Absolutely horrible place! The animals were kept in small cages, drinking out of bunny water bottles. The dogs on the end didn’t have food nor water in their “cages”. Not to mention it was a Bernese mountain dog, which is a big dog in a cage too tiny for it. Animals looked very sad and did not look happy. Employee said it might look sad but it is more sanitary to keep them in their cages then on the ground. Place should be SHUT DOWN!

All the staff were kind and happy to answer any questions I had. They explain to me how they are AKC inspected, and kept all the dogs up to date on all their vaccines. They also told me how the dogs get food twice a day and always have water. One of the workers even took the time to explain to me the huge difference between a puppy mill and what there store is.

I bought my dog over a year ago. I took him to get his 3 year rabies shot and they said he was healthy. He loves to play with my other dogs and plays by himself to. He is a great addition.

Walked in, walked out disgusted. Seriously, disgusted. Chaos. Staff seemed disoriented and not that friendly. Dogs in very small cages that aren't the most kept up. Not to mention, they are insanely priced.Please, please, just get a rescue or from reputable breeder. This place only survives to keep animals in this condition if we allow it by buying animals there.It made me feel awful just being in there.

I've had to work with my dog for over a year now it's taken awhile for him to fully trust me as a man myself. He was clearly abused here, scared of a lot, doesn't like men, and very skiddish. My dog has high anxiety from being here. I remember one of the men workers saying "thank God someone's taking him" when I decided to take my dog away from here. He's still a very loving, sweet boy but it's taken a lot of work to get him to be a little more carefree and is very happy now. This place should be looked into for animal abuse

I went in store to look at puppies. Very upsetting to see these little pupps dirty, matted, horrible grooming and infected looking drainage from many of their eyes. These puppies need better care! Very sad!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY A DOG FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! They sold me an abused dog and will not give me my money back!!!!!!!!The customer service was terrible the associate Matt was not customer service friendly at all. He didn’t give me any information about the dog and was so preoccupied with the things that were going on at his home. He burped in my face while being on the phone with the manager Paula who he had to call multiple times to just to process the transaction.When I took the dog out he was scared to walk outside (I later found out they do not walk the dogs…..). When I got him home I can tell his has been abused he is scared of movement and just curls up in the corner. He always thinks he is in trouble. I contacted the company and I was cut off and told I was wrong about his treatment and then another manager told me I could only get half of my money if I brought him back and the rest could go on another dog…..I purchased the dog for $700 they told me the remainder can go towards another dog…..other dogs same breed are going for $1000 and up.THEY SOLD ME AN ABUSED DOG AND I HAVE TO TAKE THE LOST!!!!!!

Place is disgusting, the dogs come from puppy mills (search up a puppy mill) and they're in tiny cages all day long, I went in one time and this dog was woddling in its poop. Dogs also shouldn't have to be drinking out of bottles, this makes it so the dog is not getting enough fluid through out the day. These kinds of places make me sick. You're also paying high dollar for a dog that will most likely have severe health issues in the future. Adopt don't shop

Just wow, they are only opened a couple days a week. Yes, someone does come in daily to clean and feed. BUT! The size of their kennels have to be against the law. The place reeks of parasites, puppies do not have litter boxes and a separate place to sleep. They never get to see the day light. Such a sad place to walk past.

They are *insanely* priced. I don't agree with the pricing personally. However I got an elksky (elkhound/husky mix) who was originally $2,400 but was on sale for $1,300 for being an older pup (Still to pricy, never go in to "just look" at all the cute puppies, lol). You also are required to buy a $100 starter kit from an affiliate site which made me quite upset at the time because it felt like roping me in then setting me up to make an extra $100 off me. That being said, the worker gave me a free leash, collar and toys I got to pick out in order to help soften the surprise cost. All in all, the pricing felt absurd and they sneak an extra fee in, but I do not regret the wonderful little girl I got to bring home, she brought my life back to life. The store and cages were clean and the pups were of a healthy weight, seemed happy and all looked lovely and healthy in contrast to some of the other reviews I've seen. In the past we got a cat who is the most fantastic cat we've ever met. They also come with 30 day free vet care, paperwork and test results for both the puppy and parents for various diseases the breeds are known for, showing as negative. Which is a plus. If not for the pricing and surprise cost I would have rated 5 stars. The workers were fine on my visit and I really enjoyed the woman who helped me check out.Edit: Almost one year in she is the absolute best little girl. Great temperament (loves the cats), full of life and perfectly healthy.

Please pick a reputable breeder for your Siberian Huskies this place isn't it. Check out Pender Loving Care Kennels in Saginaw they have beautiful, healthy Siberians. They atleast take thier dogs to a legitimate vet and have their deworming and shots actually done by a vet not crew members. They also don't charge as much as these guys with their outrageous prices and treat their dogs so much better.

When you first walk in to the family puppy and it's not very inviting it's very sterile kind of disorganized looking. The staff said hello that was positive. They weren't very knowledgeable about the breeds that were there and what size they would get and where they were from. The staff didn't clean up after one of the dogs peeing on the floor

Every single dog we met was FULLY matted. When I brought it up to the employees they claimed these dogs get brushed and bathed everyday which is 100% false. The employee didn't even know what the word matted was, I had to explain it to him. Mark the Samoyed is so matted you can't see his skin. Absolutely disgustingEdit: I have now been told to leave the store and told that I am no longer allowed into the store due to posting this review.

Horrible place! Not ONE employee approached me while in the store ! 3 girls sitting/lounging on a couch in the back of the store, just chatting away... They barely answered a question, like I interrupted them! Where is management? They allow this kind of behavior from it's employees? I will pass this around, make sure all that care will NOT go to store except to take pictures (I forgot) get the girls laying around on the couch.. waiting for?? Not customers for dogs, maybe they sell something else?? Horrible, just makes me cry!

I was here on 7-24-23 the employees are rude as hell. Act like we are interrupting them by asking if we can play with the dogs. It smells so damn bad in there and the animals were all sad laying down in the cages. They drink out of rabbit bottles. The employees was rough getting the dog out. Also the dogs were nothing but skin and bones.

Great experience getting my son his puppy.Friendly helpful staff. However my puppy had Giardia they wouldn’t cover it under the contract. They claim to have shut down for a week shortly after I got her but I doubt it. A lady I know got a puppy there a couple weeks ago and the same thing happened to her so it’s still an issue. Also the Paw Tree food is horrible for the dogs. My vet told me it would lead to heart issues. Buyer beware I will never buy from them again.

An exceptional place. Well cared for animals and a knowledgeable staff that all feel very passionate about findi g their dogs the perfect family. There are many breeds to choose from and fair deals and specials certain times of year. Their puppy plan really includes all of the things you need to be a responsible pet owner, as well as your dogs nutrition(Life's Abundance dog food is seriously AMAZING FOR YOUR DOG), lineage and breed based health as well. Not to mention the vet visits, training, Orthopedic foundation for Animals screening, the life time guarantee against hepatitis, parvo and distemper, the month of free pet insurance, and even more than that truly make it a worthwhile investment that you won't regret for your pet, or your wallet! I say this because, you are investing in the garuntee that your pet will not fall victim to health and breed related problems caused by irresponsible breeding and not knowing where the dogs lineage comes from. This inevitably leads to get bills later in the dogs life as well as suffering if the issue becomes fatal or out of budget.Highly reccomend

We brought home an amazing puppy but the staff and service was horrible. The manager was harassing the staff and it was a terrible experience. This is supposed to be a happy moment for families and this lady completely ruined it.They say the puppies are all vaccinated but the first day we got our puppy we realized she did not have one of her vaccines. They also lie and make you buy many things you don't need.Will never go to this company to get a puppy ever again.UPDATE: We recently found out that our puppy has needed to get their vaccinations re-done due to an error from Family Puppy. Because they did not wait in between for vaccinations enough time to build immunity the vaccinations will not work. We had to get many of the vaccinations they said were “included” again for their mistake. I have spent now $400+ on added things because of this. I’m upset they promoted a healthy puppy with all the vaccines up to date. This truly has been an upsetting experience.

Dogs come from puppy mills and the charge outrageous costs. A female employee was treating couple of the pups quite badly and while "playing" with a co-worker whipped a ball at a customer's head. Do NOT recommend!

Horrible terrible sad place! They need to be shut down. The dogs are locked in small cages and are so overpriced they will be there for a long time. They had a lab puppy about 6 months old, he was so depressed he wouldn't even lift his head anymore. He would watch people pass him by with his eyes but the rest of his body stayed still. I wanted to take him home to find him a good loving home. They told me $900.00 for him. This is animal abuse!

My mom and I was looking and only one person there was willing to show us puppy's. We got a cavapoo $2900, took him to the vet 5 days later he had a parasite. Got him meds to take care of it. 2 weeks after having him he was acting sick, vomiting so took him to the vet again tested positive for parvo and he still had that parasite! So they are not selling healthy animals! And now we are treating him and praying makes it

0 stars. Awful customer service. Don’t finance with these people. I bought a dog and I got approved for financing but they put my account under a different loan company that I was NOT approved by. And sent over my information to the wrong loan company. However they told me that they did everything correctly. They were not helpful at all and basically told me to figure it out. Because they already got paid by the company. They don’t care about customers.

It looks nice in there, the staff was friendly and informative, that's why this review gets any stars at all. The price of the animals is absolutely ridiculous. Who can afford that? The cheapest animal was over $5k!!! it's a shame to spend that kinda cash when you could rescue a similar dog for less than $200 near by, if you feel like dropping that much cash on a random purchase, donate the remainder to the humane society.
