I originally had a 1 star review as I had a problem with this rebate offer. I stopped by the Corunna Rd Sam's asked for the MOD. A nice manager named Mary was called up I explained the problem and in a matter of minutes took care of my issue and I am once again a happy member. Thanks Mary you did GREAT!!

It's absolutely the worst receiving dock I've ever been to. Everyone in there had no clue what was going on. It took almost 2 hours to unload the same amount of plants myself, and someone with a forklift could do in 20 minutes. Tried to tell me that the plant count was wrong. I told her I was just the driver, and that had nothing to do with me. She laughed and told me not to have an attitude! I have other places to be, I don't work directly for the nursery, don't hold my truck key hostage and think it's funny.

I'm sorry but this location really should get more than one star but this is now the third time I've been next in line for customer service, for something small, and had to wait 15 plus minutes because there is only one person working the damn counter. For whatever reason, every time I use the Sams Club app, it doesn't matter what my battery percentage is, the app will drop it to 1% before killing it altogether. I've even mentioned it to the receipt checker and been told that I'm not the only person to have this issue. So, every time I shop, I wait until I am ready to leave to scan every item in my cart so it doesn't kill my phone. A second after getting my QR code after checkout, boom kills my phone. So, now I've paid for my items but can't leave the store as i have no proof of purchase. I asked the receipt checker what to do and she said customer service can print your receipt. Customer service was helping an elderly woman purchase a membership followed by a credit card. It doesn't matter how long you stand in line, they never bring another employee over unless that transaction needs help. When I got my turn, I explained the situation and the employee walked off to retrieve my receipt. Then the employee walks back up, receipt in hand, and asks me if I could show her my app. I asked how am I supposed to show you the app on my phone, which is dead? She then handed me the receipt. I felt like I was in an episode of the Twilight Zone. When I walked in, I considered ordering a pizza to pick up on my way out but the line was wrapped around the food counter towards the restrooms. When I went to leave, I stood in that line (no shorter) and it did not move once in 5 minutes. How do you only have 2 people working the food counter (one preparing the food, one running the register) when it is this busy every time I come in. There is only one register for checkout with a human, if at all. Scan and go and self checkout are your only real options because you'll be in line for 20 minute's if you don't. Sam's Club is all about cutting jobs and maximizing profit margins. They do not care about their customers nor their experiences in store. The day Costco opens in Mundy Township is the day I cancel my Sam's Club membership and never return.

Bakery needs new management. I asked a question about a cake, an employee was trying to help me, a young female she was very nice. Some short older looking lady claiming she was the manager named mary walks up to me & says we don't have those cakes anymore with a condescending tone. I responded and said, ok, can I order a different kind?" She then proceeds to mutter something under her breath and walked away from the scene, leaving me alone to ask someone for help. A few days later, I picked up the cake. It was great. I'm just not sure why the manager over there has some anger problems for simply doing her job. I get the job may be stressful, but at the end of the day, being professional to us members is key. Even one of the employees doing ribs said she's always like that. I just couldn't believe it.

After several trips to numerous tire shops looking for tires me and my wife decided to try Sam's club. To our delight we found a good set of tires with a 65,000 mile warranty that no other shop could touch. To our surprise we received a call from Doug at the Corunna rd Sam's club and told us we didn't need tires. This is after we purchased the tires. He told us we had plenty of tread on the old tires. Now this surprised us because any other shop would have sold us the new tires anyway. So kudos to Doug and his staff for excellent customer service. 5 stars all day. Ty Doug and staff for making our day.

Had a good time at Sam's club like always although it was really really super busy and we were there trying to shop you are able to find everything we needed in a timely manner and they had some really great after Christmas deals going on bags of Christmas candy that were between 18 and 22 dollars are now between $3 and $7.50 a bag like well over half off although only on certain seasonal candy.

The old woman at the door today, (4/13) around 3pm, checking for membership cards is so beyond rude & snotty. She gives weird, dirty looks. This isn't the 1st time this has happened with this same woman. She gave my husband the same dirty look when he showed her the card, I smiled at her and said hello and she rolled her eyes at me and gave me a dirty look, like an old high school bully. This woman shouldn't be working at the doors. Not a great 1st impression walking through the doors. Not seeing a friendly, smiling face is so off putting. I had to hold back from calling her out today because it's not the 1st time she acted this way.

So, we keep the membership for the bulk purchases to keep our budget working. But Sam’s Club as a whole has a LONG way to go with curbside pickup - especially for something that you have to pay extra for via Plus membership or per order $4 charges. Our last pickup was 16 minutes from check in until they brought it out. So incredibly far behind other stores’ efficiency. :/ The lone employee was hustling and doing his best so this is not his fault - this is a staffing/management/corporate(?) issue.

Never can find an employee to help find things. Constantly moving things so you never can find what you came for. Nothing has changed still feel lost on somethings. Always kinda like an adventure.

A group of my friends went to the Flint Sam's club. Only 4 out of 13 have current memberships. A couple of them got there before the rest of us and neither of them have a membership, so when asked for their membership card, they answered "we're just going to buy alcohol..." The lady checking for memberships rolled her eyes at them, did not say anything else and let them in.I am not happy with this kind of treatment to anyone because I always found Sam's to be a welcoming and friendly place to shop. I've been a member for over 20 years, so I find this treatment unacceptable to anyone and especially to non-members who come in to test/try the club and not just to purchase alcohol.Management, please remind staff that all have a right to shop at any Sam's club, any time.

The grocery pick-up service at Sam's Club Corunna Rd Flint Township bombed terribly today. I mean it was terrible. UNACCEPTABLE!!! This club manager needs to get a clue! How are they gonna have ONE (1) club associate working pick-ups???? They do not respect our time. My pickup time was 3-4 pm window. I got there at 3:57pm & checked in via there texting app by I think 4pm. It took 45 mins. yo get my stuff. The guy that was working was great, bless his heart, but way too much work to do with customers backing up outside. Anyway, when I got my order, it was wrong. Meaning it was missing two items. After waiting 45 mins. I gad to then wait another 5 mins for them to retrieve my items. I was so annoyed, maybe because I had a pickup at Walmart that I was way over-due for, due to being stuck at Sam's. Smh.....Sam's Club - you are lucky I already renewed my "plus" membership for the next year, but these are the sort of managerial issues I think Corporate needs to be made aware of.This type of wait time is not acceptable by any measure.

Most part people are friendly, but the big lady's think they are privileged to step in front you all the time, list goes on.. the door greeting to ask for your card needs a reality check their not the police. Why would I come in with a shopping cart to browse? Better options are the Burton location much different environment. I do live in flushing and will go out of my way to avoid this place, it's a shame but I'd avoid this place.

Great employees and good bargains. Next time you throw a dinner party, just go get their individual cheese cakes for dessert. Topped with fresh fruit, brownies or chocolate and caramel, they are amazing and affordable at just a few bucks a piece.

In and out wasn't real busy when I was there! But don't order online because 10 call in and still cant get the issue with a mark down taken care of! I also trying to get a broken tv from the warehouse returned! There just loosing sales because Im gonna return it all and not repurchase it again...... I ordered online for the sale plus I cant fit it in my vehicle!

They increase my membership price only to have less cashiers and make me check myself out if I don’t want to wait in line forever. This is a horrible business model. If they are going to make the customers wait on themselves the membership price should go down not up. Also they always seem to be short handed. If not for some of the pleasant employees I’ve met like Laura and Bea who always make you feel valued as a customer I probably wouldn’t go back. They are way nicer than some of the up front supervising team who seem to not work much and have horrible attitudes towards there employees. I saw one supervisor yelling at her employee in front of customers regarding going to take a break right now while the employee was helping customers. So unprofessional. I’ve been going here for years and it just seems like they are going downhill. It says a lot about management. Employees who feel valued and treated fairly will do a better job than those who feel like they are just a part of a revolving door and replaceable by machines.

Friendly staff great free samples I got 160 pizza rolls for just $10 the bakery people are very nice they gave me and my sister a free cookie and it's a great place to go grocery shopping at me and my sister call it the rich people club

OK prices, bad experience.I loathe the double checkout. I should not have to wait in 2 lines. The time cost + membership fee cancels out any money saved. I'm sourcing fundraising materials from somewhere else. Hopefully I don't have to return until Sam's treats their subscribers with respect.

Usually pretty good. Occasionally they’ll run out of items and if it’s something I need asap, I’ll run to the Grand Blanc location. The food court has extremely inexpensive food. It’s worth a trip just for that. They also typically have less expensive gasoline than the other stations in the area especially if you’re a member. I would recommend them to others.
