These people working in the pharmacy are very incompetent! They do not know what they are doing. They need to be trained in order to work with the pharmacist. Who ever is working the drive though today. Does not think, can not help in ways that she should have. Lost my husbands credit card. Finally found on the floor! Thats where she dropped it.I am very upset! This has happened before. Not acceptable!

I have always found this particular location on Corunna Rd., Flint Township, very close to my home; moreover, I have also found that the staff and personnel extremely friendly, especially the store manager.I enjoy discovering reduced items (i.e. 75% off) on select vitamins, herbs and spices especially several days ago when I visited said location.The store is always clean and questions always answered!

Their pharmacy is the worst in town. HANDS down. Every time I go to pick up a prescription for my relatives, they literally have issues with running insurance information or they say the prescription is not ready after already calling to say it was ready. They always blame it on “system issues”. Then today, I tried to give them another chance. I scheduled my Covid test at this location and after waiting, they came back and said they were having system issues and asked me to come back in an hour. LolThe store itself, is pretty good, aside from the pharmacy.

As me and my daughter walk into this drug store the two cashiers were laughing about the fatal Michigan State University shootings . One had a short haircut kinda blonde and the other has blue eyes . Laughing about that wasn’t cool . People lost lives and they laugh about it . I will never buy from there again 😔

I timed my evening out to end up at this Rite Aid around 9:30 after having checked Google for the store hours knowing they close at 10:00. I arrived at precisely 9:27 to find one of the doors closed down and the other slightly down. I approached the door and stood there very uncomfortably as I two store employees just stared at me as if I was deranged, then proceeded to ignore me. I finally flagged one gentlemen over and asked politely, what was going on? He said, “we’re closed”. I looked at my watch then at the store hours there were 6 inches from his face and said, “I thought you closed at 10:00?” He responded with, “we can close whenever we want” then walked away.Sadly I never thought in a million years I would be treated this poorly at a Rite Aid of all places. I cannot bring myself to give this entity my business ever again.

The women who work in the pharmacy are EXTREMELY rude. If you dislike your job, then go else where. There is no reason to be rude to the customers. And this not just a one time experience, this has happened SEVERAL times. Will NEVER EVER use this pharmacy again. Very unprofessional women working there.

This pharmacy will be reported. The staff mishandles medication and are not properly trained. Do not bring your medications here always check the dosage and your prescription. There are better pharmacies.
