always seem to have a low stock in Kroger brand items. The lines are always long, and it's chaos during shift change when there's a rush. The staff seem friendly, but you can tell that the self check out person is doing the job of two people due to constant back and forth. The carts outside used to be a major issue, but as of late, it's become quite nice to pull into the lot and have spaces to park. Kudos to the new cart people. Overall, I rate this store a 3 star because it does have its qualities... and from past experiences, one can tell that they've made improvements.

This is the worst kroger i have ever been, and ive lived innthe area for 20 years. I went for the sushi specifically. I asked the rude clerk if they had any eel sauce in the to go containers and wasabi in the to go container. He says to me, "i never heard of that, if you want those codiments we sell them in the rice aisle. Well no ya don't. I am seriously considering never shopping at any kroger any where. You're a disgrace to your customers.

Absolutely ridiculous that I can't get anything from the deli on weekends because if their staffing issues. Guess I'll just go to Walmart where there's plenty of people to go around. Absolutely nonsense.

This store is terrible the lanes are always closed & even the self check out only has one side open! Don't even try to go during the holidays you'll be there forever because of their lack of staff.The produce is bad every time we buy strawberries &potatoes there ALWAYS some rotten. They Stock during the worst time of day blocking the isles. We now go to Meijer in Swartz creek

Great employees, always friendly and helpful. Great selection of products, clean and well organized. That was then, 2 years ago, this is now, low or out of stock on items I buy regularly, not so friendly to rude. What happened this past year? I placed my second delivery order a week ago (it was quicker than pickup?) and I still don't have it! Order was cancelled at 9pm last night.

This pharmacy is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy before, new to this location but as soon as I can I’ll have my prescriptions sent elsewhere. The lady at the counter is very rude and not friendly at all. Seem to have dealt with the same lady since I’ve started and I am not fond. On top of the issue with her I’ve had a prenatal and other vitamins for pregnancy that I have not been able to get and had the audacity to tell me to hold on and go to lunch. When a lady in a different department picks up after 15 minutes thinking the pharmacy tech is trying to maybe solve my issue someone tells me they put me on hold basically so that rude lady can go on lunch!! The absolute worst experience ever with these guys.. Get it together and as for the lady that is always at the counter counter I wonder how often she does that to people. She would no longer be my employee.

I used to love coming to this Kroger, but now it is so unorganized and disgusting in there. It has went so downhill. I feel bad because apparently they don’t have people who want to work. EVERY single time I’ve tried to use the curbside pickup service, my order is never ready, EVER. Hours behind or yesterday, they told me it wouldn’t be ready until the next day! Like seriously?! Cancelled it easily, and that was very nice of them, kid was super polite! Not his fault no one wants to come to work!

The people here are the worst. I never see them smile and they are always rude or sarcastic. I'm never greeted at the door, but instead have been insulted and informed of the closing time. I drive further to avoid this store. The produce section is better than most in the area but is very expensive. Shop near by Aldie for a much better deal and friendlier people. The tall bald guy had an attitude again 7/8/22. He's never been nice to me.

Very poor customer service. The manager Trish would just assume throw a customer out of the store versus help them. Definitely would not recommend someone shopping here or go there again myself. Also be careful in the parking lot my car was hit trying to leave the parking lot due to no space for incoming traffic to slow down before crossing lot traffic. My car was the second hit in a single day.

This store mostly has what I need and friendly. Except for Sarah who always looks mad at the world everytime you go in there, and she isn't even employed through Kroger. 😅

Not stocked well. Missing a fridge door where eggs & butter are & not fixing it. Only bright spots are good deli & nice people but store is not being run well. Sad for this area

Was purchasing halloween candy. Sign under the candy said 3.99 a bag, buy two get one free. I bought many bags(in multiples of 3). Was checking out and I didn't get the free bag. Very rude employee said the sign was supposed to be taken down. They didn't allow me to get displayed price.

Food area is ok. I've never had a problem there. Cashier's are always nice. The pharmacy is rediculous. They can have your prescription for over 24 hours and still make you wait over an hour for them to fill it.

This Kroger is racist. I was on the phone with a friend and the security stoped them and accused them of stealing when they indeed did not steal anything. After checking they found out they did not steal anything, but still told them they cannot shop there anymore. WHEN THEY DID NOTHING WRONG…

This location is usually pretty clean and well stocked. The workers are friendly and helpful. Over all I've only had good or above average experiences here! No matter what last minute thing i need it always seems to be available!

The worst part for me is the parking, ,, no matter when I go! Yes, it is always busy whenever I go. Yes, the aisles are crowded in places. I have no problem with the staff; they are always very helpful. The store is very clean! In places I can feel the floor is uneven under my feet....I don't know why unless poor quality of laborers when they put the new floor down!
