I used to come to this walmart all the time, but it just kept getting worse and very ghetto, people fighting, etc. I decided to come here after a couple of years and see how it is and got a couple of things. It wasn't too bad, lots of security on items so people can't steal, and security outside. I don't really care to come here.

I stopped going to Walmart for oil changes years ago but my dad insisted. They were polite, but excruciatingly slow. They got us right in. We were there for 90 minutes, and the last 10-15 minutes the keys were sitting at the desk waiting for them to come back and check us out. When they did, a computer glitch forced us to go to another department, and use a different person's code to check out.Overall just not great experience, Even if i liked the energy of the people working there.

Just shut down if you can't hire enough cashiers and are forced to stand in like toboay and then again to check receipts. The paying customers shouldn't be put through this obnoxiousness.

Store is much nicer since they remodeled. Wait times vary for checkout. Can usually get a self checkout quickly, but a using acashier is often a long wait

Definitely unfriendly store. Employees horseplaing around, very confusing shelves.The highest part: the restroom in the back of the store with only one light on. Somewhere is a hidden switch ....if you know where is....yes, the store is saving money on electricity at the restroom.

I had a horrible experience there yesterday. I went with my fiancee and our 2 year old to get diapers. The cashier couldn't get the coupon to work and I asked for a manager because I use the Pampers app coupons at Walmart all the time, we literally clicked the Walmart option. The cashier, Audrey, got offended and her and the customer behind us started verbally attacking my family, calling us racial slurs and refusing to help us. When we went to customer service because her and the customer were getting very aggressive, the cashier started yelling slurs and other things across the store at us. Nobody pulled her off the floor or talked to her for acting this way. It seems to me the management in this store are okay with racial profiling and attacking customers they don't like. I've went to this Walmart my entire life, grew up within walking distance, and this experience shows me that I never need to go to this Walmart again. I'll just go to the target or to the Meijer across town.

I shop here alot and although they have gotten better at restocking they aren’t good enough feel as there should be a store restock at about 6pm or so. Also associates have no knowledge of store inventory and are rarely able to help you.

Every person that I've interacted with here is super helpful and nice. They always seem to have working electric carts for people with disabilities, and they're always fully charged.

Spend spend spend that's what life has come to .I never walk out of Walmart without spending$100 more these days .I go in for a few things and come out with half the store. That's what my man says anyway . Than last night I had to show my receipt to the greeter person at the door and he said wow you shop till you almost dropped ..I was nice and told him yesterday but it was food .I should have said yeah that's why you have a job here.

Received stellar customer service this morning from Theo first as I couldn't find the great vaccuum deal. He made sure to call until he found the help I needed from Ryan who led me to the exact one on an end cap in another location. Would have given 5 stars but,like everywhere, it took time to find someone to help at first.😊

If you don't know Walmart by now, you'll never know the joyous experience of seeing a mix of everyday Joe's and the lowest scum you could ever come across. This place is a circus of human trash and rollbacks on microwave ovens. I don't suggest the one on Corrunna Rd in Flint as it's one of the craziest, especially at night

The employees at this location and unfriendly and unhelpful when you can find someone. When you place a pickup order it will say items aren't in stock, but when you go in store the shelves are fully stocked. Most of the registers are u scan now but there are no additional associates on the floor.Got a pickup order today 10/9/23 and all my items were just piled in the back of my van without bags. Absolutely ridiculous.

This store is not any good. Super bowl sunday and i’m at the store, 2 human traffickers target my daughters while i turn around for a split second. One man, behind them. the other in front of them, reaching for the cart with my youngest, then noticing me. and walking off saying “excuse me sorry.” other man proceeds to walk off with the other man. this traumatized my daughters. if you have children, keep alert and stay with them at all times. i will NEVER stop here ever again. to be real, i’ll probably drive to the BURTON location. This store is full of kidnappers, creepy old men, and human trafficking. oh, but there’s security! makes it so much better! 🙄

Very convenient & everything you expect from a Walmarts. The Corrunna Rd. Flint location also has a Quest Lab that can walk in no appointment needed! Make sure to have your lab slip. I noticed some prices are much higher on pet toys & some things during holiday christmas season! Staff very helpful at checkout & I recommend this Walmarts! Convenient great shopping.

Must stay alert when there. Whether it's the people inside or idiots going the wrong way in the parking lot. Carts are always scattered about just waiting to be what puts a dent in your car. Staff rarely acknowledge you coming in, but definitely makes you feel like you're a thief walking out. Security never says anything to men who do wrong, park in a spot that is close to building or holding up traffic, but if you're a woman, especially a pregnant woman who does these things then they act real tough towards them. Yell at them threaten them, and even walk away talking like they're so tough to coworkers, like its cool to make a smaller weaker woman upset and move. All around rude workers. Forget about calling in for a pickup order. Even when called to say order is ready, you will still sit there after checking in for about 20 minutes or so. All the while watching some of the laziest workers I've seen in my life. Usually walking slower than a newborn can crawl. Or walking around looking lost, with a single item they forgot earlier in an order just going car to car asking if that item is theirs or not. Don't get me started with things that are easily breakable. For instance, eggs. You think they care because they tell you about eggs and if you want them somewhere safer, but then when you go to use some eggs the next morning you check and see that about half of the 18 you received were broken. I'll only go if I'm armed, especially if my wife or kids are with me. Because you're not safe, and Security there is too scared to actually help with violent or threatening people. Good luck visiting Thunder dome(Walmart).

I wouldn't go to this Walmart ever, ever, ever!!I stood at the bottle return area of Walmart on Corunna rd in my Great city of Flint, Michigan, for 10 15 minutes waiting for someone to clear out the back bottle collection area because every machine in ther was full. Only needed to be cleaned up real quick.I could have done it myself but of course they won't let you.I am very disappointed when they were taking care of the shopping baskets before a paying customer, I stood there patiently waiting while they watched me stand there!!

First let me start out by saying this is one of the worst stores as far as answering the phones if you follow the prompts and press zero for the operator no matter how many times you call it will never be answered.As to the main reason for my one star I give zero if possible but I purchased four tires and had them installed at this location first the appointment was delayed even though I arrived 15 minutes early they could not locate the tires.Second upon completion of the install which took about an hour, I got the vehicle and got on the road to head home to Durand Some 20 miles from the Flint location however I did not get more than a mile away before I had to return after the light for the tires came on the dash with a warning.After returning back to the facility I met with an individual who explained to me that the front tire was over inflated by 10 lb and the rear tire was under inflated. He further explains to me that that TPM tire monitoring machine was down and that he thought this would be a reasonable explanation for what I had experienced.Again left the facility headed home got onto the freeway and approximately 7 miles from this facility I started experiencing in the curb rear end float and had to struggle to keep the car under control from fishtailing. I decided to pull over to the shoulder and found that the tire was halfway flat I've tried to use the tire gauge to see how much air was in it and it would not even register I immediately thought that this had something to do with the stem as all fours tire stems had been replaced at the facility.I found the nearest exit paid to have air put into the tire and returned to my trip home where I picked up my roommate so that I may pick up my roommate to head to Lapeer VFW for the Thanksgiving celebration with my fellow veterans in our. Right around center Road again the light came on and was experiencing the same fishtailing effect and pulled over to the side to find the tire was almost 3/4 flat. Again I filled up the tire and had it home having to turn around as I would not be able to attend the event with the tire in this condition.Went home I got the air tank out of the shed and filled the tire and went in and called Walmart customer care they took the complaint gave me a complaint number and said someone would get back with me by Tuesday.By the evening this tire was flat again this time the rim was on the ground. Weekend feel the tire with the air tank and decided to put it up on jack stands, however another hour later the tire had turned flat even with no pressure on it.Monday came around I had to be to work as I use my vehicle as a personal shopper with the company I work for I had to take the day off as I did not have transportation. On Tuesday I get two appointments and MRI as well as infectious disease appointment scheduled as I had recently been discharged after 7 days from the hospital with helicobacter pylori infection. Needlessly say that no one contacting me by Tuesday I then got back on the phone and called customer care explain to the gentleman what it transpired and how this whole ordeal placed me in a precarious position missing work and not addressing my medical needs that were exergent. I further explain to him that it's fortunate that I am consider myself an experienced driver but it would have been worse if someone say a female w/ children may have lost control, & it could have been detrimental. He agreed and decided to refund one of the tires. He also said he would expedite it again with the complaintNearly 7 days pass and heard nothing from this store even though I was told that someone would call me up the echelon outside of the store such as a district manager I got a recorded message voicemail from a person identifying himself as John but not his designation with the store. I called the store repeatedly and found as been previously my experience no one would answer the phone.Decided to file a state complaint with the Michigan automotive regulation as tire installers are regulated. Do not buy tires here

LADIES, make sure you get a second opinion when calling about car repairs. My headlights went out. I had tbe bulbs but didnt have the tools to put them in. Mud flap and all that. I called muffler man. I called them because I usually go there for brakes. I asked how much it would be to install them. She said 153.00. I said what?, why?. She said it would be difficult to do and if not it would be 80.00. I called belle tire because I get my tires from there. They told me, 170.00.I keep forgetting Wal-Mart has an auto center. I called them and they told me, ten dollars per bulb and it was a half hour wait. I said I'm on my way. I got there and my car was brought in. Not even 30 minutes and my car was ready. I went to pay and she told the installation was free because of day light savings time ending.The staff was great and Wal-Mart saved me so much money.THANK YOU SO MUCH. YOU ARE GREAT!

Just go to a different store. So much stuff here is locked behind glass, which means you'll be waiting for 30 minutes as the 1 worker who helps you doesn't have the keys, and needs to run around and find a coworker who does have them. Despite the fact that nearly all the checkouts are U-scan, staff if rare to see on the floor.This wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for the fact that I have to go through this every time I go here. Meanwhile other stores have the same products I need, not locked in cases.I get that "have to do it", but they really don't have to take all these extra steps; that don't do anything but punish honest paying customers, and making them feel guilty by having them go through all these anti-theft measures.Agian, for some people who don't have anything better to do, this won't bother you. If you have multiple errands your running, and youre short on time; you'll regret going here.I get some may see this review as harsh, however many people are getting sick of going to stores where they keep pumping in useless technology, that only inconveniences the staff and the customers. I Would rather drive the extra 5 minutes to a dollar general to grab what I need and leave, than waste time here.

Flint wamart is a good place to get things. OGP is a really helpful if you are in a hurry and don't have time to shop.
